Our stay was great. We had to update our reservation from a RV site to a cabin, our RV servicing was not complete. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only draw back is the minimum stay requirements and periodic no cancelation policy. You can rebook within 90 days but we don't usually need more than two nights so probably wouldn't visit again for that reason alone. Lovely location!

Angelica could not have been nicer to us when she made our Cabin reservations. Thank You for being such a cheerful and helpful KOA representative at the Renfro Valley KOA. The cabin was comfy, the campground area was quiet. We have stayed at this KOA before and will stay in one of your cute KOA cabins again! Tina and Angelica and Jessica make a good team - we appreciate all of you.

This is a wonderful campground. I came in too late to set up for a tent site, the manager moved me into a cabin and my night was made! I would ho there again!

Stayed in the hut with bathroom and shower. Very clean…heated well in the cold weather. Nice little hiking trail.

Clean restrooms, nice dog park, could add TVs to to the cabins and improve the road where the cabin parking is. Mini Golf course needs improving

Our stay was fantastic! The events were fun and the staff was very helpful and nice. Tina, the park Manager, made sure that we were well.taken care of. Hopefully we will be able to return next year!

Our family stays there annually and it's always great. The staff is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. I was abit taken by the $10.00 per car after one per day. That would have been an extra $40.00. It was reduced and I greatly appreciate it but we rented the deluxe cabin that sleeps six so it should not have added costs per car unless there was a huge party. Thank you again !

I love the KOA Deluxe Cabins! Clean, family friendly and fun, the cabins never disappoint you. We’ve staid in two locations in KY so far and both locations were super nice and had friendly staff.

The staff was friendly. The $100 Deposit required is the first time I've heard of this at a KOA! Had to call to remind them to put it back in my card. Camping cabin for 1 night, very bare bones. First cabin they gave me #3 smelled horribly of disinfectant or cleaner, so I was moved to #4. Campground was nice to walk around, pool was closed. All in all, ok for the price.

I stayed I the Tee Pee. It was great. The cot was very comfortable. This is the Econ KOA I have stayed at and was impressed with everything there. Everyone is super nice and friendly and the workers asked if I needed anything. Great plead to stay and easy to get back on Rt 75 to continue my trip.

We rented a deluxe cabin for a small, get together, family, and to go see the Ark. We were just there for one night. The cabin was clean and perfect for the four of us.

The restroom was great! Clean, uncluttered, in working order. Unfortunately, the cabin, which was nice and cool, did not have a microwave, a little refrigerator like we found in another state for lower cost! The people are friendly there. Plenty of things to do for children especially.

Our website does list all amenities in each type of cabin. We do have cabins with microwave, tv and mini fridge but that is not the type of cabin chosen. We would love to have you come stay again in one of our larger cabins.

Wonderful kampgrounds. We've never stayed at a KOA before and I'll be back. Our grandkids loved it!! Very clean and great amenaties. The manager (Tina I believe )is really on top of everything and was very helpful and pleasant. The other staff was always around and helpful. My one suggestion would be to carry some packaged donuts or pastries for breakfast items in the store.

We stayed in the 2 room cabin during Labor Day weekend as a last minute vacation. The cabin was super cute and clean with linens, towels, and some shower items in the room. Unfortunately, the a/c had been running on fan only when we checked-in so the cabin was very warm since it was a hot summer day. The kids enjoyed the pool, playground, putt putt, and other yard games on-site. NIce little trip.

We had a good stay. Rita and Tina were most hospitable and helpful. You need to do something about that pond in the bathroom. Its slick and someone might fall. Rent is getting pretty stiff. I do like the place. Been staying there for many, many years.

Friendly folks Clean cabins Used as a stopover on our way to a funeral. Cabin and playground much better than a hotel room for less than the cost of a hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored the area a little

Honest review as we’re business owners & knowing how clients experience our services is the only way to improve. Park model trailer was a shock. Fabuloso and glade used to cover the mustiness was overpowering. Toilet had crusty drips down the bowl, base and floor. Floors weren’t mopped. Left it cleaner than found using my own cleaner. ����pricey.Many extra fees felt low. Clean linens, Nice

In the past we have been very pleased with the accommodations and the staff. However this year was different. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, but not all. The cabins were not clean, the big one was missing sever items from the kitchen, like pots, pans and bowls. When we asked about the missing items we were told people take them and we could go buy them in the camp store.

A great deluxe cabin. My son liked the loft idea vs bunkbeds at other KOAs. Our visit had a lot of drizzly weather so we didn't explore much of the property or go in the pool.

Your campground is very nice. The bath house is always clean, the pool is beautifully maintained and has a stunning view. The outdoor kitchen is very handy for large groups like ours. All the children in our group are kept entertained with your activities and outdoor play equipment.

Wife and daughter contracted lice from one of the cabins! Mgmt. was hard to deal with, denied the source, never apologized or checked on the condition of my loved ones. Never once returned my calls when he said he would. Each time I had to initiate contact. Being a business owner I know the fundamental rules, are to treat the customer with compassion and indifference, he did not

The staff go above and beyond to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and fun for all who want to participate in activities. My family went to the candy bar bingo, movie nights, and a burger grill out. We had a blast! My favorite thing about this location was enjoying a gorgeous view at the end of the day when the sun sets behind the mountains across from the property.

We have stayed at meny KoA’s and was very disappointed that the cabin we were in was first more than I’ve paid anywhere and second had no TV no refrigerator and the cabin itself had lots of water damage very visible so after paying almost 100 dollars I was not very happy and the office was closed at 6:30 pm when we arrived and was not open in the morning when we left so couldn’t even speak t

I would not recommend a cabin across from the playground lots of screaming. Public should be allowed to use a swimming pool especially on weekends. One group of 12 kids is a bit much. I came down for quiet and relaxation had totally the opposite. Bathrooms kept very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful very helpful in every way they could. Kind of wish the camp store was open later for ice & stuff.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
