The staff where very helpful . That was our first trip with a new rv I didn't bring a toolbox or leveling blocks (nube) the staff helped me very much .I would give them a +++A.

Didn't use showers but restrooms and laundry were super clean. I'm sure it is a lot of work to maintain that level of clean as a lot of people are slobs and do not monitor their children. Would have been nice if park could have been a bit quieter as several kids riding around on bicycles and at 10:30 at night older ones bouncing a basketball.

Such a fun campground! The hosts/office staff were amazing! Excellent customer service, great dog park, and lots for the kids to do. Very quiet at night. Perfect place to camp!!!

We love this campground the people are so nice . They are so helpful we had broke off our rear stabilizers and they knrwvright where we could get some . They where very nice to my 2 grandsons answering all their questions .

Salt water pool was incredible. Clean clean clean campsite facilities. Kind and very helpful staff. Organized systems. Beautiful natural setting. Saturday Breakfast was the icing on the cake. We will be staying here often.

The Office put me in a spot right next to one of the cabins that they rented out which was fine till one of the host came to me not once not twice but three times to tell me I was to close to the cabins porch. Give me a break the whole camp ground is on top of the next camp site. See pictures. The rest of the camp sites were empty but the office assigned spot 8 right next door to cabin.

This was the best KOA we have ever visited! The people were all so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home and very safe while we were there. The pool was fantastic, and I loved that the kids always had something to do. We will be going back as soon as we get the chance!

We were supposed to be there for one night, and as soon as I met the staff and the camp ground I didn't hesitate on spending an extra night. The staff is super polite and friendly. Will definitely come back!

Traveled with friends in separate RVs. Beautiful mountain setting. Roomy sites. Daily morning trash pickup outside our coaches. Nice pool. Variety of accommodations (RV sites, cabins. TeePees). Friendly and very helpful staff.

A very clean and well kept property! Friendly and Helpful Staff who were both welcoming and a joy to talk to. We plan to stay at this property again soon. The only negative would be that the WIFI network was not working although the Staff tried to reset the system it never was operational. I hope the WIFI is repaired soon.

We enjoyed our four nights stay in Rusk KOA. We had a patio pull through and greatly enjoyed the patio. We also enjoyed the pancake breakfast on Saturday. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. If we are in the area we will stay here again.

The staff was lovely. The "TP #2" was awful. Spiders were everywhere and despite being sprayed, one cannot reach the top where it was filled with spiders. Daddy longlegs were everywhere. A tarantula was killed at 2am. There was mold on the canvas itself. The stove rusted, filled with spiders and exploded in gas bomb when trying to light by employee. Would not rent it again. Suggest removal.

We organized a family reunion and chose Rusk because of the location, never having stayed there before. The facilities and staff are awesome. We have stayed at many KOA's throughout the U.S. and this ranks as the best in terms of facilities. Other than problems with the computer system, our stay was very enjoyable.

Despite the holiday weekend, our stay was fairly quiet. We enjoyed the Saturday pancake breakfast, the view of the woods, and the friendliness of the staff.

we had a family reunion with 30 family members. The staff was great and the facilities were wonderful for the family. There was plenty of things for kids ranging from age 1 to 75... The only complaint would be that their computer system didn't seem to be user friendly for the staff. We are planning another trip back there..

The stay was wonderful, the staff very helpful and pleasant. The campgrounds were well maintained and clean. The spaces available had everything I needed and the whole stay was peaceful and quiet. Jack was awesome and fun to talk with. I will definitely stay there again when in the area. This place is a gem and should be on everyone's list of places to stay!

From start to finish, the entire stay was perfect. We really enjoyed the pancake breakfast and hot dog/ hamburger supper. All KOA staff were friendly & welcoming.

Love the Rusk KOA, i’ve stayed there are a number of times and it’s always beautiful, quiet, friendly, clean and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back to the Piney Woods of East Texas in the near future

Enjoyed the stay except for two things. 1). The bed was to high for a short person and the pillow top mattress sank to the middle and made it hard to move. 2). The bathroom door was hard to close. Forgot to tell you that information when we checked out.

Beautiful setting. Great staff here. Only one thing is that it got kinda loud one night after quiet time but no biggie and doesn’t reflect on the overall rating. We will be back

I am not what one would consider a "camper" however had an absolute blast at your KOA Campground in Rusk Texas. The cabin was perfect in every way. From the porch swing to mini fridge - absolutely awesome. The showers and restrooms were close enough to use even late at night. Everything was clean and Saturday's breakfast was such a treat. Looking forward to coming back in a couple months!

We normally stay in our RV. This time we tried the deluxe cabin It was ok the staff was friendly but not as organized as past KOA directors at rusk. It was still a pleasant experience

The.stay are amazing very beautiful quiet,clean Spent the eeek there was amazing The owner is amazing They have 2 teepees and several nice cabins to rent They guest Saturday morning breakfast of Parkes but for only 10 bucks you will love the deluxe breakfast

The friendly staff is what really sets this place a part. We had a great stay in one of the cabins and the staff was helpful at every turn. Good hiking trails, we'll furnished cabins, close to Mission Tejas and the Crocket national forest.
