This was a stopover for us, we stopped on the way and way home from another location. The only real problem was that the site was set up in a way that I would need about a foot rise at the outlet from the trailer in order to have a downhill grade for ease of emptying the grey/black tanks. The staff was amazing, and the overall family orientation of the campground was great.

We had a great stay in this KOA. The facilities were neat and clean and away from road noise from the Highway. Fabulous views. The location gave us access to everything we had planned to do. Best of all, the staff and owner are friendly and eager to help in any way possible. Of special attention is staff member, Corey. Great guy. Knowledgeable and willing to help make your stay the best.

Very nice campground. We stayed in a tent site and it was very clean. Would be nice if there was some sort of fence dividers between sites so it feels more private. Pool was clean. Great stay!

Our Northwood Church Nomad group had a very pleasant stay, thank you very much!! We brought the summer weather with us June 19-24. Kim & Mike, you are awesome, giving us the 10 days to allow our group to call in their own reservations & dealing with the 3 cancellations in our group. We appreciate the delivery of 2 extra picnic tables & arranging your lawn mowing times around our group gatherings

Not enough shade., I found dirty underwear in the bunk beds. The AC unit had curtains that blocked the flow of AIR and would shut off. Curtains need to cut to fit. Also the vent in the bathroom is not cleaned it had junk hanging out of it. Most likely would not stay there again.

The bathrooms and showers need to be cleaned more than once a day. They should be checked hourly and cleaned as needed. Fixing the urinal with tape is not acceptable.

We came with a group with 7 RV spots plus the cabin (18). We were all close together and the cabin was great! It was so handy having our own shower, microwave and fridge. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was a little tricky using the steps with a cast on my leg but I had lots of help. Great location close to Smith Rock, Crooked River, Cove Palisades and Sisters. We’ll be back!

Very friendly accommodating and professional staff. Nice views. Restrooms could be cleaner. Nice setup in campground, but extremely dusty!! Lots of gravel and dirt.

It was not the nicest environment. Having a view of a hillside to the south with an RV storage lot in between was not appealing to the eye. The dump cap was loose at our site. This being said the staff I’d rate a 5. They were very friendly and helpful. It’s an ok stop for a one night or base location. A view of Mt. This was an amazing campground. The staff were extremely accommodating. The pizza was delicious! The bathrooms were updated and clean!! Camp sites have nice green grass and fire/cooking pits. Everyone was so helpful with a smile. You can tell everyone working there and the hosts truly care about the experience of camping for their guests!

We were traveling through to my sister's. We stayed for three nights, and explored the area. The staff here was wonderful, small koa but nicely kept.

Great location for what we wanted. Off the highway so no road noise at night. Great staff. Beautiful view of Mt Jefferson to the west. Will stop there on our way home, later this week.

What a beautiful little campsite! We wish we were able to stay more than 1 night. The pool looked very sparkly Clean, the bathrooms and showers were clean and updated. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful.

We were located near the row of "live-in employees". These people let their children run amuck. They are smoking everywhere on the property and are some of the trashiest "campers" I've been around. I'd be embarrassed if I owned this KOA. They closed the bathroom between 9 am - 10 am on Sunday - and I got yelled at by some angry KOA employee for trying to use it. Highly disappointed.

The manager is great - very friendly and you can tell she takes pride in making it a place people enjoy coming. Great breakfast on Sunday morning and my daughter loved the light parade. Another great Father’s Day weekend at KOA!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Grounds/showers/bathroom were clean and easy to access. This was our first time at a KOA and I will definitely be visiting again!

The sites were very close together And it seemed like there were more permanent campers than you would normally see in a campground which isn't bad....just the accumulation of stuff outside is noticable. Had a site that was partial hookup but they had a free pump that would come around if requested which was really nice. Nice employees, nice bathroom, nice stocked store, clean laundry.

We stayed the previous week in a different site. What a difference a site makes. The earlier stay was peaceful and quiet. The later was not. Some nearby sites were most likely long stay occupancy. 12 midnight someone was banging on some metal, setting a vehicle alarm with the key fob so the horn honks. If we stay here again, I'll make sure to ask about the occupants.

My family stayed for 3 nights in the park model, it was not near wat we expected. Outlets falling out of walls, of 3 recliners in front room 1 worked all the time other 2 only when they wanted. Sliding door into living room lock broken so a stick was used and u locked unlocked going from bedroom door. After staying at orher koa campgrounds this was a let down. Wifi was very spotty. L

Old run down squeaky bed, bunk beds with incorrect mattress sizes, no sink in bathroom, door knob too small for door hole, too small air conditioner for cabin size, this cabin was an absolutely disaster and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

One of the best KOAs I have stayed at. Bathrooms clean and functioning, great staff, grounds well kept. It’s far enough off the main road so traffic noise isn’t an issue.

58.00 is way too much for no sewer. And there seems to be several permanent resident's. A bit junky looking.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
