The kids had a ton of fun, even during off season. There are a lot of fun outdoor games and a nice trail. There were a few things that came up with our cabin and the manager was super helpful and responsive right away. The campground hosts were very nice and my kids loved playing with their kids. Great experience. We’ll be back!

Well, I had a late check-in. Thank you for providing my information in the envelope. So finding my site was a challenge in the dark. Had to pull a 30" trailer into the site. Not enough room to make the swing I needed. Slept through the night, left early in the morning.

We will probably not return to Renfro Valley. The primary reason is the steep hill it sits on. It was hard on the truck hauling our fifth wheel up the entrance hill and a white knuckle experience braking down the exit hill to leave. Also there were very deep ruts in the road where our site was. Other open sites were in better condition, so we are not sure why we were put where we were.

We had a large pull thru spot with easy in/out access. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing is I wonder why children were allowed to play in the road in front of the office where you pull up to register. We actually had to ask them to move out of the way. The playground was located nearby, so I don't understand why they were not told to get out of the road.

The electrical box was too far forward on our site. I had to pull out my extra-long cord to hook up to power. I understand it’s an older campground, but the power box setup was not great. I paid $70 for a 50 amp site and couldn’t use it.

Florida trip :situated behind a couple small farms up a steep one way narrow street with speed bumps.. site was decent size with broken asphalt pad having a back to front angle that would not allow fifth to level unless unhooked... friendly staff! Washroom very clean! Good cable channels! GPS missed entrance/ sign hidden(trees), would stay again but would take the patio site at the end.

It was a place to stay. They were out of propane so we couldn’t take a hot shower. It was fairly quiet

Just an over night stay. Park is clean and neat but not big rig friendly. Roads are narrow, tree branches over roadways and sites just long enough.

Our 50 amp hookup did not work properly. We called the after hours number but did not receive a response until the following morning. We took it upon ourselves to change sites but would have preferred to speak with someone.

We visited the KOA on May 10th. We met the new managers Preston and Tiffany Swanson. Preston gave us a a private tour. The improvements to the park and facilities are amazing. It was our first time back here in 5 years. We encourage all of our camper friends to give the new owner and managers a visit. My wife and I miss this wonderful park and our many friends we made while here. FYI we were the owners of this KOA from 2010 -2017. We will be back to camp the next time.
