Absolutely the best KOA ever :-) and we’ve stayed at many. Staff are extremely helpful and bilingual. The lobby is modern and clean with a free fresh cup of coffee. Pool area is absolutely adorable. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Pull through site for our 38’ coach with p/u toad was not long enough. They advertise pull through sites but you are jammed in like sardines. Swampy area down middle Off the road in and out breeding ground for mosquitos. Don’t think we will be back again for an overnite stop. Too much money and short pull throughs as well as campers on top Of each other

Lovely campground! We stayed there on our to and from PEI and was very impressed with how clean the campground was. The lots were easy to get in and out of and the dog park was a god send. Thank you and see you next year!

Everything about this KOA is phenomenal; the staff, the layout of the entire campground, the amenities…the washrooms and showers! So clean! There is definite pride of ownership at this location. It is now our favourite KOA to visit!

Très bien reçu et nous avons eu un petit problème personnel et votre équipe nous a aidé a le résoudre. Notre extension n'étais pas assez longue et vous nous avez aidés en nous prêtant une rallonge électrique. Merci pour ce super bon service.

Beautifully kept campground, gardens are gorgeous, camp sites are clean and well maintained. They will even deliver fire wood!! The kids loved the pool and slides were a big bonus! I would highly recommend this to campground to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quebec City KOA and will definitely return again in the future.

Convenient. Nice landscaping in the pool area. Laundry and restroom facilities were very clean. Wi-Fi needs improvement. Pet area in front is superior to the one in the back even though it is no longer labeled.

Very nice big rig friendly resort. Off highway enough you mostly did not hear the trucks unless wind was a specific direction. Enjoyed our stay a lot! The premier lot with chairs and swing was a bonus!!

We stayed only one night, but it was a nice park. The sites were decently sized. We thought the bathroom/shower facilities were excellent.

Poor signage for English. Poor ventilation in shower, washroom area made it feel like a steam room. Staff was friendly & helpful.

We stayed for 4 nights and the campground was fantastic. Everyone we encountered were nice and friendly and very helpful since we are from Montana and speak zero French! Very clean and easy in and easy out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great park, only issue was trying to get into the park, we got stuck on the road trying to turn in as all the trailers ahead of us did not use the 2 lanes (if they had we would not have had an issue) Perhaps better signage about using the 2 lanes for entry is needed.

Enjoyed the campground, clean facilities, friendly staff, great store. Close to Highway 20 and the old city, shuttle service is great. We did not use the fire pit as it was too close to vehicle/camper.

I know people will say it's not important when camping but the wifi was extremely weak and unusable. Other than that, very clean and quiet at night. Close to the city and highway for our trip out east.

Great stay. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. My only concern is that there is a hedge at the entrance that blocks the view of the cross walk to the children's playground. Just needs to be short so kids can see arriving vehicles and drivers can see the kids darting from the playground.

This is a well maintained campground. The bathrooms are immaculate, and the grounds are nicely landscaped, especially in the pool, splash pad and community fire pit areas. The main language is French, but the staff was also able to communicate in English. Some of the dryers in the laundry room took forever and need to be repaired.

The campground is very clean and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly, welcoming and efficient. I would highly recommend this campground.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
