With two dogs, 4 kids and 2 adults we all had plenty to do. We found the staff exceptional, helpful, friendly and very informative.

We had a great time. The golf cart we rented was very dirty and had beer bottles and trash all through it. The wait in line at check in was ridiculous. The pools seemed a bit dirty. However we do love the area and our campsite was clean.

Golf carts are cleaned when returned and checked before renting. Check in was only 5 minutes, pools are cleaned daily.

There was no WiFi. Our site included cable, but no stations actually came in. Half of the amenities were either closed for part of our stay or only available for small portions of the day. There were no dance parties or anything really fun for older kids planned, which was the only reason I went on a holiday week because most campgrounds have lots of things to do. The bathrooms were atrocious.

Wifi is located in the main office and arcade as advertised on the webpage. pools, waterslide, sluce, jump pad, are all open. the ropes course was open in the morning and closed when heat index was at 95%. We do not advertise dance parties. Bathrooms are cleaned consistently 5 times per day.

This was our best stay yet! Great entertainment! It was a variety for kids and adults. Loved the Wildlife Encounters, the Band, the DJ, the Adult Paint Night, ect. Our site and every site we walked by was spotless and ready for new campers as soon as the previous ones left. Express check-in was perfect. Delivery of firewood was prompt (made it to our site before did). Love it here and will be back

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in the Deluxe Cabins. They are new and surprisingly beautiful! There was enough space and the accommodations were great! They were furnished and stocked appropriately! The activities were fun, and using a golf cart is a must to get around, so much to see and do! The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately ran out of pizza too fast. A definite vacation spot!

The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The owner and most of the staff are exceptional! The only issue was there was one worker (Ron) who was beyond rude and harassed our family and my children. He thought (mistakenly!) that our golf cart wasn't returned on time when we had reserved it another day.

We loved the pool slide, ropes course, mini golf and mining. The animal encounter was also great. We couldn't spend much time at the pool because there were not enough umbrellas. It's mostly families not people sun tanning so more umbrellas needed. Bathrooms were tight, dirty and there was no place to change my babies. Pools were a bit dirty and crowded. Wish the store sold more food items.

2024 we are purchasing more umbrellas and new pool furniture. Bathrooms do not have changing stations but i will speak to corporate and suggest we add. Bathrooms were clean as we clean 5 times daily or when needed. pools were busy and clean, not dirty. we have 60 food items in the store.

We have a 42' camper and the campground is much too small to accommodate a trailer that large. The sites are on sand so our camper wouldn't level so we had to leave after 2 days because the sand kept getting washed away and our camper door couldn't close because of the tilting, among other things. This was our summer vacation that we planned for over a year and were so incredibly disappointed.

I spoke to Ms Bianchi on 2 occasions regarding her site. The site is level but due to 4" of rain there was an issue. I refunded Ms Bianchi the entire amount as she stated she would write the campground up online.

The day after we arrived, maintenance started digging up the site next to ours. Then they rolled the septic wagon in and were pumping for several hours. We had to leave our site the smell was so overwhelming. You could taste it in your mouth. Not once did your staff approach us or explain this was going to happen giving us the opportunity to leave. The larger pool was just dirty

The Assistant General Manager went to all of the neighboring sites and spoke to each guests and advised they were going to pump the tank. Pools are cleaned on a daily basis.

Lots to do, especially for children. Our site was very large. A site adjacent to us was quite loud, even after quiet hours started. With 2 golf carts and 4 cars, they seemed to have invited all of their friends. We don't have a problem with groups camping together, but this crew seemed obnoxiously loud, even with a couple of employees camping very close.

The guests were advised by security that quiet time was at 11pm, the guests dispersed at that time and security patrolled during the evening.

The stay was nice. While I appreciate mowing of the grass, spaying the grass clipping against my RV was not appreciated. We stayed in patio spot. Patio was nice and while rain can’t be avoided, the mud under the rig was on hoses and cables. :(

There was only 1 day to mow considering all the rain we had. cable and hoses were removed.

If I had a complaint it would be not enough umbrellas available in the pool areas. Overall a great campground!

The campsite was uneven, cable did not work so we were given the resort fee back. It was nice next to the river. The staff was very friendly.

we have started to level some cabins this season and will complete 80 over the winter. the cable was down due to earlier flooding.

