We would stay again, I would just be more clear of location, to spread out with family we were too tight this time and waken at 6 am every morning from construction behind us would have preferred a quieter spot.

Very grateful they were able to move our reservation. Sites were very tight. They were upgrading their keypads so restrooms and showers opened and closed with the office and therefore weren't accessible before 9 or after 7 p.m. don't understand why they'd do this during peak camping season. They didn't have much in the way of a store onsite and the people who work there weren't very personable.

Great local stop-off. Good facilities but it is about time they fixed access to the restrooms at night.

We specifically chose this KOA campground so we had use of the shower available to the campers. We woke up with the announcement that the showers were closed. We were VERY disappointed in the services not available when we paid for our camp site and the amenities. We personally feel we should receive a partial refund. The note left for us was also unclear to locate our site at night.

2 nights in a row crowd of people ( another camper) said they were some Tournament they kept us awake 2 nights. 1st woke us up after 10 pm 2nd night the kids rinning amuck and security had to be called and then these same people woke us up at 1 o'clock in the morning

Stayed one night as a stop over on a longer trip. The park was adequate it by no means outstanding. Full hookups, good. No 24 hour restroom facilities, not so good. We were having an issue with a leaky toilet, so not having an alternative (even a long walk away) was a bit of a problem. Our site was a 30 amp back in. No trees. No shade. Just a grassy area behind with a sorry looking picnic table.

It was a perfect little hidden gem! We over looked the river and my daughter loved watching the train go by. We made lots of friends at the pool! They had ice cream and snacks in the shop close by. The grounds were clean and lots of shade trees. We can’t wait to come back! Perfect spot for families. Thank you!

This was our 1st and worst KOA camping experience. Only 1 shower per the whole camp in the office. Laundry also in the office and closes at 4pm. The staff were the least friendly and personable, like they did not like working there. Also, the pool was not available. This site is not a good testimony for KOA. We'll stay at good rest stops or truck stops but not ever again at this Indian owned.

This park is good for an overtime day while traveling or quick visit to the casino. However, ours for laundry, store, and pool we’re very limited and not very convenient.

The site was great, everyone was really nice. It was a family get together to try out our new travel trailer.

Looks run down sites are very tight not worth 70 dollars a night maybe 50 it has a lot of potential but too many full timers there I understand you need some to get thru the winter but this park is probably 1/2 full timers

The staff were all very friendly and informative. The park is clean and well kept. The spaces are kind of small.

Nice employees. Not great that there’s no access to showers or restrooms when the office closes. This KOA needs to fix whatever the problem is. Typically, you can trust KOAs are better than this.

Check in took a long time and the bathrooms weren’t available, but the pool was fun and the kids loved the Fun Center at the casino.

Laundry closed pretty early, other than that was a great place and friendly. We did show up late and our site had sewer backing up into it but the security had maintenance come fix it quickly

Friendly staff. Good location. I wish bathroom and shower facilities were open beyond just the office hours. Despite that, I’ll be back.

I requested to get a spot close to the restrooms. I was put all the way on the outher side of the park. The restrooms were a joke, you have to ask for a key every time you what to use them and they are only open from 8.00 am to 7:00 pm.

Helpful staff who try to accommodate. The backin site i was in was very uneven and required a lot of leveling, > 4", on one side. It was also very unlevel front to back. Although the site was facing the river, there was trash and dead weeds everywhere along the fence which ruined the view. It's ok, but not the kind of campground where one would sit around outside their rig for relaxation.

A lot of small details are missing When entering camp no pavement direction arrows. When on camp no exit directions. No escort to camp site. No shuttle to casino as advertised.

We reserved online, on the road. We showed up at dusk, and stopped by the office and all our paperwork and instructions were right there. Easy, and very convenient.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. This KOA is always clean and well maintained. Loved the coupons for discounts at Boomtown. We had such a blast. Can't wait to come back!

The campground staff are great, grounds are clean and well maintained, good laundry facilities, and my site had a great view of the Truckee River. A bit of a drive to stores and restaurants if you're not interested in the casino offerings, but not unreasonable.

Grass areas could use a little clean up. We understand the water situation, but there are other ways to spiff up that area on the top sites. Also, not having the same longer term unit take the best spot(s) in the campground would be great. Office staff were all great and very friendly. Laundry was pricy compared to other parks.

Staff very nice! Ever since C19, there has not been a shuttle up to the casino/restaurants. Hopefully, people will come back to work. Wifi up/down.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
