Description says Wi-Fi available at sites. Not true. Way too many full time campers. Not really friendly to overnight campers. Muddy roads.

I have one thing to say about Renfrew KOA. The employees go far above what is needed to accommodate your needs. They offer fixes that in reality they are not required to do. Highly likely that we will return and recommend them at every opportunity.

It is always a joy to stay at Renfrew KOA. The owners and staff work hard to make you feel welcome and part of their big family. The campground is always kept beautifully. If you have a problem they work quickly to fix it. I love it there and plan on returning many times.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our grandsons had a great time in the arcade. The seasonal campers were not friendly at all. Staff were extremely helpful.

Last minute booking obtained an excellent site. Friendly, efficient check-in. Clean, well-maintained facilities. Excellent recreational facilities available. We'll return.

You advertise Wifi. We called to confirm. Your Wifi is next to non-existing. Frustration.com! Your staff informed us that we should come to the office for better performance. That is not what we were told on the telephone. Your excuse: the provider cannot do better. Fine, just tell me this in advance and I won't be there to hear all the beautiful excuses. Not a KOA standard.

Lovely landscaped spot; Flat lots: pull thrus; clean laundry facilities; wonderful front desk staff; swimming and fishing area nicely looked after; LOUD BULLFROGS (absolutely AMAZED when I heard them, thinking someone was flying a RC airplane! They BUZZ and when you go to the reeds area, you can actually see them. They’re big boys (hahah). THE ONLY ISSUE is VERY WEAK WIFI but we’d return!!

Very impressed with KOA Renfrew/Ottawa. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, facilities are great and super clean, place is quiet and respectful and there is a ton of activities for the kids to do. We normally camp at provincial parks but booked to KOA last minute as it was available for the dates we wanted and we were extremely impressed with the place. We'll definitely be going back.

Easy booking and check in/out. Very friendly, helpful staff. site was very level so easy to park our trailer. Grounds were nicely kept. In spite of rain, we enjoyed our two nights and a day at Renfrew/Ottawa West KOA

I was pleasantly surprised to see how cosy the campsite is. I always assumed KOA’s were big open spaces, but this was treed and cosy.

We had a wonderful first weekend at KOA Renfrew. We stayed on the sites with the built in deck and BBQ. Everything was clean and well maintained. The girls played mini putt and jumped on the bouncy trampoline. Staff were amazing! We are looking forward to our next few trips here!

Very scenic location. Washrooms and showers very well maintained. The flowers were a nice touch. Front desk staff very helpful and accomodating. Wifi was rather weak and did not always work well. All in all a very nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this KOA. The staff were very friendly especially Bev at check-in and the park is immaculate. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet. The reception was super friendly and helpful even though we arrived 5 min before closing. She still took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed. I would stay again in a heart beat.

It is a really good camp site. Only issue was that I wasn't given the site I really reserved. Even if I reserved about 9 months ago, it is like first come first serve. Went when it was Halloween weekend and Hunted Woods was Amazing!
