we stqyed two nights on our way from Creede CO to Manitou Springs CO; traveling in Class B motorhome. Checkin was effiecient. Campground facilities were convenient and in good working order. Spacing of sites was sufficient. Quiet at night. Will return next year from Texas.

We were greeted with “It’s an extra $15 for early check in” … In stead of “Hi, glad you’re here, how can we help you?” After that, the woman’s husband stepped up and got us in our RV site. The brochure reads like some mean person talking to unruly children. I think “maybe” they were trying to be humorous ? Wasn’t funny, but obnoxious. Anyhow, it surly does not give you a we

Nice clean place with helpful personnel. Need good sign showing location of campground coming out of tunnel .Got lost for several miles by going straight coming out of tunnel .

NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!! Very disappointed!! First clue was when we were told by phone that they didn't have a pool lift. Then we arrived and discovered that we couldn't even get into the bathroom, let alone into a shower. Should at least post this info online or in your brochure so people don't waste time & money coming to your campground, only to have to move to someplace ADA compliant.

Hookups worked fine. Sites are super tight with no shade . It was 100 degrees . Considering we stayed at the KOA in Ouray we were hoping this location would be similar but there was no comparison . It did the job but at the price driving through town we could have done better . Very friendly customer service for reservations. Didn’t use laundry facility so can’t judge

The KOA itself was very nice, clean with wide spots. They really need to get with whoever is in charge to try to get an easier access point. The underpass is extremely low so big rigs beware exiting from I-25 north. Take the 110 exit and turn around. When leaving go back to 104 and turn around. Such a shame because it really is a lovely park with very nice employees.

I was not expecting the trains in the middle of the night. Excellent value for the nights stay. Tanya was patient and very helpful.

I visit Pueblo pretty often (relatives), and the KOA is my go-to place. It's reasonably priced, and it's above standard. I'll be back!

I have stayed at Pueblo KOA on a few occasions since my first time in 2008. My stays have been great every time.

Very friendly staff, great grounds and layout. Enjoyed the pool, easy parking. Could have better signage on how to exit in right location.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the years and this year there seems to be a new attitude towards their guests. It’s not the welcome vibe of the past. We had a few interactions with the staff and none were pleasant.

We had no problem with the KOA itself, but we had a really big issue with the road at the intersection by the interstate to the south. We approached from the north and could not navigate the turn until we unhooked our car from our MH. Then we needed both drivers to get our vehicles to the KOA. I’m glad we had two drivers.

We were only there for an overnight stay, so was not there long enough to appreciate all there was to offer. However, the staff we encountered were all very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Rain was on the way & they got us checked in, to our site & we were able to get set up just in time.

We are so glad we stayed at this KOA! We are new at full time RV living. Everyone here is kind and very understanding!!! Take care of everything, trash pickup, propane pickup and delivery. They will deliver pizza to your RV with a smile! So many wonderful, perks at this KOA! Our dog feels at home also. Clean and very organized! Our favorite of many!

The train came by several times throughout the night. The game room consisted of two puzzles. The basketball goal and tether ball were both broken. The playground was more for toddlers than elementary or older aged kids. The pool looked nice but closed at 7:30, too early for summer. The Gokarts were pedal powered but cost extra. My kiddos were very letdown.

The people were very nice and campground was ok. The reason I rated low was if your coming from the south and you’re in a big rig whether class A or 5th wheel you have to go about 25 miles out of the way just to get into park. If you’re coming from the north it’s a good place to stay. From south stay away.

Staff is AWESOME! Campsites roomy, clean , nice pool, lots of areas to walk dogs. Pizza delivered to your campsite, store stocked, laundry and showers clean. We loved our stay!

The staff is Friendly the place is clean. You can hear highway traffic and the train but didn't bother us. The store was a little lacking and you could only order pizza from 4 to 7. Seemed to be a lot of full timers there.

First time we have stayed at this KOA. Had one of the private patio sites. We have two pooches so it was nice to be able to have them off leash to run and play ball at our site. The only negative thing about the site is that there are those camping there that think this is the dog park, so more signs stating that this is an actual campsite would probably be a good idea. Will stay again!

We drove from 3 states away to support this campground because of the designation as KOA of the year in 2020. The campground was exceptionally clean and the gravel was well-groomed. The man who appeared to be a manager was rude, impatient and the campground rules were written with sarcasm and unfriendliness. We will not return and do not recommend this site.

I really enjoyed my stay. Nice quiet site with more amenities then I could take advantage of with my length of stay. Staff were friendly and communication for check in and check out were excellent.

Nice premium site. Level & concrete patio & BBQ. The staff were very friendly & courteous. The only improvement that would be appreciated is an upgraded cable reception.

Love this KOA, we always stop here if we're anywhere close. Friendly people, clean, and convienent to many things. Great views of the stars, you can see Pike Peak, and it's easy to drive in the campground.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!
