I’ve stayed at KOAs while on our 10 day trip. We stayed one night (on way to destination & on our return. Pros: staff was friendly and Wi-Fi good. Bad: Oregon was going through hot spell. While they opened the windows of the cabin…it was almost unbearable to sleep in. Bathrooms not as clean/no vents. Basic amenities. KOA needs LOTS of maintenance, stained mattresses/needs deep cleaning.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They were always busy keeping the campground looking good. The campsites are well kept. The kids had a blast in the pool. The Breakfast was delicious! Way to go KOA staff!

We had an amazing time at the campground and would love to come back next year! If I may add a couple suggestions. Would be the cleaning time of the bathrooms maybe changed to after check out or add a set of out houses. Without a doubt each morning we were there someone in our group had to use the bathroom during the cleaning time. We understand the process takes time and we appreciate it clean. T

We really like the cabins, and the chance to roast marshmallows and make smores. The employees are very helpful, and we just found out we can book a year ahead, which ensures we got a cabin instead of forgetting to make a reservation and, fortunately, getting the last cabin available.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Only drawback is that there are not a lot of tent sites with shade during the hot parts of the day.

Great time at KOA Culver! Fun activities and great food options for dinner and breakfasts. Oh, and the ice cream social. We have been coming to KOA Culver for over 20 years!

Our extended family reserved four sites for our stay, two trailers, one tent and one cabin. The KOA staff were all very friendly and helpful and offered a variety of activities. The grounds were clean and well kept, pool was great and bath/showers were also clean. The on-site store was well stocked and made purchases very easy, pizzas were good and being delivered to our camp site was another plus

Stayed in one of the two room cabins and it was great! we love to camp but hate sleeping in a tent this was the perfect thing.

I was disappointed by the lack of compassion by the office. Went to leave at 10 am and our main slide out was stuck out. Being a Saturday, we had to call a service person far away. He didn’t arrive until 1:00 pm and didn’t get us fixed until 2:30. While I understand the checkout time, we did notify them of our problem, no one was there to check into our spot, yet we still got charged $30 late

Helpful, friendly staff. Site was not level as we were apprised, it took awhile to level our camper, and we hate disturbing others at 8:30 pm! Someone left or dropped off two bags of trash at our site, we found it upon arrival. Bathrooms cleans, amenities not used. Overall, campground seems very crowded (at capacity), smoky and closely spaced, however for our purposes it was adequate.

We’ve been coming to this KOA for nearly 20 years! We love how clean this campground is kept, the pool is warm, and all the workers are friendly.

All of the employees were very nice! Nice, clean bathrooms and showers. I didn't like that the bathrooms close for a whole hour from 9am-10am. I feel it should be a little later and not a whole hour. � The first morning we woke up a little late and didn't realize they closed from 9-10am. My daughter had to go so bad and it pushed our leave to adventure time out till 10:30 because having to wa

DO NOT RENT THE DELUXE CABIN!!! There is absolutely nothing deluxe about it. There was garbage wrapped in the sheets. Ants crawling on the counters. Mold in the shower. I bet the floors have never been mopped. We literally went and bought Lysol spray and sprayed everything before touching it. The place is pretty ran down. Save your money and drive on.

Great people make a great place to stay! Such is the case here! Only item needing addressed is the Men’ restroom. One sink is plugged up and wouldn’t drain. Toilet stall latches at weak and “funky”. Men’s urinal has a leak at the supply valve above, which is “fixed” by jerry-rigging a torn off section of round pipe insulation with tape to capture the escaping water and redirecti

We had a very nice stay. The kids enjoyed playing with other kind children in the playground. The goats were friendly. The camp was clean and staff was very friendly.

the people were great, helpful and very nice. worked to make sure I had a tent site, I originally had to reserve a group site because the single sites didn't match my stay dates, but they changed my site and saved me some money. They offered to do it, I didn't have to ask, you don't see that kind of service much anymore. I'd stay there anytime.

Very nice clean kampground. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a better exhaust fan in the bathroom and to fix the ramp that goes to the showers it can be slippery, I almost fell! I love the way you have remodeled the bathroom, I was there when it was being done. NICE job!!!

You won't meet nicer people than the ones here at Redmond/Central Oregon KOA! The heat (100+) created challenges for their electricity, but they worked diligently to keep everyone powered up and still were present for day-to-day needs. We will definitely return here for another visit!

We stayed for 3 months and enjoyed it the whole time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Facilities were nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the ice cream socials on Friday & Saturday evenings and the all-you-eat breakfasts on Saturday & Sunday mornings! We booked time for next year and look forward to seeing everyone again!

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
