Very unhappy with the site we had, we were tired and ended up with a drive thru spot that was totally un level with which made it very difficult to level the the trailer. You should not reserve these type of spaces.

Staff were pleasant upon check in - but never escorted us to our site. We were close but when we got there we had a hard time getting the camper in to fit our slide without hitting the neighbors car. The lines for the site were barely wide enough to handle our camper tires - again not wide enough sites. We had campers on both sides and it was very tight. No room for awning to go out.

Needs meat be traps set up around the campgrounds. We couldn’t even enjoy the deluxe site 108 because of the meat bees.

We really loved our stay there but they put us in a DIRT location which we don't like, then she wanted to charge us MORE MONEY just to get a Pull Through spot. We did not like our spot, but because it was only for 1 night.

GROUNDS MAINTAINENCE IS TERRIBLE, WEEDS, NEEDS NEW BLACKTOP, MOST SITES ARE VERY SMALL. NOT YOUR TYPICAL KOA. MAINLY FOR LONG TERM CAMPERS

Way too expensive for what it is. Needs a lot of maintenance work. None of the sites are even close to level. WiFi sucks. Being in a remote area is not an excuse in 2022, the technology exists to correct the WiFi problems. Get it fixed. Closed restrooms are just an indication of a lazy staff. It can't have anything to do with COVID at this stage. And no shuttle to the casino? What's that all about

Baths closed at 7pm!!! Pool closed at 7:30pm! Lots of permanent campers. Sites very small. Staff was friendly. Laundry machines were all new. Bathrooms were very clean.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only think I did not like was all the dog poop on the lawn. Otherwise I totally enjoyed my self.

My 50 amp power was out for about 18 hours in 100 degree weather. Construction site next door was using jackhammers all day starting at 7:30am.

Friendly people, campgrounds are out of date seems like the campground was designed when RV’s did not have slide outs. Site need to be leveled

Reno KOA at Boomtown is a bit challenging to get to from I-80 due to area construction. Once in the park, pull-thru sites were all asphalt surface which was very nice.

Campground was clean. Probably good for a group of adults. However not a very kid friendly environment. Coffee Machine was broken at the front desk. Not a big deal but the coffee is a nice perk on your way out.

the staff is great the campground as a whole is great. ARE SITE was average Great for a one night stay , but the blacktop was broken up. grass was dead. Are stay this time was only 3 nights. we usually stay a week . Still a great location and we will stay again.

Row B was very noisy from the construction right next door from sunrise till late afternoon. A lot of sprinkler heads appear to be broken off and most of the grass on either side of us was mostly dead. Not very attractive. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Staff was nice.

This was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Pool is tiny, spaces are tight and very unkempt. You can't check in until 2pm. So maintenance can be done, what a joke! There was trash the people in the space next to us were parked in our space their BBQ was on our table. The dog run was approximately 10x30 all dirt. Definitely not as advertised. The staff very unknowledgable.

Super friendly staff. Amanda and Bev are the best! The pool and hot tub were also refreshing following a long drive that hot summer day. Recommend you grab a premium site if you can due to the shade trees.

The spa was not hot, actually luke warm and although vandals led to no public restroom/shower facilities after 7 pm it can be very inconvenient to campers/customers!

Well it needs a makeover for sure!! They should have some amenities in the office. Supplies, kids toys, food supplies, maybe clothing, souvenirs for Nevada. Have to get a key for the only bathroom available is not the best. It's a nice view and location but needs some upgrades to those sites. It could be so much more. Has to get a shuttle service going too!! I like this KOA location!!!

Typical KOA near Boomtown casino but signage was off as it appeared that entrance had recently been altered. Casino security drove through from time to time which added extra layer of comfort and safety. Bathrooms had recently been renovated but 24 hour ones were closed as someone had broken into them and owners were concerned about vandalism. Could use bathroom and shower during office hours only

This was our first KOA. We picked up a used RV near there and wanted a campground to shake down the RV. We initially booked just one, but ran into issues with the previous owner’s hitch setup and had to stay an additional three nights. The campground accommodated us and the additional, last minute nights. They also allowed us to receive Amazon packages that were critical to the new hitch setup.

We would stay again, I would just be more clear of location, to spread out with family we were too tight this time and waken at 6 am every morning from construction behind us would have preferred a quieter spot.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
