Rained the whole time….bees everywhere…. They didn’t have the campsite I requested ready….people kept walking through campsite…. Crazy guy screaming in road near campground….a child almost drowned in the river…my stepson lost his phone and we got yelled at trying to find it so it didn’t get ruined in the rain because the pool was being shocked….slusing machine clogged we kept goi

Great place but expensive for a KOA for a 2 night stay. Kids loved the amenities. Corporation running the KOA closed the pool down too early in the season. Should have been open another week because of the great weather.

Stayed the last weekend of Season. Disappointed to find pool with slide and outdoor hot tub closed down "for repairs" . Nowhere on the website or the many confirmation emails was this mentioned. Would have reconsidered our stay had we known. When asked at check out if we enjoyed our stay, said would have been better if pool/hot tub open, "I'll let them know" was reply. Shameful

We had an amazing time it would be amazing to have the internet we pay for because when it rains we like to go inside and watch movies but the people are great and we can't wait to stay again next summer

We were a bit disappointed there were no pans to use in the oven nor any kitchen towels to use. There was also a bunch of trash along the water behind the cabin. Other KOA's that we have been to had been spotless and provided everything in a deluxe cabin.

It was awesome!!!! Everyone is so friendly. I called while staying there because our oven wasn’t working in the cabin we were staying in. They were there to look at it within 10 mins. Fortunately we had rented 2 cabins so we were fine. I’m already booked For next year!!! I plan to go here for all my trips!!!!!

We had a great time and enjoyed the park but we were very disappointed that the children's splash pad, water slide/pool and the adult hot tub were closed; more so because those are the specific reasons we chose to stay at this campground. We really wish we were notified and had been given the option to cancel.

We have been coming to KOA Lebanon Salmon Falls for the past several years for our last trip of season. It is obvious all of the work and improvements being done these past few years. A worn down campground is starting to take shape. Still need work on sewer system. Special shout out and thanks to Tom (Head Engineer) who got our cable up and running so we could watch a football game.

Our stay was fantastic! We returned for our 2nd time and will continue to return. I just wish that you would share your list of scheduled activities ahead of time via email to those who are booked to stay so people can plan accordingly.

Second visit this year and both times the water slide was closed down for the kids. One of the highlights for them at this location.

I stayed Columbus Day weekend in the new deluxe cabin and found it covered in carpenter ants daily Alive/ dead ants in beds and on floors Took pictures of the grossness I Totally understand I’m in the woods and there are plenty of bugs but they shouldn’t be in a brand new cabin. I’ve stayed in a deluxe cabin and rv in the past and never experienced ants all over.

We found the campsite to be very noisy due to the street traffic. We also had an issue with the gate pass code. For some reason it was changed, but we never received any notification that it was changed. I think that customer service could have communicated this change to us.

Even though it was October in New England the weather was quite comfortable. Not sure how you guys pulled that off so well, but nicely done. Only thing wrong, was it wasn’t long enough.

Check in was extremely easy. We were very pleased with our Deluxe Cabin. The location was fantastic. The staff we dealt with (Jaime, Jen, Parker) were all absolutely awesome and fun to deal with. We've already booked our stay again for next year.

Great stay. It was disappointing to learn at checkin that the hot tub was closed. The website needs updating for hours as well as what is included with deluxe cabin rentals.

Our family and friends loved our time in Lebanon Koa ON SALMON FALLS RIVER. The staff was friendly and the amenities were in good condition and clean. I can't wait for the pool with the big slide to be open again.

This was our 1st camping trip in our own travel trailer and we were very happy with our experience there. We live close but didn't realize how nice the campground was. We are already planning our next trip there. Our site was awesome and convenient. Love the high quality table set, fire pit, log swing and especially the cement patio area which was very clean. We all had a great time.

Very nice park for families and kids but we don’t have any. A few quibbles; trash dumpsters were across street so hard to find. Our guide to our spot did not clue in to big rig friendly route.

The stay was fantastic! The only problem was lighting. There was absolutely no lighting on the outside of our cabin!!

No wifi or cable at sites. No good over the air TV signals. Sites are in fair condition. Roads are in poor condition with too many ruts. Low cell signal at sites. Staff was nice and friendly. Putt Putt was fun.

We had an amazing time this past weekend. We rented the deluxe cabins with 10 other families. Our kids ran around and played tag and other outdoor games. We didn’t see any of the kids glued to their phones and adult sat around fires, cooked out and enjoyed each other. This s our 2nd year and we already have plans to do it again next year.

The safari tent, campground, and staff were wonderful. My only complaint is the noise from the Flat Rock Bridge Rd both nights cars and motorcylces were racing and squealing tires at 1am.

We stayed during the week after Labor Day so there were no activities and all of the amenities were closed. Still a nice place to stay and we will probably be back earlier in the year when everything is open.

Only stayed overnight so didn't use many facilities but I do think that the internet needs to be available to all plots on the site.

We were booked at a site that has no picnic table, we had to grab one from a nearby empty site. There was trash in our site. As we walked around the campground we saw lots of various empty beer cans all over the side of the road. As we were leaving my husband was dumping the tanks in our camper, sewer overflowed all into our neighbors campsite, so gross. Also now our truck is covered in pine pitch

Your website is great, but it showed things we wanted to do at this location…even starting with a video, but they were closed. You should have a way to let your potential guests know that in advance. The water slide pool was closed as was the hot tub and rope park. Also, the person who checked us in kept doing task work before she acknowledged us. Disappointing, and we just joined KOA membership

I was disappointed that the pool and water slide were closed for reno. It's one of the main reasons we chose this facility. The cabin was a bit dirty and run down. The ceiling fans were so laden with dust that it was literally dripping off the blades, the bathroom vent was caked with dust as was the top of the fridge. All 3 blinds in the living room were broken, the porch door screen needed repair

We had a patio site. Because the patio was at the front right of our site we could not open our steps on it. There were large boulders at the back of the patio also.

Our cabin and amenities were beyond our expectations. Very clean facilities. We had a great experience during our stay.

This place is beyond perfect. Visited this campsite for a solo get away, stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. Everything from the employees to the rooms, the trails, the pools, etc, was great. This campsite is huge and there is so much to do! The general Manager Steve was Fantastic. Being a solo female traveler, Steve made sure I was well taken care of to ensure my safety. They met all of my needs, I will 100% be recommending this campsite to friends and family. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

We rented a trailer from them at one of their site. Trailer was very clean and well maintained. Bathroom was very small but that's expected from this small trailer. The kitchen was good with almost everything you need for the stay. The full bed was spacious for two. They also have two bunker beds good enough for 2 kids. The platform outside was very good, the awning was very useful when it rained during our stay.
