We had a very pleasant stay….cleanliness was top notch…..the only negative aspect of our stay is that the hot tub was constantly filled with children even though the rules were clearly indicated 18 and above. I’m not sure if the lifeguard has the responsibility of overseeing the hot tub to insure it remains an adult only area.

This was our first time staying at KOA Quebec City and we LOVED it! The staff were wondeful and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We camped in a private tent site that is surrounded by trees. We also loved the pool and hot tub area. It felt like we were at a resort. We will definitely stay at KOA Quebec City again.

This is our second time at Quebec City KOA, and we love the new pool & hot tub area! We reserved a campsite for our RV, and also a deluxe cabin for our friends, and it was all very comfortable and convenient. The campground is nicely located near Quebec City, and we were able to use both taxi and Uber to get around. We'll definitely be back again!

We stayed 5 years ago and thought it was a great campground. We stayed this July and we’re BLOWN AWAY by how clean, friendly, and well functioning everything was. The staff were fantastic! Nicest amenities! I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice site, but sites are too close. Very noisy in the cabins behind our site, loud music played until 10 pm.

Magnifique site , très propre et tranquille .Les gens sont respectueux de l’environnement . Le chalet on a adoré , les enfants ont profité des jeux et de la piscine . De plus le site n’est pas trop gros, tout est facile d’accès . Le seul point négatif est la proximité de l’autoroute . Merci.

The camp was nicely kept. Wood delivery service was great, the gentleman delivering was very friendly. Did not like the fact that to get the actual site we reserved was going to cost us $20 more and the site we received was not great, the sewer connect was right in the middle of our campsite and so was the hydro and water hookup. Not a nice view! Bathrooms were clean, pool area was great!

Les terrains sont très bien. Le service et la courtoisie. Seul point négatif est le réseau Wifi est très mauvais.

Mon terrain initial attribué etait 2 fois trop petit. Il y avait plus de chiens que de campeurs! C'etait dégueulasse, les chiens pissaient partout et meme sur mon terrain leur maître s'en foutant complètement. Un matin je me suis lecé et ça sentait la pisse de chien a plein nez. En plus des jappements parcois constant. Ce n'est pas tous les campeurs qui apprecient les animaux! Je suis fru

This campground I thought was a bit pricey but has excellent and very well maintained facilities. The washrooms and showers were top notch. Would definitely return when in the area. Thanks KOA!

Amazing park, shows pride of ownership and investment by management to enhance the experience. great sites, ultra clean, great pool and hot tub and at check in a 5 star KOA greeting. will be back for sure, this park sets the bar for all KOA locations.

The campground excellent but staff not so much. I had a gift certificate to use and they could not reimburse me the amount that I paid to reserve my site. When I book requested pull through got there and was back in not a pull through like the reservation stated. The staff had their vehicles in the way. The staff un accommodate when I confronted them. They took the deposit out the day before.

Nice level sites, unfortunately there is a limited number of 50 Amp sites, so we had to use 30 Amp with connection on Passenger side. It worked out OK. Also, disappointed in no cable as there is little or no over the air tv reception, in English.

We had a great time! My son enjoyed the chickens, treasure hunt, and pool. I loved how close it was to Quebec City. Thanks for a fun trip!

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
