Not what we expected, it appeared to be a long term park. As we left in the morning we saw a lot more empty spaces towards the office isle/entrance that would've been more inviting.

We had pull-thru site with small patch of grass. Discovered too late, hidden in grass were multiple piles of dog poop, which got on our shoes, tracked into trailer, on rug, etc. When I informed staff member, she shrugged and told me golf cart was broken so sites were not being cleaned. Next morning manager Katie was more sympathetic,but damage was done. Also, bathrooms/shower/laundry open 8a-5p??

Only stayed one night - park not well maintained. Spots very small. All septic hoses smelled.

Bathrooms were closed. Need to re-establish shuttle to Casino..Front desk employee was wonderful. Guys there is sooooo much construction going on around the area, it’s hard to locate the facility..

Rate was high, even higher than what was posted on website. Space very tight, took my experienced husband 3 attempts to park. Loud. Right by entrance where RVs park to register. Right next to loud construction site with several excavators operating very early in morning. Staff was very friendly and professional during check in, though. If we weren’t exhausted would have moved on. Eww.

Due to construction in the surrounding area, entering and exiting was difficult. Once inside, sites were grassy, well lighted, but very narrow. Bathrooms/showers were only available during Office hours. The young woman at the front desk was not friendly. The casino next door was the best we have visited during our travels! All in all, we would visit again anyway.

You need to train personnel to check with the people that have left something in there campsite are really leaving it there for them to take or if in fact they are coming back. A simple phone call would have kept me from having to search out who stole my chairs when in fact it was your employees. I will stay in koa’s in the future but never again will I stay at boomtown. Our site was with I feet of a construction site! Jackhammering, backup horns, smell of diesel, the ground was vibrating! Workers yelling in Spanish. And to top it off the sprinklers came on getting everything thing wet! They advertised a pool and hot tub that would be closing on the 30th well guess what.. it was closed!

Sites are fine, staff excellent, wifi...virtually useless. Showers only available during office hours because of a door lock...fix it immediatley what a lame excuse.

Showers and bathrooms closed before 6 PM and did not open until 9 AM. We were told at check-in that there were no 24 hour bathrooms available and not informed prior to our visit.

We could not enjoy the spa. There is a sign that says the spa is open until 8:00pm but it closed at 5:30pm.

The 24 hour bathrooms were not available and the office closed very early. The staff was pleasant but it is not camping to me - we were so close to our neighbors and with no grass or space we were completely in a parking lot.

Arrived to find new staff but we were in no hurry so it was a pleasure to assist with a little training. Nice park, we will continue to use KOA because of the standards they have.

The site was great, being a member of KOA for many years the check in process was too strict. Never had to go through this ever before. We have stayed here many times in the past.

Showers: there wasn’t any hot water and the water came out in a trickle. I used more water than if there had been better flow. First bc I was trying to get some hot water so I ran it a lot thinking it was an on-demand heater. It was not. They just didn’t have any hot water. The laundry was clean and expensive. Our site was short and nothing like the photos. Conveniently located.

The staff member that assisted us was fantastic-very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The rv spaces are unbelievably narrow-if you had double slide outs you would only be able to use one side. The pool closes at 5:30 and the office at 6. The only reason I would stay again is that it’s the only place to stay in Boomtown.

Very nice and well kept park. Sites are a little close together but easily manageable. Office personell we're friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

The park is showing its age. The spots are small. Some the grass spots are just dirt and a couple of the areas have pipes that are leaking water. Too bad they did not look at the lot next door to expand, now it will have apartments. Still a good spot to stop for us

No 24-hour bathrooms/showers, only open from 0800-1700. WiFi signal next to useless. Staff were polite & helpful. Not likely to recommend or stay here again though. Very different from my stay here just a few years ago, which was why I returned.

My site was OK, but the fact that the 24 hour bathrooms were closed was a real problem for me. The bathrooms were only open 8 hours, closing at 5pm. I hope that this gets fixed soon, but it seems it has been like this for a little bit. Otherwise - convenient location, quiet. Close to amenities like nice restaurant & Peet’s coffee at casino. Would give it 9 stars if BR fixed.

The people in the office were very nice. The sites though were small. You are right on top of your neighbor. Perhaps it was just our site but I have never had a cement pad require so much leveling. There are nicer RV parks in the area.

IT was a beautiful campground ... very quiet... the staff was great! The only issues was the coffee machine was broken .... not good!! And the only campground bathrooms were at the office ... that is a long way to go to take a shower. Apparently the other campground bathrooms were out of order??? Would I come visit again ..... YES! Our site was Epic!

Thank you for early check in, I was glad to see that the park had some new upgrades. The construction next door was a bummer, but noise wasn't too bad. I hope that you get your nice river view spots back?. We only stayed one night but next time it will be more.

The very loud noise all day long from the nearby construction was bad. Also, we requested to be at a sight with a tree. We got a twig. On the wrong side of our rig. Our little patch of sort of grass was a mud pit. Sprinklers ran at night and turned our spot into a large muddy mess. Had a very un-relaxing stay. A disappointment for sure.

Really enjoyed the fact you are on boomtown casino property Enjoyed our stay except for getting our motorhome he had while we were gone We did appreciate the security gentleman for following up and making sure we knew all the facts thank you to him Too bad you can’t make your bathrooms available 24 hours but I understand with the COVID-19 protocol We will definitely stay again in the future

We loved how close it was to a lot of places but the sites are very narrow and the pull thru sites are not long enough for our 34 foot and our flat tow Jeep. Only long enough for our Class A. It worked for our overnight stay but we wouldn’t want to stay for more than a day or two max.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