We had a lot of rain and the river was closed, I also had to take my shoes off to get in my camper because my site was flooded up to my ankles. The large pool who was great and could use more umbrellas. Still coming back next year. Would like to see some improvements but overall great place.

although the river was shut down the campground staff were amazing !! We originally had people on our site and the staff did their magic to make a site move so we were still close to all 5 other family sites. Our teens were entertained for our whole stay . This was the cleanest campground I’ve ever stayed at and I have worked/ lived on a campground for 8 years . I know how much work goes in.

Upon checking in I Was told oh, sorry, we don't take American Express at this register, We only take it on the food side. I explained that I did not see anywhere that american express was not an option.. I had to Call my husband to get me another card. I and many others feel The lock in fee is not necessary when people are prebooking a yr in advance. This should be for new reservations

We come several times a year. The new gate is not a good system. You changed the passcode 2 days into our stay but didn’t notify us. There has to be a better system to keep people out than that gate.

The gate codes are changed every week and we advise all guests that are here for any additional time and give them the codes and advance.

Well run campground with very friendly staff. Nice location along the Salmon Falls River with 2 swimming pools and great water slide. Good mix and variety of camp sites. Will likely visit again.

The ropes course people were wonderful and so we're the store/ front desk people. It's really the other campers I had an issue with. Screaming and loud music in the middle of the night. People playing rap music about rape. Whole families taking over the empty site next to us to play soccer and hitting our camper multiple times. While a staff member watched. Wish the rules were more enforced.

Security 2, staff patrol the campgrounds each night. Guests are also given the security number that they can contact on their welcome package. Security did speak to these guests and were advised of the quite times.

The campsite was great but a lot of the activities were cancelled and the game room had a lot of games that were out of order.

some of the outside activities were canceled due to weather, other inside activities were offered at that time. Happy House was contacted and came to fix the games that were out of order.

All the activities are appealing for families with younger children, as seniors all we are looking for is nice spacious sites, clean restrooms, hot showers and good internet. The site was beautiful and the restrooms were clean but did not appreciate the lukewarm showers and virtually no internet unless you went up to a hot spot. For the price we paid we would expect this! Need to upgrade!!!!

Lukewarm shower comment - maintenace went to the bath house and summized this was due to the amount of 8 showers being used at the same time and the heater not able to keep up with the amount of water being used.

We had a great time: great amenities, jump pad was a highlight, bathrooms pretty clean. 2 things were a bit of a disappointment: crafts/activities seemed pretty poorly executed (not enough paints/supplies, bingo less than 30 minutes). Our neighbors (safari tent) were blasting music, yelling past quiet hrs, kids throwing rocks, 2 tents set up behind the tent - must have had 20 people in one site.

we offer an extensive amount of crafts and activities. We have paint and supplies available at all times. Bingo was 30-minutes as the team finished their 5 games. Security was contacted and spoke to the guest regarding the music. There was a big group at one of the safari tents and they were dispers

Was a great time until the rain started and then it became a washout with a small pond quickly growing under our tent. Since it wasn't thunder and lightening the pool was still open so was able to send kids to pool while I packed up early. They loved it.

We loved seeing the kids run after the outlaws and the amazing staff. We however did not like the neighbor that stole our picnic table, fire place and also when we arrived to our site they were parked on our site. However the staff managed it very well!

Lebanon KOA is an excellent place to camp. The cabin we stayed in was new and clean. The site was well-designed and had everything we needed. This KOA has every sort of activity you can imagine. Finally, the staff were all outstanding from the folks at the check-in desk to the plumber. Definitely a great place to camp.

The facility was clean, and the waterslide was great. The adult staff was friendly, the younger staff, not so much. I liked that I was not bothered by bugs at all during our stay. Overall we were just expecting more for our first time at a KOA.

Kathy, Leanne and quite a few other people were wonderful this past week. A dam on the river was released and with the extra rain it caused flooding down by river. The trailers were at risk. Many people were beyond helpful to be sure we got moved properly and in a safe location. They can't control what happened but everyone was so helpful and great!!! Rough start but the week turned out great.

It’s always been amazing. I wish it was cheaper to stay. It’s very very expensive. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and I would hope that the campground would do something for regulars like myself.

A five star rating for a stay that had many things go wrong? ABSOLUTELY, because the staff did everything humanly possible to make it right. Our first day/night included no cable service, a multi hour electrical outage (internal to the park), and flooding that caused us to have to change sites. As stated, the staff was very accommodating. The park is clean, nicely located and had many attractions.

Rained most of the time but when it didn’t it was wicked fun but didn’t get to go in the river due to being high due to rain

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
