Thank you for early check in, I was glad to see that the park had some new upgrades. The construction next door was a bummer, but noise wasn't too bad. I hope that you get your nice river view spots back?. We only stayed one night but next time it will be more.

The very loud noise all day long from the nearby construction was bad. Also, we requested to be at a sight with a tree. We got a twig. On the wrong side of our rig. Our little patch of sort of grass was a mud pit. Sprinklers ran at night and turned our spot into a large muddy mess. Had a very un-relaxing stay. A disappointment for sure.

Really enjoyed the fact you are on boomtown casino property Enjoyed our stay except for getting our motorhome he had while we were gone We did appreciate the security gentleman for following up and making sure we knew all the facts thank you to him Too bad you can’t make your bathrooms available 24 hours but I understand with the COVID-19 protocol We will definitely stay again in the future

We loved how close it was to a lot of places but the sites are very narrow and the pull thru sites are not long enough for our 34 foot and our flat tow Jeep. Only long enough for our Class A. It worked for our overnight stay but we wouldn’t want to stay for more than a day or two max.

Site 102 was in the direct sun 'all' day. Avoid if you want shade! Surely it was a coincidence that was assigned to us by the attendant.

The stay was amazing it was our 1st time at this KOA - of course we did not or was not aware of the motorcycle events going on so the sound of literally 100's of them making swooping trips around the campus was also unexpected but they were nothing on Monday when the construction started. But all in all we love it and we will be returning.

The sites were very narrow and not level. We have a 27’ trailer and it was difficult to get parked even though we had a pull through. I also wanted to do laundry when I arrive, but the laundry closed at 3:00, not convenient for travlers staying one night. I would not stay here again especially at the price we paid for one night.

No manager,desk personal act like they do not want to be there, paid for a month but could not stand being there dirty no access to bathrooms there's a lot of people that live there and do not follow koas guidelines but recieved a letter of new guidelines got fed up and left early

the lack of access to any restrooms or showers is a HUGE NEGATIVE. (restrooms are only available between 8-5 daily!!). That is ridiculous, especially for the price paid to stay at KOA campgrounds. This issue should have been communicated in advance... we didn't use the pool, but it was operated under the same time restriction, which would be tough for most families who might wish to use the pool.

Only issue was noise from Constuction next door. Not your fault but it was annoying on Friday and Monday morning. I’ll be back next year. Great staff

Restrooms and showers are only open when the office is open. We checked in 10 mins after office closed and have no access to any ammenities. Spaces are small and a full hookup pull thru, barely fit our 34' trailer and truck. They advertise as being right across from casino, however it is not that close or easy to access casino without literally driving to casino. There is no KampK9

Spots are very tight and too many trashy units in the park. Restrooms showers were not accessible due to key pads not working. Only ones available were at office which closed at 4:00

Lots of dumpy rigs, everything closed by 5pm. Area outside is not well kept up and no place for Kids or pets! Not impressed!

Not a good experience! Motorcycle seem to make this RV campground their drive-thru. Will look elsewhere next time. 77 bucks is high for what I experienced!

The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. She was helping a larger rig find another space because hers was too small. I also found the spaces to be short and close to our neighbor to where our sewer was only a few feet from neighbor's picnic table. I had to think about when to discharge so as not to ruin anyone's meal! Hence, 4 stars. Significant const. next door. Overall good stay.

the staff was very friendly, we were not advised that excavation was being done literally 500ft from our rig, a very large construction site. we needed to stay an extra day due to rig issues and they made us move when the park was more than half empty! other than that all was fine, we were there for a week

We just stayed overnight coming through Reno on our way home. Clean KOA, nice staff, and great pool and hot tub!

This was the worst managed KOA I have ever stayed at. Two things-the restrooms and showers were locked at 5:30, with no code to get in before or after. And the spa and pool was locked at 5:30, even though the sign posted right next the padlock said it would be locked at 8:00. One of the reasons I booked the Reno KOA was the hot tub, and I was not able to use it. I believe I am due some refund.

Very quiet. There really needs to be a mail collection option at the KOA instead of having to go to the casino, which some of us don't want to do.

Terribly marked and directions inaccurate. Ended up in adjacent neighborhood. Upon arrival 24 hrs bathrooms were closed due to vandalism. Sites were not adequately marked. In transit so didn’t want to unhook trailer but had to disconnect due to site arrangement. No prior indication. Site strewn with trash. Many derelict homesteader- like RV’s.

Compared to the few other KOA's we've stayed at, this was a bit cramped. A pull thru which we thought would allow our car to be connected and not have to disconnect but we had to disconnect. No shuttle up to the Casino which in the past was available, something we again thought there would be. Felt it was a bit pricey for what was there. I don't like to give negative reviews but you asked.

This place is falling apart,,,,! Lack of maintenance, not enough staff to provide support to guest. There were several power outages while I was there and staff was unable to reach out to residents there with pets! Whoever owns this place is negligent in overseeing the management here,,,

This is a nice park in a handy location. However, I wish they would make an effort to clean up the accumulated garbage along the fence overlooking the Truckee River.

Staff was super nice. Vehicles speed through the entrance and exit at ridiculous speeds (with and without trailers). It would be good to put something in place to slow them down a little bit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the RV site that we stayed in was clean, the BBQ was clean and full of propane. The only concern/complaint was the number of resident RV's at this KOA that were not maintained well. Very cluttered and messy. Not sure why management would allow so many residents. If they are going to allow this, centralize them in one area and make them keep it clean.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
