KOA is our GO TO campground across the. US. Always neat, clean and friendly.

Location is awful. Only stay if you need a convenient stop over. Arrived at 5.05pm but office closes at 5pm. No code provided for rest rooms. Eventually realized we had been sent an email with codes. Didn’t feel safe in our van at night as very open access to public.

Great staff, clean facility ( shower area could use some rehab), and nice level spots. All the sites are asphalt paved. All the utilities perfectly. It was nice they spaced the campers out with at least one empty space between each site. Our Tmobille Wi-Fi worked great. room between campsites. Some traffic noise. These folks also own the KOA at Pismo. We would stay there again.

We’ve stayed at this park for many years and love it’s location to Salinas / Monterey and the entire coast. Great gift store and wonderful folks that work there. Terrific pool area. Showers could use a little work all in all a great park

Roosters at 5am. Pecocks after that. Only one restroom and the women's door didn't unlock with the code. The store was lovely and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The place was clean and seemed well kept. We didn't visit the pool. I think it would be fine if you have a toilet in your unit and you don't mind waking up at O'dark-thirty.

We had a few problems. The power was off just when we wanted to heat our breakfast in the microwave. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for no reason and we ran out of toilet paper. On the plus side we really liked the big room, the beds were very comfortable. The shower, kitchen area, TV, recreation room, firepit,dog park,pool and store were very nice.

Stayed four nights. Campground was very clean. Great little store on site. Wine tasting and bbq were added activities we weren’t expecting when we booked our stay. All staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff are friendly but the campground itself doesn’t have an inviting feel. It is a long row of RVs right next to each other on a slanted road each site has enough room for the RV and a picnic table. Each site is flat but no privacy. We did not use the pool but it looked okay. The shower was mostly clean, but had little flies all over the walls. I would likely not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating with a slightly late checkout. We were able to get in and out easily since it is near the freeway. A nice shopping center is a short drive across the freeway if you need to pick up anything. Our dog enjoyed the dog park which was clean of waste. It is large enough to play fetch in and for the zoomies.

We had the best spot #122 with picnic table and garden area for our 32ft Class C. My sister lost her cell phone. A very good samaritan turned it in to the KOA office where the staff and Manager were extremely helpful.

Well designed spots for a short stay. Helpful staff. The spots are on the smallish side without much privacy. So wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay or if you plan on spending a lot of time at the rv park.

This is the perfect location for accessing Santa Cruz, Moss Beach, and Monterey Bay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The resort is well-kept, too.

Park is fairly cramped with lots of highway noise. Staff is friendly, facilities are in decent shape.

We just stayed the first night and looked for any other place for the second, regardless we have already paid for both. Your "park" is just a coach parking with a tiny pool and showers near to a noisy motorway. Really unpleasant for a campervan or any other vehicle with less than 30 ft.

Place was too noisy. Road noise and maintenance crew using power washers and blowers was not pleasant. Distance from Monterey was misleading in info. Staff was using the laundry for personal items and occupied all machines. They then left their clothes unattended. We had to hunt them down and when confronted they accused us of a lack of patience.

We had a great time at this camp. It’s more like city camping since near freeway and shops. Kids loved the game room and swimming pool so much. They played from the time it opened and until it closed. The people work there are super nice and allowed us late check out at 1pm so kids had more time to play at the game room. Will definitely come back.

I was disappointed because we were so close to our neighbors. I have never been in a campground (we were in 121) where we faced our neighbors and shared such close quarters. Our spot was also next to impossible to get out of.

Sites are close together and the bathrooms are small. However the staff if friendly and helpful and it is a good home base to see all that the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.

I have been to this place at least half a dozen times. It is a great centralized location to explore the coast. 30 minutes to Santa Cruz and 30 minutes to Monterey/Carmel. You can see they are doing some work to make the place look nicer which is good to see.

Nice campground. Very clean with a nice pool and camp store. The highway noise is loud but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The campground is clean and well kept. The pool area looks nice. The store is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. The patio was area was nice. The only negatives were the highway noise and the fence and hedge don't meet between the patios.

They have no handicap bathroom you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the bathroom. If you have good knees and back it would be an ok camp ground but not for me or my wife

Efficient and friendly staff. Restrooms/Showers could use a remodel (like other KOAs seem to have had). No real privacy between many spaces, is like tailgating in a parking lot. Asphalt uneven with many cracks and lifts. Planters a nice touch. Not really beach close.

The park was small and difficult to negotiate a 40 ft Motorhome through. It was clean and neat and staff was friendly.

Was only going to stay for 1 night but ended up staying for 4nights and it was awesome. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Grounds are keep very clean and neat. Felt safe I read others complain about Hwy noise but it didn't bother me.Grocery store close if you need. I would definitely recommend this KOA

Had lots of fun with this hidden gem of koa location and cabins that had just opened up for the year. The eucalyptus cabin we had the whole place to ourselves including a recreation room you go and have fun any time of the day..
