Bathrooms are very clean. Sites are gravel and somewhat level. Problem was the mud around the electrical pedestal.

It was what we expected except for the fact we could not use our rewards. The explanation was that our rewards number was too old. This appears to be a systems problem and not one about anyone's performance.

We were just travelling to Florida and this was an overnight stop on our way. Lovely scenic area - and we were quite comfortable here for the night. We will stay again!

Do not stay at this campground if there is any chance of inclement weather. There is a steep grade into the campground with a sharp bend at the top covered in ice & snow. The exit is equally steep down with sharp bends. Got stuck here & wish we been advised of the grades and the difficult entrance & exits we would not have stayed. Also they misled us that there were only 2 site open, it was empty

We are sorry you didn't have a wonderful stay here. I think there was a misunderstanding. During the snow and ice we always made sure we had two extra sites plowed, salted and water heated. We also close down half the campground during the winter. Please give us another try!

The staff was excellent and very helpful. We got stuck in a snow storm and everyone was very kind. The only draw back is the entrance and exit roads a very very steep and curvy.

This is our second time at Renfro Valley KOA. The staff was super helpful with our after hours check in. The facility is clean and the shower houses are amazing. Will absolutely stay here again.

This campground has been quite nice at one time but seemed a bit run down. However, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is an alright overnight location.

Used for an overnight stay, but the site chosen was a deluxe patio site, and if I booked for an extended stay I think I would have been disappointed, as it was tight to other spots and didn’t meet my expectations of a deluxe site. Great location for a pass thru location.

The staff is second to none at Renfro Valley. They did everything they could to make our stay memorable, which it was! They did a great job. We willl definitely go back when we are in the area!

site is too narrow, not level ( about 10 degrees slant) electrical supply questionable. 30 amp breaker tripped with just a 1500 watt space heater which is never a problem anywhere else.

The most pleasant surprise was having a dog park/pen at the #55 site. Our dogs liked being "free" from leashes when we travel. Whomever thought of that should be given an extra thank you.

Just a quick overnight stop on our way south. Would keep it in our travel logs for next time. Maybe when it’s warmer out. Looked like a very nice facility.

Really like this place. Two doggie parks. We stayed in a site that had a pen for the dogs which was nice while we were trying to setup! Only thing I would suggest is checking the water pressure it seemed low but otherwise nice place!

Our spot, 53, was nicely located next to the K9 play area. The camp is very quiet, which is nice.. The showers, although a bit small, were clean and hot!

Not very accommodating on site preference. Was promised a site somewhat away from others. That did not happen, even though there were many sites to choose from.

Many thanks to the employee who made the extra trip into the office to ensure we had our registration and lot assignment. We reserved just before closing on a Friday night and came in late. She even upgraded our site so we could get in and out easier. Excellent service!!

It was quiet and plenty of space between sites. Wanted to do laundry but out of 3 washers only 1 was working and 2 dryers with 1 working and it was like 100 degrees in there. So didn’t do laundry. When we arrived at 3 pm the office was closed. We left b/4 11 and needed propane so I went back up to the office. Found it again to be locked. Only employee we saw was a young guy that took our trash.

We are aware of the issues with our washers and finally have someone on site to fix them. Our hours are always posted on the door but we're sorry we weren't here to help.

My pull thru parking class C pulling a fiat 500 , drove in on an un level site , had to put boards on left side fr n rear wich I didn't care for doing dark to get unit level as others had stated in past .

We are sorry you experienced this. It is sometimes hard to keep level sites when you're in the foothills of mountains but leveling sites is on our winter to-do list.

We did enjoy our stay but the campsites really need some work. The neighbor had blown all his leaves ove on us and we couldn't find our sewer hookup. There were HUGE rocks the you could hardly see that was very dangerous for both kids and adults. I trip several times but luckily didn't fall. Over all the camp was clean. The guy could have blown leaves behind the sites. Need more workers

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
