The toilets and showers were dirty, I realize that cleaning once a day is not adequate when guests do not clean up behind themselves. Enjoyed the breakfast option and the location was beneficial for our visit. Did not appreciate looking at site 37's waste hose connection within 10 feet of our picnic table. Also, on Sunday we were told to be out by 11, I informed the employee we leave on Monday

We really enjoyed our stay. We had the best spot in the whole park. Right at the end with a beautiful flowerbox filled with pretty flowers. The park was clean, the employees were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast pancakes were delish. Really enjoyed the pool . With such a large park and it seems most people had one or two dogs a couple more dog areas would really help

We had an issue with a premium paved site. The pavement gave way when we put our jacks down and our hydraulic jack overextended and got stuck in a pretty deep hole in the pavement. The maintenance guys were amazing and helped us dig it out. Our whole Jack system had an error and we had concerns something was broken. Thankfully, all was ok. I would recommend a gravel site until they address this.

This was a good place to stay while exploring the area. Once you get into the campground, you don't feel like you're near a big city. Our pull through spot was level and there was a good amount of space between sites. The pancake breakfast was good and our friend enjoyed the hot tub. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park. Get fire wood at Safeway.

The staff is friendly and we loved the pool, hot tub, and pancake breakfasts in addition to the great location. Most of the showers need a deep cleaning and/or repair. At least one of the floor pans has a crack and hole large enough for water to escape. That shower should be closed until it is repaired. Several of the others have leaks in the shower head and neck causing water to spray everywhere

The yellow posts on the tent sites could use some reflective tape or a plastic tube around them or anything else to make them more visible. Very easy to run into ��

Very nice spot this time with grass and shade. Made it easy to visit with college student kiddo outside enjoyable. Relaxing stay and fabulous visit.

This is the 4 th time we’ve stayed here as we visit the black hills frequently, but this time is was just for one night as we were on our way home. It is clean, comfortable and has everything we need.

The no dog in the building policy was announced as my dog and I entered the door. Only when I turned to leave, did he amend the policy it to take my money. And pet exercise area wasn,t big enough for a small dog. Sorry KOA is closer to my last choice. Only people food was candy bars and chips. It wasn't a kitchen or dining room. Definitely not a pet friendly atmosphere.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The season is winding down so it was not so crowded this stay. Check in was quick and easy. Workers were amiable and friendly.

Very nice campground, great spacious sites, utilities are great, WiFi very good, well stocked store, beautiful pool, close to all attractions. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We came in after an exhausting day, but you were ready for us. We appreciated the escort to the site, and that the site was spacious and had a level asphalt pad. We made use of the showers while we were there, the laundry facilities, and even had those delicious pancakes one morning. One observation: we were at the furthest end of the park, and no restrooms on that level. It was a LONG walk

The campground is FANTASTIC! What’s not to love about a beautiful pool/hot tub, clean laundry room, all you can eat pancakes $3, and mostly an amazing and helpful staff.

I really liked our stay here. The KOA is conveniently located to Rapid City downtown, Mount Rushmore, etc. Our site was long with concrete pad, tables/chairs, and grass! Probably one of the best sites we have had as we didn't have neighbors on one side which meant more grass! Very conveniently located. Friendly staff. Laundry on site is convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place, friendly staff, clean bath and laundry. Great sites for all. Good level spots. Close to all the Black Hills National Forest has to offer. Central to Badlands, Spearfish Canyon and Devils Tower. Cabins, cottages, tent sites, and a nice new pool area. 2 laundry facilities and 3 shower houses. Always clean.
