Great place but expensive for a KOA for a 2 night stay. Kids loved the amenities. Corporation running the KOA closed the pool down too early in the season. Should have been open another week because of the great weather.

We had an amazing time it would be amazing to have the internet we pay for because when it rains we like to go inside and watch movies but the people are great and we can't wait to stay again next summer

We had a great time and enjoyed the park but we were very disappointed that the children's splash pad, water slide/pool and the adult hot tub were closed; more so because those are the specific reasons we chose to stay at this campground. We really wish we were notified and had been given the option to cancel.

We have been coming to KOA Lebanon Salmon Falls for the past several years for our last trip of season. It is obvious all of the work and improvements being done these past few years. A worn down campground is starting to take shape. Still need work on sewer system. Special shout out and thanks to Tom (Head Engineer) who got our cable up and running so we could watch a football game.

Second visit this year and both times the water slide was closed down for the kids. One of the highlights for them at this location.

We found the campsite to be very noisy due to the street traffic. We also had an issue with the gate pass code. For some reason it was changed, but we never received any notification that it was changed. I think that customer service could have communicated this change to us.

Even though it was October in New England the weather was quite comfortable. Not sure how you guys pulled that off so well, but nicely done. Only thing wrong, was it wasn’t long enough.

This was our 1st camping trip in our own travel trailer and we were very happy with our experience there. We live close but didn't realize how nice the campground was. We are already planning our next trip there. Our site was awesome and convenient. Love the high quality table set, fire pit, log swing and especially the cement patio area which was very clean. We all had a great time.

Very nice park for families and kids but we don’t have any. A few quibbles; trash dumpsters were across street so hard to find. Our guide to our spot did not clue in to big rig friendly route.

No wifi or cable at sites. No good over the air TV signals. Sites are in fair condition. Roads are in poor condition with too many ruts. Low cell signal at sites. Staff was nice and friendly. Putt Putt was fun.

We stayed during the week after Labor Day so there were no activities and all of the amenities were closed. Still a nice place to stay and we will probably be back earlier in the year when everything is open.

Only stayed overnight so didn't use many facilities but I do think that the internet needs to be available to all plots on the site.

We were booked at a site that has no picnic table, we had to grab one from a nearby empty site. There was trash in our site. As we walked around the campground we saw lots of various empty beer cans all over the side of the road. As we were leaving my husband was dumping the tanks in our camper, sewer overflowed all into our neighbors campsite, so gross. Also now our truck is covered in pine pitch

Your website is great, but it showed things we wanted to do at this location…even starting with a video, but they were closed. You should have a way to let your potential guests know that in advance. The water slide pool was closed as was the hot tub and rope park. Also, the person who checked us in kept doing task work before she acknowledged us. Disappointing, and we just joined KOA membership

We had a patio site. Because the patio was at the front right of our site we could not open our steps on it. There were large boulders at the back of the patio also.

Enjoyed the patio site other than the rain! again. Our site was quite wet even though it was obvious stone had recently been added the patio stayed dry. Reported this to the camp staff (Steve) who had this on their list. Nevertheless we had a restful time. Thanks

Terrible stay. We were out on a site with an obvious water leak as there was a huge puddle with continuous water bubbling up. Amenities were shut down. Parents at the playground with their children openly smoking marihuana. I have no interest in a party campground especially for the high price of the sites. I expected more from a KOA. Corporate will also be sent my review.

Unfortunately, the pool with the slides and the hot tub were closed for service :( The staff is super friendly!! We enjoy the lazy tubing on the river. We booked for next year already!

This is one of the bigger and nicer KOAs I've stayed at. I love coming here for the Customer Appreciation weekend. The RV spots are spacious, level, and mostly well-shaded. My favorite part is the little river float that's accessed right in the property. The only drawback was Love Your Pet the same time as Customer Appreciation and someone was shooting fireworks with too many dogs there.

We stayed at site 17 and was it cause us some concern on how inclined it is, generating some issues leveling the unit. I brought this to the front office’s management and they were absolutely great helping discussing the case but also helping us safely departing from the site. Makes all the difference having management dedicated helping customers like Steve did together with his crew.

We had a great time. Lots of activities for all. The lazy river was incredible. Staff was pleasant and enjoyable even with it being very busy. Can’t wait to return.

Overall our stay was nice. The campground was extremely large. As a result, the bathrooms & shower facilities were lacking. They were a dirty both times I visited and needed restocking. Also the showers needed cleaning and the water pressure was nearly non-existent. Oh, and the water started out warm and quickly moved to cold. �

Our favorite camp ground. We have been staying here for our vacation for the last 13 years. My children of various ages have soooooo many activities to participate in. Pools were clean. Hot tub was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was well stocked. Pizza and ice cream served in the store were a nice treat. Arcade has a lot of fun games and activities.

On Labor Day weekend which was fully booked we had 4 sites with friends along the river. First couple days was great until the public bathroom was backed up with sewage. When it was time for us to leave 3 of our sites with sewage connections backed up, my site had a broken pipe that was bubbling up sewage and running into the river. Management needs to be better prepared for full sewage tanks.

The staff was very nice, there was confusion about our site because someone had incorrectly written the wrong site number. Once the clerk checked the reservation, we were thrilled with site 240. Awesome shaded spot. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because our site as well as most roadways were just dirt and dust. Bathroom near pool didn’t have a shower curtain.

We had a good time, the river is always fun and there were kid friendly actives along with the adult paint night which was fun. The down fall was the bathroom near us was either closed or gross all weekend and it was a hike to another bathroom.

The bathrooms by site 425 were not working for the 2nd year in a row. Maybe going to environmental friendly urinals that use less water would help.

Camp site was dirty, kids under 16 driving golf carts, people speeding, people who work there just going around and around in golf carts not picking up any trash right in front of their noses 3 or 4 cars on a site where there only is room for two

Disappointed too many fees ..overnight fee .car fee.dog fee..every craft activity was $$ .too many golf carts and unsupervised children in hot tub and pool I have been coming here for many years when it was flat rock then Koa the worse thing Koa did was have golf carts this use to be a nice quiet campground

The good: If you're a young couple or a family with young kids or teens, This is your Place! Lots of amenities for kids. The Bad: Sites are small and tightly packed close together. Roads are confusing and not well marked. My site was lower land and still muddy. Could do better with leveling sites. Also this is in Maine, so if Pot is your thing, then ok. Personally I can't stand the smell of it.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
