Beautiful set-up, sites and accommodation! Very nice owners who made us feel right at home. Our stay was part of a larger road-trip and the only place we stayed for two nights. We are so happy we picked this one for the single two-night stay. Compliments!

I really liked the owners of the KOA and had a pretty good time. I'm more used to tent camping with fewer people, and the campground felt a little cramped for me. We were definitely a little too close to our neighbors where we could hear just about everything they said. We were also not huge fans of the street lamp that shined into our tent, even though I tried to tell myself it was the moon lol

Owners/staff were very friendly and helpful. Campground was immaculately kept and beautiful. Sites were clean and provided not only a table and fire pit but also a raised fire pit for cooking. Bathrooms were superb -beautiful design and clean. Lovely little gift shop/convenience store. Reasonable driving distance to the town of Red Lodge but not right in town so quiet. Would definitely return.

On this Yellowstone trip we stayed at 5 different KOA s. This was our favorite. Great facilities, quiet. Very friendly staff made you feel welcome.

Great tent pitch site. Lots of shade at the side of a small stream. Washrooms are clean and tidy. You can tell the owners invest time, money and passion in making your stay enjoyable.

Rebecca and Jason are two of the nicest, most competent owners I’ve ever met. Absolutely spotless restrooms/showers and a high degree of care shows throughout the campground. I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to be loyal! Great, GREAT job!!

Hosts were very friendly. Restrooms were clean. Our spot was quiet and well kept. Host came to warn us of a grizzly in the area. They were genuinely concerned for our safety, which was appreciated.

Wir kamen um 21.45h beim KOA Red Lodge an und waren so dankbar über die Nachtregistrierung einzuchecken! Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben gleich eine Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen. Der Platz ist sehr schön und die sanitären Einrichtungen sauber und freundlich! Die Mitgliedschaft hat uns beim nächsten KOA gleich geholfen einen besseren (schattigen) Zeltplatz zu bekomme

We had a tent site. We asked for electricity when reserving. We did not get it. The site was on a hill and the table was in disrepair.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Sorry for the old picnic table,it has been replaced with a new one.Our W/E tent sites have a 2 night minimum and you only wanted Saturday night which is why you booked a primitive site.Please let me know if you are not happy with the site so I can try to accommodate you. JST

I like that there is a creek that runs behind the tent only campsites. I love the sound of water, calming.

We always enjoy staying there- the kids love the pool, playground and banana bikes. They also panned for gems this time and had a blast. Thank you all for your hospitality- we will definitely be back !!

Everything was mostly great. Friendly customer service, clean facilities, well kept grounds, well stocked conscience store. I didn’t like how the street lamp was kept on all night. I feel like either warn people like “hey this light stays on put your tent not directly under it,” would’ve been helpful. People next to us had their radio on and were talking loudly 1am. No way to report.

We stopped in for a quick overnight, car camping. Washrooms were clean. Very friendly staff. We felt welcome and slept very well.

Was great. We were on the far tent sites which were very roomy. Only bad thing was another camper was put right next to us and had their tent about 5 feet from ours. Also the bathrooms are really nice on that end but some people still don't understand shower curtains and would flood the bathroom.

The new owners are very kind and engaging. They have made a lot of improvements since taking over and it shows. We felt comfortable and safe on the property and may return next year unless our travels take us elsewhere.

The new owners have made a lot of improvements! Kids loved the gaga ball pit, banana bikes, and warm pool. Adults enjoyed the clean bathrooms, roomy tent site, and trash pickup service. We didn't get a chance to mine for gemstones but we will be back!

Just an absolute wonderful experience. From the greeting by the staff/owners to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and grounds overall. The property really presents itself extremely well and you can tell by the care that is being taken care at all times how important this location is to those who work there and the ownership. I had to take this trip without my wife but we will be back.

The Red Lodge KOA was one of the nicest KOAs that we stayed at. The bathrooms were very clean. The owners are meticulous and detail-oriented. Pride of ownership is evident. Would definitely stay again!

We had the best time. Our trip to Red Lodge was extra special. The staff was so amazing. They were super welcoming and went out of their way to help in any way they could. One of the best experiences we've had.

Campground bathrooms were very dirty , quiet hours were not in forced very loud and obnoxious and didn't help it was so close to the highway. Over priced at $60 for a tent site with no hook ups and had to pay extra for the only recreational activity they had being the 3 wheel bikes . Staff was very friendly though.

This camper was caught in the pool without registering to visit or camp.When confronted they decided to rent a tent site which unfortunately I allowed.No other complaints those days on bathrooms or quiet hours.We have pool,playground,gaga ball, frisbee golf, etc.Decide for yourself. JST

Fantastic facilities and great owner/operators. Jason & Rebecca went out of their way to accomodate our needs. Everything clean & orderly as expected. I highly recommend staying with them when visiting Red Lodge and the surrounding area.
