Pleasant customer service. Sites could use new layer of gravel. They are muddy. Most important amenity is the allowed RV washing. Would stay there again.

Very nice spot. Pool was very nice. My daughter had a blast on the slides. Even though it's right beside the highway, you couldn't hear it most times. Very easy and quick to get into the city. Highly recommend.

Stopped for couple nights heading to East Coast. Very clean friendly and overall an excellent stay and will stay on return trip. Thank you.

service 30 ampères seulement, pas de WiFi en soirée J'ai bien apprécié l'aide d'un employé de service sur le terrain qui a vraiment un intérêt à la qualité du séjour. Il m'a aidé à brancher l'eau puisque la borne de branchement était loin et nécessitait un boyau plus long

Se résume en une seule nuit. Excellents aménagements, accueil chaleureux. Seul bémol: prix élevé par rapport à la concurrence mais le séjour valait la peine.

The campground is very nice but all of the staff working the front desk/store were the best part of our experience. Very personable, interested in making us feel at home and cared for, and always with a warm smile.

Fabulous park. Beautiful amenities. Swimming pool and hot tub area gorgeous. Great cell/hotspot coverage. Helpful staff. Perfect location. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay….cleanliness was top notch…..the only negative aspect of our stay is that the hot tub was constantly filled with children even though the rules were clearly indicated 18 and above. I’m not sure if the lifeguard has the responsibility of overseeing the hot tub to insure it remains an adult only area.

We stayed 5 years ago and thought it was a great campground. We stayed this July and we’re BLOWN AWAY by how clean, friendly, and well functioning everything was. The staff were fantastic! Nicest amenities! I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice site, but sites are too close. Very noisy in the cabins behind our site, loud music played until 10 pm.

The camp was nicely kept. Wood delivery service was great, the gentleman delivering was very friendly. Did not like the fact that to get the actual site we reserved was going to cost us $20 more and the site we received was not great, the sewer connect was right in the middle of our campsite and so was the hydro and water hookup. Not a nice view! Bathrooms were clean, pool area was great!

Les terrains sont très bien. Le service et la courtoisie. Seul point négatif est le réseau Wifi est très mauvais.

Mon terrain initial attribué etait 2 fois trop petit. Il y avait plus de chiens que de campeurs! C'etait dégueulasse, les chiens pissaient partout et meme sur mon terrain leur maître s'en foutant complètement. Un matin je me suis lecé et ça sentait la pisse de chien a plein nez. En plus des jappements parcois constant. Ce n'est pas tous les campeurs qui apprecient les animaux! Je suis fru

This campground I thought was a bit pricey but has excellent and very well maintained facilities. The washrooms and showers were top notch. Would definitely return when in the area. Thanks KOA!

Amazing park, shows pride of ownership and investment by management to enhance the experience. great sites, ultra clean, great pool and hot tub and at check in a 5 star KOA greeting. will be back for sure, this park sets the bar for all KOA locations.

The campground excellent but staff not so much. I had a gift certificate to use and they could not reimburse me the amount that I paid to reserve my site. When I book requested pull through got there and was back in not a pull through like the reservation stated. The staff had their vehicles in the way. The staff un accommodate when I confronted them. They took the deposit out the day before.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
