The spot we were assigned was sub-par and not up to KOA standards. There was a heavy bench blocking the spot that I had to move before I could drive in. The spot needed gravel - it was a wet mud puddle and we could not avoid tracking mud into our trailer and truck. The worst thing was the sewer drain - it was just a broken pipe with no cap and no way to secure our drain. I expect more from KOA.

Friendly Staff, everything was clean. Quiet park. They move my chairs out of the way when the lawns were sprinkled. This was appreciated, we weren’t there, it was nice to come back to dry chairs.

Great KOA. 3rd time staying here. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located for scenic and historical places east of the Cascades. Easy access and far enough off the highway (97) to be quiet.

The bathrooms were IMMACULATE. Modern furnishing and piping hot water in the showers. Very clean. Everyone was friendly and courteous! The ice cream social and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again!!

This location had the best showers! A place for your clothes to stay dry, for your soap, and a hand-held shower head. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay there very much. We will definitely return to this location next time we are in the area.

The campground was very clean, and quiet. The store is well stocked with items we forgot to pack and needed. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Little windy but really nice and quiet. Loved the pull through spot. Also appreciate the ice cream social and breakfast offerings. Really a great touch.

I only gave the campground a 1 because our assigned site was so poor that we couldn’t use it. We have a class B van and had reserved a back in site. If you backed in the utilities were on the wrong side and if you pulled in front wise your hookups were at the front of the site?! Also, the site was narrow. And they had tent campers next door so that they we’re within 6 feet of our side door.

We had only one night with you on our way home. The park was beautiful and the customer service was excellent. We had wood delivered to our site, as well as fresh hot pizza. The shower room was clean and nicely appointed. We will stay here again!

We were warmly greeted. Loved the ice cream social, we didn’t try the all you can eat breakfast but it looked good. The Pizza Shack was a nice touch. It wasn’t fabulous pizza but how many people go camping and expect pizza delivered to your camp site. Bathrooms were clean, and the kiddo loved the playground.

We have stayed at the Redmond KOA for the last fifteen or more years through ownership and management changes . I am pleased with the upgrades and the overwhelming desire to please the campers. Many times it is just and overnight on our way back to Hines coming from the central Oregon coast. We enjoy the security and the accommodations of the store and the cleanliness of the entire property.

From the time of making our reservation, making a change to the reservation, to check-in and out was easy and great! The KOA Team at the Redmond/Central Oregon KOA are all professional and all have their guests in the forefront at all times.

Quiet, lots to see, heated salt water pool, did not use because of weather. Clean and the people were great � we will definitely be back. Make sure to check if you need 50amp

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
