Spent 7 nights - great location and very nice campground. People were very friendly. Our major issue was that we were towing and the pull thru sites need to be longer - we had hard time getting into the site and out of the site. We were not provided with an escort to our site - arrived early afternoon around 4 pm.

We had a two night stay, it was neat and clean, quiet and peaceful. When we come back, we'll definitely stay there again

Good for a night or two. Clean park good amenities, sites were a bit narrow though didn’t like grilling 1 foot from my neighbors sewer line. Otherwise perfect.

I enjoyed having the option of activities each night along with the breakfast option. I appreciate the fact that you employ young people to help! This has got to be a great opportunity for young people!

We were only booked for one night but when we saw how nice the facility was, we decided to stay an extra night. The staff made it happen, and we didn't even have to move!!! The staff are friendly, and very helpful. The facility is clean and very quiet. They have plenty of activities for kids. An "All you can eat pancake breakfast" every morning with other foods as well. We will be back.

Over crowded, people from neighborhood were using the facilities cause their family worked there, they told us so. The pool had 40 people over the post safe limit. Very noisy, posted quiet hours mean nothing. Very little staff monitoring of site. Needed to have out campfire ring cleaned out as it had rubber gloves and trash plus dog poop all over the grass of our spot! Very disappointed!

Great staff. Nice store. Amazing pool! I do wish the showers had wooden mats so you aren’t directly on the tile floor when stepping out.

Very nice park. All the shower/restroom facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool area was large enough to allow many people to use it, without being crowded. The same was true of the playground. Staff was friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again next year when we visit Rapid City.

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Concrete slabs and mowed grass. All utilities in great shape. Absolutely no negatives to report.

Excellent location and customer service. However, the site provided need maintenance. It seems that it was used for RVs turn around. It has several holes in the pavement. No issues.

It would be appreciated by several campers if you could clean the green slime off the sides of the hot tub. Also put up signs in the laundry area reminding people to get their clothes out soon as they are done. Waited 25 minutes after a man’s dryer shut off for him to remove his clothes.�� staff was amazing, park was clean and beautiful, no issues or problems. We are looking forward to seeing

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rapid City KOA. The pancakes every morning were great!! The Kampground is well maintained and the staff are great!!

We were there for 2 nights and loved it. The staff was great, our site was perfect. We also loved the pool! Very nice showers/restrooms/laundry facilities.

Staff was friendly, sites are okay (patios are hot,no shade), men's bathroom seemed to be cleaned/checked/restocked every two days, game room had no A/C and others were complaining about it for their kids, some with an extra vehicle (even tho it fit nicely in the site) have to move it to the farthest away point (1000 ft + walk) from their site while some were allowed extra vehicles. Strange rule!!

Great amenities and view of the area. Too early to visit the pool, arrived in early May, but it looked enticing. Will stay here n the future.

Everything was great, nice amenities and super easy to use all the recreation. Only downside was there were so many sites back to back and the dumpster was always overflowing everyday

Site was ok nothing spectacular. The main upper pad sites around the pool area really needs to regraded also the roads lots of gravel should be added. Most were flooded after a rain. Some people could not even step out of there RV’s Very muddy and lots of standing water

Everything at the campground was great, the only issues we had was the loud car noise from races for hours on Friday night and how fast people drive especially coming in the main entrance and kids are in that area a lot.

I really liked our stay here. The KOA is conveniently located to Rapid City downtown, Mount Rushmore, etc. Our site was long with concrete pad, tables/chairs, and grass! Probably one of the best sites we have had as we didn't have neighbors on one side which meant more grass! Very conveniently located. Friendly staff. Laundry on site is convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place, friendly staff, clean bath and laundry. Great sites for all. Good level spots. Close to all the Black Hills National Forest has to offer. Central to Badlands, Spearfish Canyon and Devils Tower. Cabins, cottages, tent sites, and a nice new pool area. 2 laundry facilities and 3 shower houses. Always clean.
