My son contracted "Hot tub folliculitis" from your facility. According to "Medical News Today," that "is a skin infection with bacteria called Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the cause is usually using a poorly maintained hot tub." I did not notice anyone checking the water quality of the hot tub or pools during our time there. I hope you take greater care to ensure the safety of your facility.

Our stay was great. The bathrooms were a mess but it probably was due to how many people were camping and the attention to the bathrooms constantly. Compared to some of the other KOAs we have stayed at, the activities were the best part but the attention to detail wasn't as good. Because of this, I do believe the cost was higher than it should have been.

Sites too close together and too small, loud music, overpriced. TV was supposed to have 30 channels but only had 8, and those 8 were so choppy they were unwatchable. We won't be back.

After checking in at approximately 7 pm on a Friday we were sent to a site that was occupied. When I called office no one answered the phone. Called the security number and eventually they located an empty site that would accommodate our trailer. Quiet hours were not enforced, loud music playing at campsites well after 11 pm. Not typical for KOA's we have stayed at all over the Eastern US.

I liked that their was tree cover for shade. Makes the ac work easier.Lots of things for children especially water slide and river tubing. Will definitely suggest to family. 100% will be back.

We had a great week - 1st time at the campground The kids loved it and so much for them to do! We did have a bad problem with our septic tank overflowing….yuk! Will be back to try camping again next year hopefully no issues next time and just a great experience! Thank you

Great family campground, great amenities, perfectly located on the river. A few less golfcarts buzzing around and this is perfect KOA.

paying a lock-in fee just to get moved…somehow you had my mothers phone number on my account, land needs to have sand added and leveled out to prevent flooding…golf carts need to be serviced so they hold a charge…double charged my card thank god i noticed! i think that may have been my last trip there and i’ve been coming here for 4 years!

We had a wonderful stay. So many activities for the whole family. The river tubing was a great time. Even the family dog went with us. My 9 year old grandson didn't want to leave. Staff was friendly and nice. Definitely looking forward to our next stay!!!!!

When we arrived we were assigned to site 438 - on arrival to the site we found it very small and about 20% covered in a large puddle. There were many vacant sites in the immediate area. We called the office and requested to be changed to 436 which was granted. Also, the bathhouse nearest us was very dirty almost all of the time. The ropes course and mini golf were great, as was the waterslide.

We have stayed at approximately 7 other KOA'S in the last 2 weeks, this KOA is the worst. The roads in campground are cratered with potholes. Making it difficult to walk let alone drive. The site we were given was shoehorned in amongst cabins and RVs. We stayed last weekend and it seemed like it was summer camp as there were unsupervised children running everywhere. Including driving golf carts

I booked a patio site and the 1 star is for the patio, it is advertised as having gravel and there is none. The rain fell which left a puddle of water and mud in the sewer area imagine disconnecting your connections in that condition. For the price KOA you need to do better.

We paid for a riverfront site but at check in was assigned a non-riverfront site. They moved us to a riverfront site and when we arrived at the site, there was already someone set up there. Finally, we were assigned a 3rd site that was riverfront and we enjoyed our stay.

only 2 reasons it was not a 5 is that the store closes earlier then it is listed. would like to get ice cream later then 630pm on a friday/saturday night. Also would have liked to receive daily activities list before we arrived so we could plan for the Halloween weekend. we did not receive this until we checked in.

Sites are unimpressive, Our Kids rented two cabins - not great. Fishing pond is not even worth commenting on. River entry point looks so unclean you would not want to touch the water. Overall sense is it may be good for young families but it is not a place for adults.

Great 5 day stay with plenty of events to stay busy while there. Only downside was they advertise cable tv however it doesn’t work.

Requested specific site in Nov 2022 when booked. This was our 3rd year there for family reunion. Site given away. No we didn't pay $60 extortion. Should be first come, first served. Water slide and hot tub closed for maintenance. Sites were underwater when we arrived. Potholes everywhere. "Sorry" doesn't cut it. We are actively looking for a more accommodating campground. Loss of 14 sites

So many fun activities for kids and adults of all ages. Clean grounds, pools, hot tub and bathrooms. Friendly helpful staff in the office as well as on the property.

All he employees but one older lady (leann) I believe was super friendly. The pool on the other side could use a staff member to watch for people bringing in glass bottles and smoking inside the pool area. We were there with about 60+ kids and that's what I saw. Kat in the office was so extremely friendly and nice she deserves a kuddos! Thank you and we will return.

Staff was nice and accommodating and there was a lot to do for kids. Many of the KOA campgrounds we have stayed at have crushed stone and are level, however this one was dirt with lots of tree roots. When we had a torrential rain, we had a “river” flowing through the campsite. The sewer hookup went uphill and not at a 90 degree angle making the connection challenging.

Not our type of place. Busy, golf carts everywhere, had to "push" to get an escort, and noisy. two different groups of dogs going after other dogs.

First time staying here had a good time. My complaint would be my site was not good for my camper. The grandkids had lots of fun they did miss the water slide it was out of service most weekend. My site was 75

the scheduled activities, water slides, bounce pad, ropes course and mini golf were great. Bathrooms very clean. Office clean, staff great. The only thing that we did not like was there were a lot of young employees and campers driving golf carts too fast all day/night. Too much traffic with carts and vehicles . Hot tub dirty they had to drain it possibly due to shoes in tub or people not rinsing

The property was poorly maintained. The site was a puddle when we arrived and the next morning was all mud, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space. We left after one night and went to a different brand camp grounds which has been way better.

This park has a lot of things for kids to keep them busy, all of the kids really had a g good time. Our issue with the park is it’s NOT big rig friendly there are way to many sharp turns and way to many low branches hanging in the roads. We have a 40’ 5th wheel that is 13’-4” tall with full body paint . I have owned our trailer for 7 years and I now have my first paint scratches that are

Staff downgraded our tent site because they overbooked the tent site type I had reserved. Nobody informed me at check in, but still charged me for the site I reserved. I had to ask for an upgrade to an RV site and the manager tried to say I had reserved one without water or electric, even after seeing the email confirmation, and after the front desk confirmed this happened - unprofessional.

It was a nice stay but the staff was rude on multiple occasions. A few staff were very nice so I avoided the rude employees. We were also “tricked” into purchasing the KOA rewards and were not told that the “7th night free” discount was a better deal. I wouldn’t have purchased the rewards if I was told about the deal that I could have had already without purchasing the rewards. I felt c

This was our 7 time staying at salmon Falls, no KOA. I have to admit I do like this particular campground better when it was not a KOA. Very expensive and really not any extra perks and the bathrooms should have been much cleaner than they were. thank you We will be back if the price goes down a bit.

We had a wonderful time at KOA. We were there during water week and the kids had a great time. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. My only complaint is that the stairs in the large pool were very slippery and I fell and hurt my foot.

Quick overnight. Arrived after big storm, site was a huge puddle. Glad we arrived later in the afternoon (5 pm). Looked nice otherwise. Cable wasn’t working either.

Unfortunately, our site was incredibly unlevel. Had the maintenance man Thom not brought some concrete blocks. We would not have been able to even open our trailer up. As it was, we got it as level as could be but we were still out about an inch and a half. The septic tank beneath the site was full, preventing me from dumping my tanks.

2024 we will spend time having the sites leveled. Issues with septic tanks are being discussed with corporate for next season.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
