Site was muddy.

coming in later at night, tired, did not see the bathroom codes written in a tiny place on the board (keep in mind A LOT of other information was everywhere). We were NOT able to use the bathrooms which was out #1 priority at the time. We called the numbers, etc. nothing... also, the bathroom code was NOT on the email ack for the reservation which was double on the disappointment.

We had reservations and arrived late. Very difficult to find. Poor signage during construction. No recognition of reservation. Fortunately open registration for late arrivals had openings. Wifi did not work. Cable only had female connection so could not connect regular cable. Site signage was difficult to view at night. Price was first class, park was not.

The campground was fine but they have really weird rules about their showers, bathrooms, and laundry. Also, a big snow storm rolled in and they didn't plow the campground at all. We saw one RV check in and sustain damage because of the conditions and we had to drag our trailer out through 1.5 ft. of crusty, icy snow.

I have stayed at this KOA a few times, but not in January. It’s a bit colder than previous stays. Glad the access to restrooms has been expanded, but when one has an emergency in their trailer, it would be nice to have access to a restroom at all times.

CAMP GROUND WAS UNDER 4" OF SNOW. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. WOULD BE NICE HAVE HAVE MORE THAN ONE RESTROOM ON THE SITE.

We stayed at Boomtown for just over 7 months and we love the place thank you for being apart of our lives Boomtown! We love the staff some gone now but we feel at home with everyone at the KOA and Casino.

Just an overnight but was impressed with the ease and friendliness of the check in. Had a few questions later and they were answered cheerfully even though it was close to closing time. Clean restrooms/showers were also a plus.

Always good at Boomtown KOA. Far enough away from freeway it stays quiet. Stayed there many times over last 10 or more years. Staff friendly, helpful and polite.

The lady at the front desk was sweet and very kind and helpful. The grounds were clean and so the the restrooms. We will stay there again if we are traveling that way.

Campground was nice we were just passing through so didnt get to enjoy alot of the amenities. The k9 camp was small good for little dogs but not for my 2 big ones who love to chase a ball.

Our 2 nights stay was wonderful. Our view from the cliff side parking spot was spectacular during a snow storm. We always enjoy our stay at Reno KOA!

It is unacceptable to not have a bathroom for guests after hours. This information wasn't made available before online booking. If basic services are not available, it's the campground's responsibility to provide an alternative such as a porta potty, etc, or have a code for the bathrooms you email/text to campers before arrival. I expect more from KOA given the price as opposed to a state park.

Friendly and helpful employees at front desk. Check -in was quick. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Our spot overlooked the river, which was nice.

The girl in the office was very nice. We arrived 10/31/22. The park was probably 20% full. Some “extended stay” guests. We travel in a camper van. Using the bathrooms is important to us. There are only 2 unisex bathrooms for this whole place. If that is not bad enough, they are only unlocked from 6:00-8:00AM and 6:00-10:00. I don’t know how on earth they get through the busy season.

The park was relatively quiet and clean. It is quite convenient, that is why i stayed there. while i was there the showers were closed. the one particular downside is the cost. I think it was near $70 for one night

Convenient to a casino & restaurants, plus a nearby gas station. The hours are a little restrictive (laundry can’t done after 3 pm & bathrooms are only accessible during office hours), but it’s a decent campground for a very short stay. We were there for 3 days on our journey south, and a single night on our return.

The showers were clean and inviting. A few things needing attention are the limited office hours (only open 8-5), broken coffee pot, and other items of deferred maintenance (the outdoor restrooms were not open due to a maintenance issue, apparently). It left me wondering if the place would be worth visiting again in the spring. For example, will the pools and hot tubs be working then?

Easy access, drive thru was a little short I need to unhook the tow car. Spaces are a little close together. Thought the price was a little high for winter rates. All in all nothing was a show stopper, would stay again.

We were assigned row B, next to the construction, it starts loudly at 7 am. No sleeping in !!! We won't be back.

Nice campground but the number of junk RVs with junk underneath and around them was crazy. Leaking trailer of who knows what… KOA is my fave rite but this one just had too many broken down homeless monthly tenet’s

The dog park is not up to koa standards as far as we are concerned. Unfortunately your full time RV sites are messy with items covering their sites.

The site they originally assigned us was awful. Concrete slab next to a fence with a bunch of construction junk all around. We were able to move to a slightly better site but overall it's just not a great park. They advertise they're next to a casino, but you can't walk there unless you like hiking up about a ten-story hill and there's no shuttle service. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

Our dog got away from us in the late evening and was missing all night. My husband checked with the gentleman in your office to help find our dog. He was very kind and found our dog. We thanked him so much and appreciate his thoughtfulness. We love KOA!

Nice park - nice staff - traffic noise & train horn at night - construction noise high in daytime. Fuel at Chevron - reg & diesel. Follow the signs and go slow. Need to use traffic circle to turn around. Reasonable price for location. Nice view of the river.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
