Camping was fine just disappointed in the playground. Should be replaced and updated with safe toddler friendly features!

We don't use the rest rooms or pool so can not comment on that, but we have been coming here for 20 plus years and have enjoyed each trip. A little road noise but not bad at night. Grounds are kept neat and clean. Wednesday the test siren goes off and it is very loud so prepare for that. We just chose to come in on Thursday to avoid it now. All and all, one of our nicer camping experience

Between the owner being rude, wanting to charge extra for cleaning the cabin (its there job to clean) charging for extra guest after complaining about it. using pretreated, and scrap pallets for firewood, There is no way in the world you could pay me to go back to this place. I love KOA, but as far as going back to Rochester KOA not a chance in the world. Very Rude, Charge for everything.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do not charge extra for cleaning the Kabin. We do not use scrap pallets for fire wood. We do chare for visitors it is covid time.

We are new rv campers. We had a reservation for just one night, but I had made an error with on line registration . We needed a longer site and thankfully she was able to find an open site next to the office. She was very helpful and the site was great. It was flat, hard surfaced, clean and quiet! Thank you for making our stay pleasant .

great hosts ( Barb and Roger ) Nice green Park, but the trees need a lot of pruning and removal of the dead ones. Great place to stay. We stayed there for 2 months in our 20 ft Frog.

We had a great Labor Day weekend! The owners were super nice and helpful! If we ran into an issue, we went to them and they handaled it RIGHT AWAY! So prompt and sweet! They were so nice we invied them to have a fire with us and they did come too! Great time! We wish the weather would have been nicer but, that's okay! The people made it worth while!!! We will be back again!!!! :D :)

One of the best KOA's we have ever stayed in. We had a terrible accident upon leaving, all unhurt. But our truck and RV were destroyed. The owners reached put and supported us and gave us a cabin for the night. The gas station where the acciddent occurred also helped us find a truck so we could continue to our destination Good people live here!!!

Grass not cut or trimmed in the back sites in a long time. Messy branches laying all over. Wasp nest in the electrical box right next to ours. It's a very messy place.

Well kept KOA. Very nice owner, very helpful. Clean rest rooms. Road nice was noticeable but running our a/c blocked it while sleeping. Pool could have been a little warmer. This is a great option vs hotels while going to the Mayo Clinic.

The lady that checked us in (that some reviewed negatively) was friendly, professional, and helpful. The main negative was getting off I-90 and trying to turn south onto Hwy 52. That intersection requires to you cross both lanes of that highway, and it is very busy. Best to go north about one mile and cross an overpass, then turn south to avoid that mess.

Having stayed in more than 50 campgrounds this summer on our cross country trip, this was one of the strangest. The owner is neither friendly or welcoming, which really matters in a service industry. No one in the office when we arrived. The small campground is ACROSS THE STREET from the office, bathrooms and showers. It sufficed for a one night stay but I would not return or recommend.

Our arrival was stressful and unpleasant. The woman was critical because we did not see the sign telling big rigs ro stop. We had to ask for a different more accessible and level site. She agreed. The campground was clean, mowed, and quiet with excellent WiFi. We stayed 2 nights.

The owner’s were helpful and accommodating. They take great pride in the campgrounds. The facilities and grounds are very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this KOA!

I was unable to reserve pull-thru site at time of booking. The very nice lady at chec-in went above & beyond to accommodate me for my 1 night stay so I didn’t have to unhook car. Always pleased with the consistent service at KOA’s!

It's a very clean campground. The bathrooms/ showers are secure with a keypad password required. The showers have benches and hooks for clothes and towels. The owners are very friendly. Very close to the Mayo Clinic. The only drawback is the highway noise, if you're in a tent.

We camped in a tent, the site was spacious and clear. The dog park was close and clean. The showers were clean and safe. Very nice!
