Average KOA - dependable for consistent amenities. Somewhat spartan in vegetation, and more expensive than most, especially considering it is right next to a huge Phillips 66 tank farm.

I think the facilities need updating for example, bathrooms need retiling and dog play area nears boards repaired. The planters could use live flowers / plants or put in artificial ones.

We have stayed here 7 times in the past 4 years as we live in Idaho and our daughter lives in Ohio and this camp ground is usually our first and last stop. Pool was closed this time and campground seemed to have deteriorated over the past year. Still a good place to stop and we will be back.

It was a great KOA but the location just was not great. The people and amenities were great other than the fact that the pool was not open.

The park and the staff was very nice and park clean. I was bummed because we had a wonderful campsite I think it was 30 it was right next to the smallgreen area with the swing and it was just beautiful. Unfortunately the rig next to us used the wrong sewer and we weren't able to hook up to the other sewer so we had to move. I suggest you put numbers on the sewer cap so that doesn't happen again.

Check in was exceptional, staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The facility was very clean and well kept. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely stay there again.

We loved our patio even space. The dogs could sit outside with us - we enjoyed the space immensely. The store was well stocked and the front desk staff were so delightful. Really a great experience!

We drove 85 miles on a dirt road in the middle of the night to get the KOA. So worried our spot would be given away to someone else. We arrived around midnight. All the info was right there on the board. Easy peasy. It was our first time staying at a KOA - very impressed !!! Can not wait to try another one.

The only thing I saw was when I took a shower there was mold in the corners of the shower. I wore shower shoes.

Very well maintained and everyone was very nice. Very big sites. It’s all gravel and no trees or grass but the whole Rock Springs area looks like that.

We were very disappointed that it was all dirt and gravel. The pool was closed. Nothing like the previous Journey KOA we had stayed at. Site was very tight. There was fencing on the passenger side that was angled in to coach instead of away making it almost impossible to walk down that side of rig. Could not even open awning due to closeness of site.

Campground was ugly. No trees, no shade. View of giant gas tanks. No fire pits at individual spaces, only at guest houses. Pool was advertised but closed. After camping for 35 years we decided to try a KOA, Never again.

Every KOA should have the feature of a concrete pad and privacy fence like this one offers, we absolutely loved it, but shouldn’t have to pay more for it.

Certainly not worth $76.00 nite rate. WiFi service was terrible. We do computer business in our motorhome and wifi cnnection was very bad. This is a $50.00 nite RV park max.

Great location for an overnight stop; just off Hwy 80. It’s a large, open gravel lot and the sites were a decent size. Amenities were ok too. No trees or grassy areas, but it worked for our purposes!

Very disappointing for a corporate Camp Site. For one you cannot pick your individual site from the KOA website therefore you do not realize how poor of a site you have until you show up. This location has sites set up with your private spaces facing each other which is not what most people want. The restrooms were a complete disaster, full of hair and grime on the floors, showers and toilets.

Staff is great, and accommodating. I booked a site online, and didn’t realize it was electric only. After I unhooked and got setup, I connected to the hose bib, but there was no water! When I inquired the staff member said they shut the water off to those 2 sites because they leak bad and caused a flood after they turned them on in the spring. So they shut them down and are offered electric only

I had one of the patio sites. It was really nice, and I liked the fence that provided some privacy. Can't hear the freeway. and plenty of space adjacent to walk the dogs. Well stocked store! Thank you.

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
