Beautiful campground. Very clean and quiet. Managers are friendly and accommodating. Patio, Paw Pen, Fire Pit, Weber BBQ Table & Chairs all make for a pleasant stay. We will be back!!

It was very clean, but many sites were open, and we were disappointed to be placed in a totally sunny area with no shade.

The experience was terrible due to a worker and then the host. We come back to our spot around 10:00 pm. As my wife, my daughter and myself sat in chairs, an angry woman showed up accusing us of speeding and clearly was drinking or drugs. I called 911 because she wouldn't leave and continued to yell. The host then came and supported her. next day, people speeding and nothing said. Seriously??

The property is amazing! Great location, very clean, friendly staff. I wish we had more time to stay, but were just passing through. We hope to come back soon!

Rude mgr behind counters. No offer for military discount when ask was rude with answer and no thank you for your service. Thru seniority up in our face was told my husband came in with and attitude who suffers from PTSD. She thru her hands up and to husband you want to stay here after he was asking what if questions. Very unprofessional.

A little pricey. Hard to read site markings at night. Very safe feeling KOA. Quite clean and nice bathrooms.

Very clean KOA and easy in/out spaces. No freeway noise. Good space between sites. We will definitely stay again!

This is a very nice park. Friendly staff, clean and lots of different types of campsites. We have stayed here several times.

Had one of the most expensive spots that this KOA has to offer. Stayed for 8 nights. We were disappointed that every single night they placed an overnighter next to us, when there was plenty of room elsewhere where no one would have had a neighbor. Then, they rented spots to people staying inside their cars and uhaul trailers. The prior owners were much more attentive. No TV, no secure internet

Great staff, biggest problem is we have a 40 ft rig and long bed truck and sites are just not long enough.

Park was busy. Spot we were assigned really wasn't big enough for our coach and toad. Toad was at an angle and extending a bit into the road.

We were there for an ATV rally. We stayed for 9 days and had a great site. It was big enough and we were able to have our friends over.

The staff was informative and friendly. Well maintained grounds. Peaceful, quiet and pet friendly. This is one of our favorite RV campgrounds.

When wanting to go and use the pool, management said the upcoming weather & wind with some rain (later in the week and not the day of requesting access of which the weather was fine) created unfavorable conditions for it's use. Not sure what that meant, and I didn't pursue further explanation because the answer was still going to be "no" anyway.

Nice place but way too expensive. We just traveled 4 months cross country and this was one of the most expensive places we stayed. Complained late evening about dog barking for hours on end. The gal was very nice but said she would make phone call but couldn't guarantee dog would stop as they had trouble all summer with this dog barking Kick them out!!??

All information given at check in needs to be correct and complete. Don't wait for guest to come and ask and use excuse, I don't know or I can't help you there or those times have changed. TV provided in cabin channels don't work excuse you can call manager tomorrow. We were there for only one night!0��(

We enjoyed our stay at the Richfield KOA - the PAW PEN option was great as we have been traveling with our dog and he enjoyed being off leach right in our camp. The facility was very nice and clean, staff were friendly and sites spacious.

Was very happy with. Our stay! Was our third year to stay in a cabin. We have been staying at this camp ground for many year's. Before my husband passed away we parked our fifth wheel at this koa. Husband went four wheeln. Myself and nephew hung out at camp sight. Pool!!!! This KOA our favorite for sure. Been returning for year's!!! Everyone very friendly and helpful!! Needs another dog park

The Richfield KOA was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that there a few noisy ATV’s and some insisted on going well over the posted speed limit. Most of the ATV’s in the Kampground were quiet & courteous but there are always a few.

We brought our 30-foot toy hauler and had no problem backing into our site. Hook-ups are nice. Very clean bathrooms and showers at the main building. Bikes and lawn games to rent. They have a playground for kids. There are tent sites and trailer sites. Some of the trailer sites have patios and a little dog enclosure. The pool was closed. It opens May 1st. Quiet at night. There is a dog area that is rocks and weeds. I'm a little disappointed with that. The campground is next to the road that leads to the ATV trails.

Stayed two nights in a cabin. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and clean bathrooms and showers. Definitely one of the best KOA campgrounds I've visited!

Much nicer to stay in one of the deluxe cabins rather than a hotel, where we can keep our bikes close at hand. I also enjoy the close proximity to the mountain bike trails across the freeway.
