Tucked in a nice neighborhood, laundry room was clean and easy to use. Only complaint is that there was a motor nearby from a unknown source that ran off and on for very long periods of time and all hours of day and night. Actually we find KOA’s to be over priced and avoid them when possible.

We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. The campground was clean and quiet and it was nice not having other campers right next to us.

Like all KOAs, wonderful. The onsite manager was very helpful. We had a flat on our RV and he helped with a compressor.

Arogant and argumentative front desk person. Dismissive attitude, told her about highway and road signs that did not guide us to the Campground, she disagreed. Their ad said "pull through sites " but they failed to say that you are required to unhook your tow vehicle because they do not trust our ability to drive through their park and not hit something. Will not ever come back ! ! !

This is a beautiful KOA with wonderful shady sites. Unfortunately we were not offered one of the nice ones, even though there was clearly lots of availability. Our trailer is small and almost any size site would be sufficient. I need to take some responsibility for that - we did not make our reservation in advance, but I was disappointed in the site we got.

We come to the Richfield KOA twice a year. We find it to be clean, quiet, wonderful, guest service, and friendly employees always. Thank you so much for making our small vacation a big deal.

Great stay. wonderful weather. Went to Freemont Indian State Park (many petroglyphs and pictographs), nice museum. Great campground to stay in.

Nice KOA in Richfield, Utah. The Main part of the original campground is beautiful and kept really nice. The expansion has a little growth to go with trees but overall a wonderful place to stay if you want to just relax or get out and see some of Utah's Beauty. Staff is friendly and very helpful as well.

Didn't like getting charged $25 for being 35 minutes early especially since the site was ready and they weren't even at 50% capacity. Two of the shower/ toilet doors were broken and wouldn't lock so anyone could just walk in on you. Could have stay at a privately owned park for the money. Will have to evaluate the advantages of KOA when it's time to renew.

Nice Clean Facilities, helpful Staff, big trees for Shade, nice large spaces, quiet. Good location, easy access to freeway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. they even asked if everything was OK With the cabin. Everything Is clean and nothing was broken in the cabin. I have stayed here a few times before over the years it has always been the same way very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Arrived after dark. Found our paperwork with site map & went to H2 without issue & hooked up electric only. Rest rooms were the cleanest, most modern we have stayed in. Left next AM. Staff we had contact with were friendly/helpful. Only issue was map showed a dump station; all the sites now have their own sewer connection for dumping--they just need to redo map or note it on handout that fact

2024 Spring: My husband and I spent a few days at the Richfield KOA in early spring, so the park wasn't bustling with activity. While we didn't utilize many of the amenities on offer, we found it to be a tranquil and secure haven, albeit showing signs of wear typical of many KOAs. Despite the wear and tear, the sites were thoughtfully laid out, providing a sense of space despite their proximity. We appreciated the ease of navigation and the level pitches. The personal touch of being escorted to our site and opting in for email updates was a nice touch. While our AT&T cell service was less than ideal in the area, it was sufficient for streaming TV. Overall, we recommend this RV park for its peaceful ambiance and average pricing. There were also many shopping & restaurant options available in this small town including a Walmart and a well stocked health food store, Sevier Valley Health Essentials.

We brought our 30-foot toy hauler and had no problem backing into our site. Hook-ups are nice. Very clean bathrooms and showers at the main building. Bikes and lawn games to rent. They have a playground for kids. There are tent sites and trailer sites. Some of the trailer sites have patios and a little dog enclosure. The pool was closed. It opens May 1st. Quiet at night. There is a dog area that is rocks and weeds. I'm a little disappointed with that. The campground is next to the road that leads to the ATV trails.

Stayed two nights in a cabin. Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and clean bathrooms and showers. Definitely one of the best KOA campgrounds I've visited!
