Staff was very friendly. Water pressure was awful, sites weren’t very tight. Steep hill to get in and sites were not level. We won’t be back.

This was the absolutely the best KOA we have visited. Our site had a private sitting area with grill and a doggie pen. Playground was wonderful and had a huge airbag for the kids to jump on. Highly recommend this KOA!!!

Very nice people, accommodating and always ready to help. Lots of activities for everyone, especially in the month of October. Bath houses are very nice, clean with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Has plenty of buddy sites.

We called ahead as we were going to be about closing time (6pm). Person said no problem, someone will be there until 6 to 6:15. Wrong! We got there at 5:47 and the place was locked up. I had a few questions, why can’t people do as they say?

Too dark to drive thru camp grounds after dusk. And trees need trimming. Tree branch ripped off my awning, several thousand to get replaced ��

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were clean and nicely done. The sites need an update on landscaping and paving. Some sites are way too close together. It is an older facility, so it is about time to update. Wi-Fi is good, and that is a plus.

Average, convenient off the highway nothing special. Donald was way too good to be working at a KOA.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful! We were not satisfied with the site we were assigned, not real level and would have been difficult to level our RV without a struggle as it was getting late in the day. The staff immediately switched us to a different site without any argument as soon as I requested. VERY PLEASED!!

My family has been camping at this KOA for the past 10 years. We have always enjoyed our stay in the summer and fall seasons. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed in our stay this time. We were unable to get the cable to work on our TV. There were problems with the Internet all weekend. Sharing a yard space isn't desirable but we were very fortunate with good neighbors. The staff is five star!

No space for details: 1. staff seemed confused about pedestal location and oriented me with it on the wrong side. 2. staff parked their golf cart with me in the site on my blind side as I was trying to get situated (engine running) with a second staffer parking his cart there as well. 3. Had to ask them to leave even after telling them I was anxious to get setup.

Very disappointed in this KOA. We booked there so we could do laundry, fill our LP and have Wi-Fi. Couldn’t do any of that. They closed office/store several hours early, couldn’t get coins for laundry, laundry room didn’t have coin machine, the office the next morning said I couldn’t get propane because they were short handed and the Wi-Fi was down. I got a site with water and electric onl

We love Renfro Valley and the Host and Staff are wonderful! The new Assistant Manager is also great and we will be back often!

Had a wonderful time! Staff had a Halloween Party and hay rides for the kids. Love this campground! The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family!! Had so much fun that we are going back next weekend!

Best site I've ever had that had an adjoining Kamp K9. Please adjust the gate entrance so that there is no chance my miniature Dachshunds can go underneath, e.g., 1X6 buried underground OR CUT the fence used Up side down and attach it to the gate so the smooth top is at the ground level�ϸ

Really liked the camp site. Some spots are a little small and are going down hill. This is an older KOA. The water in shower house was very hot and it wouldn’t let you add cold water.

We loved everything about this KOA. Our site was level and had ample space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We already plan to come back next year!

I love this place, but we have been faithful thru 5 managers. Every time we get comfortable, there are new rules, extreme changes, losing local friends , things go haywire again. Most of us local people have been faithful for 20+ years to do what needs to be done to keep this our happy place! I hope they will continue to take care of their locals that camp a few miles down the road for vacation!

Haha you sent my review email en espangol, which I know very little. But I loved the rendered valley koa. I think it is possibly the best one I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Beautiful facilities and clean clean clean. Loved it!

Nice campground with numerous things for kids and adults to do. The staff was very friendly, help full and professional. The sites are mostly in the shade and sized to fit large units. Some of the sites are asphalt and are breaking off on the edges, other than that a great place to stop or stay for awhile.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
