Second time we stayed there this trip. Had different parking closer to front and better bath/shower but shower was very small.

Very easy late check-in process. Nice wide rows to pull into and all the hook-ups worked perfectly. The wifi didn't work, the sheet had the wrong network name, I believe. The dog park was nice but my small dogs were able to jump through fence the holes were so large. :(

We stayed in the overflow area. The restrooms and showers were horrible. They are modular rooms. They were dirty, trash was full, walls had water damage, floors and baseboards were dirty. We looked at the premium patio sites and they weren’t much better than the dirt gravel that we had. It wasn’t worth the price. We stayed at the West Pueblo CO KOA the night before. It was clean and beautif

Great place and very clean but we were in a total wind tunnel and it rocked our little camper all night. We couldn't even keep our propane lit to fix our food. Really need some wind blocks around there or a tree!

It was like being in a gravel parking lot in the middle of a field. Weeds overgrown everywhere. I was so disappointed we left after the first day

You need to stop renting spaces without water, that’s twice I have been screwed by Rock Springs KOA ! Trust me when I tell you I will never stay there again! The only bright spot at that KOA is Office staff, and in particular Jackie. Good bye for good!

This was our third stay and despite the ownership change there is still no cable TV, the dog park could use some improvements and the WiFi is pretty much unusable. Come on KOA, let's improve our game.

Our 4th time here: we actually consider this a destination, not a stop over. We like the quietness and scenery of the Wyoming landscape, as well as the easy accessibility to hiking directly from this KOA. This time we noticed that there seems to be mediocre effort in regards to maintenance and upkeep of this facility. We hope to be back and continue to enjoy this KOA and the Rock Springs area.

Disneyland prices for plain, ugly gravel site. Horrible prevalent winds. No fun things or anything good in restaurants anywhere near. Awful experience.

Bathrooms were not clean or maintained. In men’s bathroom 1 of the 2 toilets did not work. We may stay again just because their location in relation to our travels.

The cost per day was ridiculous. It is July and the pool has not been inspected so it was closed. It was a dirt parking lot with nothing but hook ups. The wi-fi was terrible and lastly your on a main road with large tanks in front of the campground. Very disappointing since we are koa members.

Nice stopover. I'm not a fan of the back to back camp site configuration. Recommend for a night or two to rest up, but it didn't seem like there was too much to do.

No privacy whatsoever, campsites are basically stacked on top of each other. We drove from WV to Idaho and this was by far our least favorite campground. Our site didn't even have a fire ring. The lady at the front desk was nice, but no thank you tp the all gravel, no fire pit, no privacy campground. The nice lady at check in is the only reason I added a star.

Great location on the freeway, excellent facilities, clean, and night check-in was super easy. Not the prettiest views/location, but great for a stopover.

Very nice level patio space with privacy fence. Easy pull through space setup for quick easy leveling and hookups.

The spaces are very close, how they have you park and the sewer dump was uphill for us. The store was great and the employees are great!

it was nice, staff was helpful. THe only thing I can think of is that the lock on the womens bathroom doesn't work. What I mean is that you don't need the combination to get in, just need to push the door open and you can get int.

We were wishing we could have felt a little less on display and a little less conspicuous, but, hey, you can't manufacture trees where they don't grow. Bathrooms were clean and that's what counts! You do well with the terrain.

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
