Can only use bathroom between 6 - 8 am and 6 - 10 pm. I pay for services and a night stay. Services were completely lacking.

Wifi worked intermittent at best , when it did work it was very slow. Cable TV was not working. Was more like a parking lot than a RV resort or campground

Nice place to stopover after a long day of travel! Quiet for sleeping, fun place to play slots, and great little 50’s style diner with good food! We’ll be back for sure!

Clean, quiet and they have a friendly staff. There is some construction going on in the area so watch for heavy equipment.

We stayed two nights, and enjoyed the hospitality of your team members. I would, however, recommend you having a handout to explain the wate handles(?) at the sites.

Stayed overnight for a concert in Reno. Good location. Clean. Easy to access. Friendly staff. Only complaint is spots are a little close for together. Would stay here again.

Great place. I have stayed here afew times. I had space 81, the trees need to be trimmed, they rubbed the roof on my motorhome.

It was just an overnighter so we didn't even unhook. The park staff was polite. The tv cable worked great !

Inside bathrooms were very well kept. Outside 2 seemed to be left open on purpose & with a rock even holding it open…they were beyond disgusting. Seems as though you have a lot of long time guests which I think takes away from the whole KOA experience for those of us that are on the road.

k1 gave us the most private spot in the park and the nicest bathrooms we encountered on our trip.. The showers could use a soap tray

This was our first stay in new RV. Trying to gauge how the RV works either in a major RV park or boondocking. The facility was good, ingress and egress was good. Signage to the park was good. Security presence was noted. Only downside were people’s pets barking. This was an annoyance.

We had a nice overnight stay. The bathroom/shower could have been a little cleaner. It was used early morning, so don’t know when it was last cleaned. Picnic tables could stand to be updated. The lady in the office was nice and helpful.

Personnel accueillant et courtois. Installations propre et fonctionnelles ainsi que modernes, mais très loin de mon site. Le wifi manque de puissance, fonctionne bien seulement à côté de l'office. Enfin, impossible de faire sa lessive après 4 pm, du jamais vu. La plupart des KOA offre ce service 24 heures sur 24.

Really wonderful people who work there, the park is very nice but the only thing I don't like is the showers are up front and you have to go through the front desk area to use them

KOA multiple signs helped to locate park. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms - occasionally out of paper towels. End site with patio and BBQ - nice. Grass in the space allocated was heavily used by pets.

Arrived at site and cable box missing part. Handy man brought part to site. Hooked up cable and no signal. Hooked up to site next to mine. No signal. Went to office and was informed cable not working. Why didn't they say that and save me all the trouble, especially after send a part out to site. I have stayed here many times in past, but no more.

I made the reservations and asked for all three sites to use 30 amp. service, it was ok’d. When we checked in one party was required to use 50 amp. because he had two air conditioners, which was quite upsetting. When he pulled into his site the rig next to him had two air conditioners and was powered off of 30 amp., that was wrong to the two RV’rs differently. I feel he should be refunded. Tha

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the trees at the sites needed to be trimmed so the limbs didn’t scrub the top and sides of the camper when pulling in. There is no outside access to the laundry room,The hours for the laundry were limited and you couldn’t start washing clothes after 4:00 because it had to be done by the time the office closed. They Need outside access for this.

Absolutely love this KOA .. it’s in a beautiful setting, especially when the mountains are covered in snow and the Truckee River is raging! It was peaceful and staff is excellent. Will definitely be back!

The staff was very helpful & responsive. We appreciated the good customer service. We switched to a different spot, pull-thru with a tree and grass. The site is clean. There’s road noise from the highway, construction all around & trains. You could hear the Truckee River, as it’s flowing very fast right now. The mountain’s are beautiful It’s a good spot for an overnight stay while travel

The park is very well maintained and clean. And it was very easy to pull in and get set up. We’ll definitely plan on staying again when coming back to Reno.

Agree with others...its a parking lot with hookups. Lots of really large rigs here. However if you're here when it's a little less crowded you'll find it more appealing. Clean and well kept shower areas, bathrooms and a laundry facility. Lots of pets traveling along for the trip with their owners around the park. Folks walking dogs walk by often. Some follow park rules others don't. Watch where you step! Housing development just being built on the north side of the park. It won't be nearly as private soon.
