It was just an overnight stay. We were there long enough to see it was a very clean campground with a lot of things for people to enjoy.

The campground is very nice and well maintained. The staff are excellent. The hill coming in and going out is a little daunting.

We enjoyed our stay. There is a lot to do in the area. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the sewer connection at our site was uphill. We are newbies and unsure of any tricks under those circumstances. We asked about it at the office, but the only suggestion was to move to a different site. After you’ve gone through all of the trouble to set up and get level, that’s not an option!

We enjoyed our stall and will return next year. Very good location with lots of things to do. We came mostly to see EmmyLou's concert. Mt Vernon and Berea are nice towns.

Didn’t have a campsite to accommodate our rv put us in a campsite that is never used and gave us our money back. That was nice but they could have cleaned up around the site it was grown up and dirty kinda late notice or we could have booked somewhere else. We have camped there often and always enjoyed it not this time

Our sites were fine except there were no sewer hookups! Not many left of those, so KOA, you really should fix that! Office & other staff, all very friendly, esp. Robert. Cigarette butts all over the place & our site had dog poo that we cleaned up. Overall good trip.

We never assign a site to someone without sewer unless it is requested or we check with you first.

We had a fabulous stay at this campground. Having owned a KOA, we appreciate all the hard work that everyone has put into making this a great KOA. Our site was wonderful and everyone was so kind. Even though we stayed over Labor Day it was so peaceful. The kids looked like they were having great fun with all the activities there are. We will be back !

Stayed at this KOA three times. One night, seven nights, and three nights. The first site was close to the road but had shade. The second site was nice, with a patio, the water pressure and Wi-fi were bad. Third site was the same as the first one, water pressure bad, new Internet installed the day we arrived, yay. Very pricey for the area, especially when there are no concerts at Renfro Valley.

My husband and I stayed at this KOA for our 44th anniversary. We were met by friendly faces. Tina was very kind by allowing us to stay in the campsite we love so much. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. So quiet there and the scenery is beautiful! We will be returning there a lot to enjoy our stays there. Love this KOA! Our favorite!

Unlevel. In responses to google reviews, management blames the general topography or, worse, campers’ incompetence. Have stayed in many campgrounds & boondocking spots, including literally on the tops of mountains. Never before had to give up on leveling the coach and leave slides in. To be fair, management gave us a second site, but it was also unlevel.

Every staff member we met was very very nice! The property is highly neglected! There is no sight that is level! Our first impression when we saw the entrance was we're in trouble. We had a patio site that came with a grill, everybody carries a grill, there is no reason to put a grill on that site especially one that is nasty! Greece Staind the patio and left a nasty odor

THank you for the feedback. We are working very hard on landscaping, Unfortunately we can't do much in this topography about having level ground. Many campers like the grill on site but we have made it a priority to keep them clean. Please visit again.

WE WERE IN BUDDY SITE #4. VERY ROCKY WITH MANY TREE ROOTS TO TRIP OVER. BUDDY SITE #5 WAS ON AN INCLINE WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND UT OF THEIR CAMPER. THE POOL WAS VERY NICE AS WAS THE STORE.WE WERE ACROSS FROM THE BARK PARK WHICH WAS VERY CONVIENENT BUT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED UP SOME. WE PICKED UP AFTER OUR DOGS BUT THE CONTAINER WAS FULL AND NOT EMPTIED UNTIL WE ASKED.

We got sound but no video on cable. They said our tvs were to old. We have hooked digital cable up many times at different parks and never had a problem. The lady working in the office Saturday evening 8/12/23 hung up on me when I tried to tell her that our tvs worked everywhere we have had cable. Where this park is located if you don't cable you don't have tv. Also low water pressure.

Clean showers and bathrooms, lots of amenities, friendly staff, excellent location for the music events at Renfro Valley Music Barn where we saw Air Supply put on a tremendous concert!

Great quest ,lacks activities , Robert the maintenance worker stays drunk ���. The store prices are overly priced also . Everything and everyone else is fine

Older campground. Needs some work. Sits are all crazy. Not level. Also, no water at dump station. People are nice.

Excellent customer service upon checking in, bathrooms, very clean, have stayed here numerous times, and will definitely stay again. Pool was also extremely clean and pleasant.

I have never seen so many amenities. Unfortunately, it was rainy when we arrived and we were only there for one night. I needed a pull through and one that did not require a tight turn to get into or out of and they were very accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised by a breakfast in the barn the next morning with pancakes, sausage and juice. How nice!!!

Stopped on way home from Michigan and arrived l early evening when office closed. Like the park and hope to stay as a destination in future. A little pricey for over-night stay. We will return.

We stayed only one night. The information sheet was poorly printed so all of the instructions weren’t visible. No bathroom code was provided. The Wi-Fi network was useless at the end of the campground where we stayed. We expect better from a KOA, where we pay higher prices than other campgrounds.

It has the potential to be a nice campground but needs some ground maintenance. Shrubs are overgrown and look neglected. Weeds are prominent in the landscaping. It just looks tired. Trees need trimming. Roads need grading. This suggestion may be petty but we’ve stayed at many koa’s that have a Snack Bar and they always deliver. Not so here and I couldn’t find any evidence publication.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
