The park was nice. The restrooms were clean. I didn’t like that we didn’t see anything on the website for a pet fee, and were charged an extra $25. The cabin we stayed in was dirty and had sheets that were left on the bed. The fridge was also dirty and moldy on the tray. The pool was clean and the staff was friendly.

Thanks for the invitation from the Session Family Reunion. We really enjoyed the food served by the Session Family and the Softball game. The Breakfast served by KOA was great as well.

It was the perfect place for our family reunion. The clubhouse, the cabins, the campsites, the playgrounds, the pet accommodations, the pool - it was great for our local family members and out of town family members, and for us! The staff was so helpful - Janet and Sharon were great in helping me with the accommodations, and Trudy was great in helping me with the clubhouse.

Unwelcoming upon checking in, she was inconvenienced by having to book us. Then she put us in the worst site possible in a half empty campground, we walked around and choose a space with shade via the availability sites on line, She told us No,it was unavailable, we told her it’s offered on line and she said it would be an extra $20 to choose our site in a empty campground. Beware of biting Bugs

Our first experience at Rusk and we really enjoyed out stay. Friendly staff and quiet setting. We will try to return there in the future.

I went camping with my 2 grandsons , it was a great 4 days and 3 nights . We did the mine shifting and the peddle go karts . Pam was very attentive and gave me booklets when I asked about other KOA’s . My wife and I are going to visit one renting a cabin . Keep up the good work , and I hope you all seen that we left the site better than when we got there .

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Pam and big Bob and little Bob! The salt water pool was great, the grounds were very nice. We will definitely be back!

Always a great place to stay. Not your normal KOA. Definitely worth going out of your way to spend a night or two there.

A great stay, host were very nice and accommodating. The park is great for families with children. Not a huge park so traffic is very light. Lots of activities for kids. Great saltwater pool and plenty of trails.

This is a really nice KOA. It has lots of amenities and is well maintained. Our cabin exceeded our expectations. The camp staff were plentiful and all were very polite and helpful. Great breakfast on Saturday! This was perfect for a weekend getaway with our two dogs. We will be back.

The people we encountered were very nice and helpful, the park was clean with a lot to do but the price for one night was too high. At least $20.00 too high.

Beautiful area. Space 10 is perfect. Personnel are incredibly helpful and friendly. Communication is perfect. I already have reservations for yet another stay next year.

All KOA folks are very polite and helpful. The facilities are always clean and we are very grateful. Text messages were very helpful with the bad weather that came through.

Restrooms pristine and that is so important. We were unable to stay for breakfast, but Saturday pancake breakfast looked wonderful and was well attended. Lots of good family amenities.

KOA Rusk Tx is a great location. Amenities include dog park and walking trails. Very enjoyable and will definitely stay here for next years family reunion.

Nice Camp Sites Easy to Get in and out with Big Rigs I am 42.5 Ft with a Dually so some places are challenging. not here.. Sewer Connection a little tall to allow good Drainage.

Friendly, supportive, quiet stay, beautiful surroundings. I would appreciate an outdoor alternative check-in (front door microphone buzzer..or a sign with a phone number for curbside pickup?) That way maskers are comfortably checked in. (Wasn’t able to initially check in online, because the KOA internet required a password, which was provided with check-in paperwork).

The owner and staff are great people. We rolled in with a new RV our first, the staff helped guide my wife and I through the process of getting connected and setup as well as take down. The staff keeps the grounds clean, and the area was very pleasant. Owner is improving site with future pond. When can remember names John, Janet and Jim you know it is a place you will stay again :) .

Everyone was so nice and ready to accommodate. Very very very clean park with a nice little trail. The park was quiet no road noise or anything. Will definitely be going back to this park.

The.stay are amazing very beautiful quiet,clean Spent the eeek there was amazing The owner is amazing They have 2 teepees and several nice cabins to rent They guest Saturday morning breakfast of Parkes but for only 10 bucks you will love the deluxe breakfast

The friendly staff is what really sets this place a part. We had a great stay in one of the cabins and the staff was helpful at every turn. Good hiking trails, we'll furnished cabins, close to Mission Tejas and the Crocket national forest.
