Overall a great experience. The person who answered the phone to book the reservation was very friendly and helpful! We had a great spot with beautiful views. The only disappointment was the pool; very small considering the size of the campground and the pool was EXTREMELY COLD - approx 72 degrees. We could only stay in the pool about 10 minutes. Way too cold for children and most adults.

Amazing view and staff is so friendly. We stayed at on of the glamping tents and absolutely loved it. I do wish they cleaned an area where we could put the grill just because there are rocks everywhere and there was no flat ground it was all up hill.

The KOA employees we’re all so welcoming and courteous. Help with any thing was not too far away and everyone was willing to pitch in! Our very first time at a KOA and we are now totally excited to come here again and again. The groceries were very reasonable priced as we did forget quite a few items that we had to buy.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the newly renovated patio sites in row “E”. The sites in rows “M, L, and O” are by the main road and really disconnected from the rest of the campground. Our kids loved the giant slide and nightly hay rides. Hopefully the existing playground is part of the capital improvement plan.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It fit our family of 6. Queen bed was very comfortable. Great area. Everything was clean and better than hotel. Mini golf was run down but kids still enjoyed it.

Very clean, staff was very nice. Enjoyed the free amenities. Swimming pool, slide and putt putt. Would recommend to anyone.

Helpful staff, clean facilities, close to The Royal Gorge and other nearby towns. Stayed four nights and used the location as base camp for other adventures. We will stay again.

Well we got the best campsite we got there n sewer backup. Went to office told them they said get someone right there. Next morning no one yet so went to office get some one there no show. So before we left we went to another campsite n dumped. Very disappointed because we paid good money for that site.

We had a great spot and having a pen for the dogs was awesome. All the staff was super nice and they tried to keep activities as much as they could even with the rain. We have stayed here before and it is great to see the improvements made.

The Deluxe cabin was great. There was a problem with the stairs that was corrected while we were there. The only real complaint we have is the pool was very cold. The location and facilities were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. overall a great place to stay.

We love "our little cabin"! Stayed there last year and this year while visiting our son. It is the perfect size and so close to a lot of great hiking spots. We love waking up to mountain views!

I was so impressed with this campground. We are new to RVing so we haven't been to very many places. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this one was. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the sites were attractive and there was lots of things to do at the campground. I was especially impressed with the shower room. It was so much nicer than I had anticipated. We had a great stay.

We had a great stay. The sites were spacious and level, the staff is so friendly, nice shade tree at our site, fun activities for the kids, bathrooms very clean, beautiful views, quiet campground. We will definitely be back next summer. I have given a recommendation on one of the RV Campground review Facebook pages because we were so pleased with our stay.

This is a great campground we've stayed at three times now. Beautiful grounds, plenty of mature trees for shade, with lots of activities going on for the kids. We stayed in a new pull-through spot near the giant slide. New patios with furniture make the spots homey and extra nice. Thanks for a great stay!

KOA staff did not enforce quiet hours or respond to voicemails and texts to any of the 'after hours support' from myself or other campers. A large group of partiers were very LOUD. My kids heard very graphic INAPPROPRIATE conversation and couldn't sleep. This is supposed to be a family campground? Found out in morning it was the camp manager himself (Anthony) that didn't respond. Where was he?

Nice campground. Friendly staff. I was told laundry room was shut down, then see people doing laundry. Washers were operating, but only one dryer---and staff had to trip a circuit breaker to get that dryer to work---if they weren't too busy inside the office. It's not the fault of the people working there---It's the management. The girls working eere very nice.

We were in the primitive tent area. The campsite was very nice. We liked that ours was fairly close to the restrooms. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were frustrated that there was no obvious sign on the highway showing where to turn to get to the KOA. We drove probably 6-8 miles past the turnoff before we figured we must have missed the turnoff.

Sites are very unlevel. Staff was young and inexperienced. Pool gate was not locked after hours. Restrooms needed attention and repair. Laundry was closed.

Stayed in a Kabin-loved how it was stocked with items like a hotel! Enjoyed my coffee in the morning and the soft fluffy towels. Only problem was the porch lights didn’t work (cabin 401A). I informed the desk but no one came out. Also could have used another outdoor chair. Thanks!

Nice facilities, Staff and Sites. This was the fist K O A we had visited with "Paw Pens" for Dogs. They are fenced areas on the site, right by the camper and Patio. We stayed two nights to explore the area.

The only downfall was that the slide and s’mores were not happening and from your website it seems they are an every day activity. Other than that it had really nice bathrooms and lots of other fun things to do. Great putt putt course. Would definitely come back

As peaceful as it gets this time of year. Stayed here beginning of April 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Dirt/gravel pad. Pavers, landscaping, and very fine gravel/sand mix fire pit area. Site #B12 General: 1) Very quiet and not many other campers this time of year. 2) 5-7 min for Royal Gorge Bridge Park and overlook picnic areas. 3) Spacious sites and not too close to neighbors and their hookups (many are a touch short but still work well) Campground WiFi: Worked pretty well. Conducted Zoom meetings and able to work on vpn. BUT that is mainly b/c the park was fairly empty. Cell/hotspot using booster: AT&T (3 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Verizon (4 of 4 bars—4G). Able to work on VPN, Zoom meetings, and stream. Details: Check-in: Site assignments posted on board. Office hours limited this time of year. Sites: Dirt/ gravel pad. Fairly spacious sites. Site 19: Was not our site but we noticed that the patio side connects directly to laundry and restrooms, so folks seem to forget their manners and cut through that site's patio spot. Campground Road: Dirt road but too not bumpy. Grounds: Clean. Bathrooms/Showers: Clean and well-maintained. Laundry: Worked well. Location: Gas, groceries and restaurants are in town 10 min Near highway: The KOA is slightly off of a main road so there is a touch noise during the day. Near train: No
