From Boston: Take Route 95 North to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Go left at the split (Exit 4), which will put you on the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16 North) toward New Hampshire. Follow the Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 16 and follow the signs to Route 125 North toward Milton. Go one block and take your first right onto Flat Rock Bridge Road. At the stop sign, cross Salmon Falls Road and continue driving straight over the bridge to the campground entrance.

We also offer seasonal sites. You can skip the hassle of setting everything up just to break it down a few days later and keep your rig set up all season. We'll even store it over the winter for you.

We have one RV rental that is 35 feet long with two slide outs. It comes equipped with heat, air conditioning, a flat-screen with cable TV and a full bath and kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and the bunk room has four single bunks. It's located in the heart of the action with easy access to our fishing pond, pools and parking.
Our new RV rentals sleep six and come with full kitchens and baths. They have a double bed in the front of the unit and a double over double bunk in the back. They also come with a sofa and dining area. Outside, RV rentals have decks, grills, fire features and a table and chairs. Bring your pup and stay in a pet-friendly unit.
Wake up to the view of our beautiful fishing pond in one of our cabins. You can sip coffee on your porch or whip up a meal in the kitchenette, which comes with a fridge, sink and range. Our air-conditioned cabins sleep up to six with a double bed and two sets of twin bunks so you can bring the whole family. They also have half baths and are just steps from a bathhouse, baseball field, pool, hot tub and playgrounds.
There's something romantic and cozy about a log cabin in the woods. You can get that experience in one of our rustic cabins, with the added bonus of a few modern conveniences like air conditioning and a refrigerator.
Cabins sleep six with one double bed and two sets of twin bunks. If you're not quite ready to live like Henry David Thoreau, cabins come with cable TV hooks ups. They're also located close to a bathhouse and playground.
If you like your glamping ever more glamorous, stay in one of our deluxe riverfront cabins. In addition to beautiful views, they come with full kitchens and bathrooms and sleep six. Outside, they have patios with outdoor furniture, grills and fire features. If you stay in one of our pet-friendly cabins there's even a special bowl for your pup.
Safari tents are the best of both worlds. You get the back to basics feel of a tent with the comfort of a rustic cabin. These chic canvas tents come with two queen beds, a full futon and sleep six. They also have mini-fridges, fans, coffee pots and furnished porches so you can unplug without giving up all of life's little luxuries.
