Great Koa! Stayed 3 nights in a motorhome. Website advertised pancake breakfast daily, however there were none. Great sites, well kept and helpful ladies at check in.

Despite the rain, which is not the campground's fault, we had a great visit. The site we stayed in could have been more level, but it was long enough for the rig and car. The staff was friendly and helpful. The work campers were amazing. The dumpsters could be dumped more often and the bathrooms cleaned more often during busy times. The trash cans in the restroom were overflowing. A bit pricey.

Park is located within Rapid City. It was a great place to stay to be able to resupply and such before heading back out to the more remote areas

We stayed 3 nights. We chose this KOA because it was close to Mt. Rushmore and other sites we wanted to visit. We did have a deluxe pull through site. It was very nice and level and made set up a breeze. It is the nicest KOA we have stayed at.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a huge site with plenty of parking in front of or behind our 40’ fifth wheel. Very generous space between sites so we felt like we had good privacy. Great location to visit My Rushmore but still be in a city area for access to stores and conveniences. Highly recommended!

This KOA provides convenient access to Rapid City and is a relatively short drive to the Black Hills. Sites are well maintained, as are the facilities. We prefer the upper area and concrete pads as rain can flood the lower and gravel sites. We have stayed here many times and expect to return here when next we travel to Rapid City.

The KOA was fine for a one night stay. The water smelled off!! The reason for the bad review is NEVER have I EVER had to pay a fee for my dog (corgi) to stay at any KOA!!! I was shocked! I clean up after her with my own poop bags. What is the fee for? Very disappointed in KOA! And yes I have stayed at many!

I really liked our stay here. The KOA is conveniently located to Rapid City downtown, Mount Rushmore, etc. Our site was long with concrete pad, tables/chairs, and grass! Probably one of the best sites we have had as we didn't have neighbors on one side which meant more grass! Very conveniently located. Friendly staff. Laundry on site is convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place, friendly staff, clean bath and laundry. Great sites for all. Good level spots. Close to all the Black Hills National Forest has to offer. Central to Badlands, Spearfish Canyon and Devils Tower. Cabins, cottages, tent sites, and a nice new pool area. 2 laundry facilities and 3 shower houses. Always clean.
