Because I had an emergency call and had to leave a day early, and could not get a refund for the 1 day , puts a bad taste in your mouth about the place

We like the park but the water pressure was so low we could hardly use our electronic toilet Would take this into consideration for our next stay

Nice campground with friendly staff but the water pressure issue doesn't make for an enjoyable time. Apparently the park management has known about the issue for some time and telling your guests you're working on a solution doesn't help the matter. The right thing to do would be to invest in some kind of pressure boosting water system for the park NOW and nor wait.

Great Place, Just Way Too Expensive for the area! Enjoyed, but, not worth it.

Way Over priced They tried to charge $20 for a second vehicle Was without water for a couple hours one day Power went out our last night I called the office and the manager hung up on me

We apologize for the water/power issues you experienced while here. Understandably the entire park had these issues, were resolved as quickly as we could. Our visitor fee is stated online as well as your information at check in. We must enforce policies as stated. Happy camping!

The camp was nice and clean. However, the water pressure on the sites was totally horrible and low. Also, this is the only KOA we have ever stayed in that we could not ride our golf cart. Very disappointed in that. The park is also not set up with easy access and exits. We had to wait to enter and to exit. No alternative ways in or out. We will not be back unless things are improved for sure.

It was wonderful the campground is great the people that come to the campground are even really nice but the best part are the people that work and manage the campground they are there if you need anything and they are super friendly I suffer from depression and it’s nice to know that you can go up and just visit when you filled out it is a wonderful campground KOA is the best

we loved our campsite and the staff was super friendly. We lost power in the middle of the night, which is 100% not their fault, but when we called to see if there was a time frame they told us they had not heard anything. When we asked to start our generator, we where told we had to wait until quite time was over. It was getting hot and our camper batteries where running down. Not a good answer

Unlevel sites, no amenities, $85 a night is way too expensive for a place of this quality. Flies and ants everywhere. A very tired property.

The Kamp Kitchen pavilion is an amazing resource!! All the different game activity areas for the kids and the staff was amazing!! Thank you so much! Our family had a wonderful vacation because you do such an amazing job and have a wonderful campground!!!

We enjoyed the campground but expected better campsites with the price that we paid . In comparison to other surrounding campgrounds this campsite is about $30 to much . The campsites aren’t adequately supplied with gravel and our site was so close to the neighboring site that our awnings were almost touching. Our full hook up site could not be used because the sewer was located to far .

Unfortunately with the high demand and raised prices on everything we must keep up with. There are multiple plans for renovation this winter and more space in-between sites is one of them. We hope to see you again in the future and give us an opportunity to win you back. Happy camping!

Very nice staff. Great family CG. Kids were having a good time. We had no kids with us. Site we had was verysmall.

Some improvements could be made! But all in all we had a great time, very quite at night and very clean place to stay, all staff were nice and ez to deal with so over all I give them an A!!! We r planning on a return visit!!!!

Campground was nice. Had things to do such as pool and jump pillow. Sadly the mining was closed down for repairs. Would have been nice if they had planned activities for the kids daily. Campground was clean, bathrooms clean and nice staff.

My husband and I took our 9 and 10 year old daughters for a fun 2 day getaway. Each brought a friend and fun was had by all. Plenty to keep that age group entertained and happy as well as allowing for some relaxing time for parents.

Our family has been staying at this KOA over 10 years. We love the location and staff. We also love the ability to reserve our special sites that we like, especially when we have other family members or friends join us. We always reserve our sites for the following year.Our host Preston is a saint! He's always helpful and friendly. Our whole family just loves him. He is always ready to help!

We spent the 4th of July weekend at the Renfro Valley KOA. Our campsite was perfect! The shady trees allowed us to spend quality time outside the trailer, despite the extreme heat. There are many activities for families and children. The campground & facilities were clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

site 23 is not a pull thru site for travel trailer. Bad. Pulled off jack on new tt. Staff made it right and were very helpful after. Just made for a husband who was not happy the rest of the time. The camp ground was nice with lots of things for everyone to do. Just wish could have started off better

Lots of entertainment for kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked nicely. Would love more shade tables at the pool. Not everyone wants to sit in the sun, especially if you have little babies.

Had a great time with family. Enjoyed the hayride, foam party and just relaxing. Tiffany and preston are doing a great job with the park. Bathrooms very clean. Grandkids had a great time, our favorite place to camp for the past 10 years. Have met a lot of great people. We love Renfro Valley KOA. Love that it’s family oriented, kid friendly. Need new tee shirts, magnets with Renfro Valley Logo.

First site kept tripping my surge protector due to low voltage. They couldn’t fix the issue to I moved to a site with no sewer and was on a buddy site with a camper 10 foot from my front door and we didn’t have enough room to even set out our chairs. Very sad this KOA has gone majorly downhill. Stayed here last year and it was great, not anymore

I love that the pool now stays open till 10pm, this is a huge improvement from 6pm. The campground was clean and I loved the activities. I’d like to see more activities added but I know with staffing issues that maybe really hard.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
