We asked gor s premium site, if that site 88 was that I would hate to see standard! Plus the park was empty and they put us right next to a full timer whose area was NOT the nicest looking! I understand that they cannot control the construction next door but the should warn you on the website $160. To stay and it was a bad bad experience i fo not think I will be back.

Overall a nice campground. Bathroom/showers were a little limited in the times they were open. Wanted to buy a tank of propane at 10:00 am, but was told the propane guy wouldn't be in for at least another hour. WiFi was very slow and unreliable -- not really usable. Spot was spacious and the setting was nice.

This is the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. Basic site costs $65 and you cannot access washrooms or showers past 10. They re-open at 6AM but there are only 2 so line fills up with jobs who live there in the AM. Not much of a facility and whole place smells like weed. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere for less$ and more convenience.

Katy, James, Larry, Kevin and Ellen are the best! (I apologize if I got any of the names wrong. They work so wonderful as a team and accepting of all people even kids. Thier grace and compassion are very much seen by everyone. They have an unconditional willingness to help and be there for others. We loved staying here and felt sad to go.

Was surprised that both our site and that of our traveling companions was so narrow and nowhere near level. The people we met were wonderful, especially the young security guard who doubled as our shuttle driver to the Steakhouse Restaurant. This site should not purport to offer wifi at all. Despite the campground appearing to be only about 1/3 full and my site having been described as being "ok" for signal capture, I could not get coverage for even long enough to refresh my e-mail by either laptop or iphone. They claim the wifi is "weak" due to their rural setting. The setting is anything but as Reno has reached all the way there.

The staff were great, very professional and friendly. The "owners", not so much. We were told we were not allowed to come back because of the state of our trailer (it's a pop-up camper rather than an RV).

Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and clean. If you are looking for an easy home base to explore the area or just stopping on your way through this place is a good and safe place to stop.

Bathrooms were clean and private but requires a key to gain entry. Lots of construction in the northeast corner so there was traffic and construction noise early in the morning.

I have never felt unsafe at a campground as I did during my stay here. On multiple occasions I witnessed cars speeding by and one time nearly missing me and my family out walking our dog. It appears 70% of people here are long term residents. The conditions of the way some people keep their sites is unbearable clutter and junk in plain site.

Worst KOA ever. Not 1 of the patches was level, first 2 power poles were faulty; when I tried another one at a pull through that worked but added 7 $ to our bill. Internet was not existing (my mesuremenr app showed 0 up and 0 download speed). Verizon had no phone reception. Manpowerwas 1, this poor guy was manning the shop, the reception, cleaning showers and bathrooms and watched over the laundry

Place and site was very nice and clean. But restrooms were too far away from campsite and there was only two of them. Restrooms were not available 24/7 as most KOAs restrooms are. No campsites were available for tents campers.

We arrived to do laundry by five as instructed but we're denied, I believe, because the gentleman manning the desk was either lazy or wanted to leave early. Claimed hew was cleaning them, while actually just sitting watching the clock. Left soured.

Our first time at a KOA, on our 1st RV trip, and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was wonderfully friendly, professional, accommodating, and helpful. We have ZERO complaints. (For reference, this has never happened before). Given all the nearby construction going on, it was impressive how unaffected the park was. A great little oasis at the western edge of Reno. Next to Cabela’s!

Great place to camp and visit Reno Nevada. Casino close by, gas and shopping not far from resort. Very clean and well run campground. Has ample rv supplies in store and spacious laundromat. We will definitely return!

Larry at the desk was very nice and helpful. There’s no access to the river which is a bummer. The site over all has some trees but basically it’s an aged parking lot. Seemed to be a lot of campers that live there. WIFI almost non existent. Next door to the Boomtown Casino and hotel. We walked to the casino and had breakfast at Mel’s. Was excellent. Cabelas close too.

Perfect for a late day arrival with an early AM departure. This is a huge RV parking lot with hook ups about every 12 feet. It’s not meant for a relaxing stay. There is a Casino adjacent and it’s really just a place to park while you visit Tinsel Town. Serves its purpose.

Just an average KOA. Near to the casino. Stayed here several times for convenience. No cable TV. None 7 months ago either. You'd think that in 7 months they could fix the issue.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
