Staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. site are a bit tight, but it is an excellent location for exploring Quebec City. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Due to an unfortunate incident with an unfriendly neighbour arriving after us the campground should identify who requires what amperage and clarify it on the documentation. I had addressed this with management when we booked months before. It takes one disgruntled novice camper to spoil a stay.

Stayed for 4 nights and found this camp site to be one of the nicest & cleanest places for sure!! .They pretty much carry everything at the store and the the staff are great to deal with. Also the laundry rm. is excellent as well. I would for sure stay again if I'm up that way!!!!!!

There was no hot water in the Men's showers. Each day I would go to the office and complain. The first day the manager, a male, told me that was impossible. The second day he said they were working on it. And that is how it continued for our entire stay. I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE A REFUND OR A CREDIT FOR SEVERAL DAYS.

Wonderful campground, everything we needed was neat and tidy. Great staff! Clean bathrooms! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on a cool rainy evening

Séjour très agréable, camping propre et tranquille. Le seul bémol est que nous n’avons pas pu choisir notre site et notre site était sur un coin de rue, un peu petit et les services n’étaient pas tous du même côté. Ces petits inconvénients n’ont pas empêché que notre séjour a quand même été très agréable.

The camping cabins themselves are getting old and some are in the process of being updated, but otherwise well appointed. It is loud in the cabins next to the highway, however the cabins beyond the entrance gate aren't as noisy. They are obviously working hard at making improvements, especially to the pool area. Great washrooms and facilities. Lots to do in the area.

The staff were welcoming & accommodating . My site, T11, was great. For a small site it had shade & privacy. I wish I’d spent 2 nights there.

Very comfortable spot and easy access off the highway.. 4 star is because of highway noise and industrial park next door.. amenities and staff A1..

Everything was perfect...except for the spa where children were playing in the spa in the day shift and worse in the after supper . We wanted to go in the spa for a kiet time after supper (8 pm and more) and children was screaming in it ??????????????? That was very disapointing... Hope you get that matter regulated because it is indicated (very clearly) that it should be 18 years old????

We loved the park and so close to Quebec City. Washrooms beyond clean and the sites ample. The pool area had a nice Tiki Hut vibe and all in all a we recommend KOA Quebec without any hesitation.

Excellent location for Quebec city. We stayed 5 nights in a small Cabin and loved it, very clean and well maintained camp ground. Employees are very accommodating and pleasant . Thank you and keep up the good work will definitely be back.

Park is very clean, well laid out, with great amenities (outdoor pool, hot tub, kids’ stuff) and had clean washrooms and hot showers. Only issue to be aware of is sewer connection is elevated so dumping grey and black tanks was tricky as gravity worked against me. But all was fine if done carefully.

Nice, clean efficient facilities, convenient to Quebec City. For a tent camper like us, the property is very close to the highway so there is a constant drone of traffic noise.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
