They were great staff and the site was fine. The fox grass was all over and peaty on the dog.

It was absolutely the best stay I’ve had at a campground in a very long time everybody there was so polite the grounds were beautiful the people who were there were absolutely remarkable that children were respectful I would stay again with no problem your employees are absolutely beautiful people

We only stayed one night one our way back home. Awesome place with tons to do for adults and kids alike. Must stay if you are looking for a place to stay with it all. Totally recommend, staff, location, and environment all top notch!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the location was good. However, we probably won’t return because the bathrooms are closed from 9-10 am. This is a ridiculous policy and closes the bathroom as guests are packing up and leaving. What are people supposed to do? Why would you choose that time? Maybe from 1-2 pm or something, not the busy morning.

The showers weren’t that clean. I have been to many other KOA’s that were better kept. Plus the whole bathroom always seemed to be really hot. I think a ventilation system needs to be put in place.

I enjoyed it very much. Kim was wonderful and such a pleasant person to talk to. Their location was great and quiet and having the parade for the kids on July 4 was awesome. I hope to return next year.

This campground is awesome, have stayed here before and no disappointments! Staff is courteous, showers and restrooms are kept tidy, and the store always has those few items I forgot to bring.

We love the KOA, we are frequent stayers and we love every second! The breakfast is always amazing! the pool wears ours kids out cant wait to book another weekend

Real nice park situated in Central Oregon. Plenty of activities and amenities to keep a person busy. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is fantastic. If you go away hungry it is your fault.

We recently completed a trip in the Northwest staying at about 8 campgrounds. This was our favorite. Great staff and enjoyed the Ice Cream social on Saturday Night!

Spent one night. Nicely set up and very quiet during night. Did not use amenities. Conveniently located off hwy 97.

Thought the property was clean and looked after. Nice if there were signs out for recycling bottles and cans. It is a heavily used property, so continuous maintenace of bathrooms, showers, pool areas is ongoing to maintain the quality that is expected of a KOA facility.

Overall this is one of the best KOA's we have stayed at, and we stay exclusively at KOA's. Been here at least 5 times. We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. It would be nice if they set up the pool hours so there was an hour at dusk that was adults only. Also bottled water in the store cooler is a must! Very nice staff.

The flies were INSANE! Day and night the flies were soooooo bad. Quite gross! I arrived late and slept in. While finishing up my shower, I was RUDELY told to get out as the bathroom was now closed. The showers were disgusting! Good thing I had flip flops to wear in the shower!! I won’t return!

It was a lovely park and the staff seemed to always be working and improving the park. I loved the dog park. Very friendly at check-in and we really enjoyed our stay.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
