Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean sanitary with great showers. Not so much shade everywhere,so if possible bring a canopy. Haystack reservoir only 5 min drive away,for easy swimming, boating, kayaks etc. Best campground with full facilities in the area.

One of the nicer places we have stayed. Only suggestion is maybe there is something you can do to alleviate the congestion at the entrance causing traffic problems. It was 10 or more minutes before we could enter after a day of sight seeing. It should be easier for returning guests to come back as others are checking in. We saw many cars taking risks when traffic went into the street.

Very desolate, no shade, close quarters, on a hillside, would not recommend. Looked pretty run down. Nothing around to do without traveling. Save the money and hit up all the state parks around way better.

We had a great time here! We loved the ice cream social, relaxing by the pool, and pizza delivered right to our camper� The store was awesome also, my son loved the slushies they were selling. We want to come back and stay in the tepees !

Loved the all you can eat breakfast on the weekend and the pizza shack. Very friendly staff. Beautiful area. Only problem we had was our air conditioner kept kicking off due to the power and intense outside heat, but otherwise we just loved this KOA!

Nice park, we were next to a couple of younger couples with kids and they were nice people. The park was family friendly, had lots to do at the park, nice pool, quiet !

Great place. Check in was fast. Staff are nice. The store is well equipped. The place is clean. Sites are mostly pull through and very level. Our site had a fabulous view of the mountains. The have probably the best designed showers in any RV park. We stayed both on our way up and back to northern Washington and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Check in was quick and friendly and the store is very nicely organized and stocked. Cons: The picnic tables are in terrible shape and I would never sit at one for fear of splinters! There was garbage in our site when we arrived. And the marijuana smell coming from the full-time section, and the fact that a KOA employee was hanging out with the pot smokers, really ruined our evening.

Great place to take kids. Loved the ice cream social and the glow light parade for the kids. Enjoyed our stay and the people we met. Was nice that they had dvd's, books and games to borrow. The salt water pool was big attraction. Will go back sometime.

The facility was old and did not have any 50 amp sites. The area for children was good and they did have activities for them.

Owner purchased this location 3 years ago and has made, and is continuing to make, lots of improvements. He’s doing things right. Not perfect yet, but getting there. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We like being close to many places to have fun nearby. And your sunsets are outrageous. Thanks for fixing the horseshoe backstops and kudos for beginning to upgrade the campground.

Very very very exceptional customer service. The whole two days was outstanding. The only thing I wish is that they provide a detailed receipt for store items that we charged to our campsite. But I cannot rave enough about our experience.

Everything was great except. We where in site 29 and the lights from the building where blinding and shined right into our camper. They seemed to be motion activated. Just something that should be fixed

Mike, the owner, went out of his way to find me one of the last sites available on short notice. Much appreciated. The general store was well-stocked and the ladies there were nice and very helpful. The Pizza Shack's pizzas are expensive, but REAL TASTY! And delivered right to my door. And they are LARGE. If you're traveling alone, expect to have leftovers.

It's rare these days to feel really welcomed. The camp hosts were friendly and accomodating. They have plenty of amenities at the campground and all staff that we interacted with were so pleasant. After a long day boating it was great to have a homemade pizza made by the KOA delivered directly to our campsite. We took advantage of their buffet breakfast and ice cream social.

As usual we had a great time! We love your park and love your people! They are friendly, helpful and always working to maintain the park. First time ever I went to your pool. It was perfect! And best of all....the Pizzas!

Just spent one night. The facilities were older but very clean. I don’t have kids but it was a kid friendly place. I would stay there again.

We stayed two nights and had a very nice time. Quiet even though it was a full camp. This is the third time we've camped here for the Sisters Quilt Show.

Staff, super nice. The store was great. The grounds were clean. The bathrooms were clean for the most part. The only negative was the amount of people walking into our campsite to take pictures of horses and the sunset. I wish there was more of a boundary marker. I'm all for people enjoying nature but we're eating dinner and people were standing right next to us. Facility great though.

We stayed on a busy weekend to attend the Overland Expo. The campsite was so clean and the staff was super friendly. The grounds were tidy, the pool was great for kids and the playground was awesome too! Nice bathrooms with hot water and a great store. More than we could have expected! Definitely will plan to come again and stay a little longer!

Dit was een top camping. Het uitzicht op verschillende bergen is fenomenaal. Het sociale aspect werd niet vergeten. 'S avonds een "scoop" ijs (dat zijn een heleboel Nederlandse bolletjes) en 's morgens was er "all you can eat" ontbijt. De bedoeling is om elkaar te leren kennen. Een bezoek waard dus

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
