Stopped for 1 night in my 31 ft Class A Motorhome, and just needed a 50 Amp electric only site which was available near the entrance/exit. Easy in easy out. Staff was friendly.

Water clogged all our water filters…when we questioned- we were told they were just opening that area & flushing mud from winter.

Overpriced for what you get. The most expensive stay that we paid for on our 5k trip. There was still snow on the ground and muddy, but I was pepared for that considering the time of year, the price was over 80.00 and should have been around 50.00 in my opinion.

I am not sure what there is to do here but for us it had nice big sites, propane and a stores to top off our supplies. It was a good overnight for us. The staff was friendly and pleasant to be around.

Too bad it rained. Your park turned into a mud hole. Our coaches came out with lots of mud. More gravel on the parkway would have helped.

We arrived after traveling through snowy wet weather and the front office tried to help us find someplace to wash our very dirty RV and tow vehicle and shared some washer fluid as ours had run out. They were delightful to visit with and very intentional in doing their best to make sure all our needs were met.

We had previously stayed at this location and had no difficulty with our auto levelers at our site until this visit. Staff was responsive and helped us find a more level site. Women’s bathroom code was unnecessary as the door simply opened. As this location is just off the interstate, a working locked door would be appreciated.

Such an expensive stay in an unappealing location! Supply/demand must influence that in some unfathomable on peak season. We were effectively forced to stay there during bad weather (snow and cold in April). Everything worked well but absolutely NO aesthetic value whatsoever.

It had recently snowed and the KOA RV space had mud covered by gravel (good). The men's bathroom shower was small and I fell, knocking some tiles off the shower curb. I informed the manager who said the tile was due for replacement. She was very kind.

Muddy mess, debris at our site and poop in the dog park. Campground needs attention, especially for sites with reservations - you know we're coming, get the site cleaned up!!!!! This campground is open in the winter, so know that there will be snow and wet messy areas, but there are ways to keep large mud puddles from forming, especially in walk areas. Will not return & won't recommend to anyone.

Over priced, mud hole, dog poop everywhere, and to close to a noisy interstate. I would have been better off dry camping in a truck stop parking lot. It was late and dark so I couldn’t see these things. Worst experience in 3 months of traveling.

Came in late staff had left but office was unlocked I went in but no one around. Person plowing snow asked what I was doing I replied looking for a campsite. They asked way and how I was in office. Door was open so I walked in. They were upset staff hadn’t locked doors but set me up with site only needed electrical and it did get down to 15 degrees that night paid next morning went on down road

We have no rating for you����. Highway 80 was closed so we couldn’t even get to Rock Springs. Spent the night in the very crowded Wal Mart in Evanston.

You guys are great! I'm so thankful you were open so we had a place to stop and plug in and wait out this crazy winter weather in April. I didn't catch her name, but the lady I spoke with was very helpful and diligent about getting our reservation set up and paid for. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! We'd happily stay here again, but might wait until the snow is gone �

This is our fourth time staying at the Rock Springs KOA. It’s convenient for us to stop off while traveling from CO to CA.

We loved our unexpected stay at this KOA. We had to backtrack due to weather conditions/closures along I80 and ended up staying here to take a break on our way to Colorado. This was the cutest campground. Staff was super nice and helpful. Large spacious sites. Bathrooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the playground and playing with our dog at the dog park. A++

We were not impressed. First off, we didn't get the KOA discount (we checked in and left outside of office hours), and to make it worse, the emailed receipt showed cash back, which we didn't receive. My guess is it went into the pocket of whoever was in charge. Second, the rates were full even though it was winter weather (-11F in the morning) and the site hadn't been plowed recently.

Just passing through on the way to Utah. They offered a discount to stay an extra night, so we gratefully accepted! The showers in the bath house desperately need to be cleaned, but otherwise the site was well maintained.

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.

My buddy and I made the questionable choice of renting a tent site in bad weather. The staff called us and helped us figure out a cabin instead. Laura, thank you for the reality check and help.
