I was disappointed by the lack of compassion by the office. Went to leave at 10 am and our main slide out was stuck out. Being a Saturday, we had to call a service person far away. He didn’t arrive until 1:00 pm and didn’t get us fixed until 2:30. While I understand the checkout time, we did notify them of our problem, no one was there to check into our spot, yet we still got charged $30 late

Only stayed 1 night, but everything went as expected. Would definitely come back and stay again. Nice people and services.

Helpful, friendly staff. Site was not level as we were apprised, it took awhile to level our camper, and we hate disturbing others at 8:30 pm! Someone left or dropped off two bags of trash at our site, we found it upon arrival. Bathrooms cleans, amenities not used. Overall, campground seems very crowded (at capacity), smoky and closely spaced, however for our purposes it was adequate.

We had a very nice stay. The kids enjoyed playing with other kind children in the playground. The goats were friendly. The camp was clean and staff was very friendly.

Very nice clean kampground. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a better exhaust fan in the bathroom and to fix the ramp that goes to the showers it can be slippery, I almost fell! I love the way you have remodeled the bathroom, I was there when it was being done. NICE job!!!

You won't meet nicer people than the ones here at Redmond/Central Oregon KOA! The heat (100+) created challenges for their electricity, but they worked diligently to keep everyone powered up and still were present for day-to-day needs. We will definitely return here for another visit!

We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed it the whole time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Facilities were nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the ice cream socials on Friday & Saturday evenings and the all-you-eat breakfasts on Saturday & Sunday mornings! We booked time for next year and look forward to seeing everyone again!

It was fun. Was t real thrilled with the site set up, The pool was very clean and well-maintained. It was very unprofessional of workers to have their personal floats and things in the pool during the day and then yelling at children not to touch them. Workers shouldn’t be in the pool when the regular campers are there. Also work crew was not the friendliest when lightning and wind storm started

It was a hot one, but the staff did everything they could to make guests comfortable. we utilized the charge to camp site option to the fullest. very convenient! the Pizza shack and the ice cream social was a bonus as well as all you can eat breakfast. Chicken fried steak was awesome. Pool a plus for the kids and great doggy area with a beautiful view of the f. we really enjoyed this park.

Very nice KOA!!! Clean, great swimming pool, lots of activities (Night Glow was awesome). Loved the 1 scoop of ice cream that lasted me 3 days!!! Only draw back was our stay was on 4 days of over 100 degree weather. Went to Haystack Reservoir but was attacked by little insects that flew in your eyes, nose, mouth, & ears!!! Definitely would return to the Redmond/Central Oregon KOA!!!

We came down from Astoria, OR to get away for a few days. Little did we know that the weather would be 100 + every day, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying what this KOA had to offer. The staff made my kids feel like they were at home, breakfast and ice cream was great! Pool was clean every day. Grounds were kept clean daily. Will definitely go back. Already planning our next trip back.

The park is good, the office staff is friendly, we had a couple of issues, they worked really hard to fix the problem. KOA needs allow the manager of the park to have the electrical and sewer, up graded for all the camping spots. With the really hot temp. Campers need to be able to run the air conditioning in their units, without the worry about the power going out. The ice cream party, was great.

Not as clean as other KOA's we have stayed at. More trees would be good. The bathrooms were not kept up. Need more recycle bins as well.

10+ year customer. This is the 1st time we've were disappointed. One man was very rude when closing the pool. There was no warning. "time to get out!" - Our boys were being slow (1-2 min), we were telling them to get out - he yelled "do you want to come back tomorrow?" Unncessary. He also went over to our campsite to yell at our people for unloading their vehicle before moving it to overflow.

Due to the massive heat there was power issues, but they worked quickly to fix it. Not something they could have controlled, but the worked hard to remedy.

Sites are run down and not very level (gravel). Many sites were live-in's or long term guests. Bathroom was out dated but clean. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Not worth the charging rate even with discount.

We loved how quiet the park is ... and the location! The only bump was when we were in the pool and my great granddaughter asked to use a donut floatie but was told a patch was drying so no ... 5 minutes later the employee's guest arrived and was given the floatie. Made us feel not welcome. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. I wish the information listed Culver as the city, not Redmond.

We expected very little since this camp wasn't at a beach or in the woods, but we got exactly the opposite! A clean, well-maintained camp with lots of extras, fantastic staff that took care of every need and question with a smile, and even excellent hot, fresh pizza available for order (we ordered one when we arrived and it was delivered to our site by the time we finished setting up. Thank you!

Nice camp above the valley. We took advantage of the pizza restaurant and it was delicious and delivered right to camp.

Everything was well kept and clean. Lots of fun with horse shoe, volleyball, playground and pool. Yummy ice cream socials with generous portions! And for water/electric campers great service to offer a “honey wagon” to come by. Only downside: Every car that drives around the campground fills the air with big clouds of fine dust covering nose & food while sitting outside. Needs solution!

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
