Appreciated the phone call since we were checking in late as well as the follow up to make sure we had successfully found our information at the campsite. Bathrooms were immaculate. We had fun in the morning with soccer, golf game, and basketball, but they could use a few new balls! Great view.

Little cabin was just fine. Just needed a place to lay our heads for the night and it provided that. AC worked fine. Only complaint is the shower floor was dirty.

We were disappointed, we expected a campfire breakfast but we were a couple of weeks early, this was not noted on the website. We had a long day and looked forward to a swim in the pool, the pool was closed. This was not noted on the website. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room, pet hair in the bed. We will not stay in this KOA again.

Our website has written all over it that there is no pool! We haven't had a pool all season. As wrote in the cabin, if you experience a problem with the cabin to call right away. The cabins are cleaned daily so not sure how there was hair everywhere and we are just now finding out about it.

Kabin 2. Nice cabin. Fridge, coffee pot, microwave and TV. The mattress had seen better days. The only thing people need to learn to do is sweep under the beds.......Yuck.

Sadly, we arrived to a cabin that had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The bedding was dirty, soiled, and even had the previous guests sleeping bag left on the bunk bed. The towels aren’t clean and the bathroom rug has stains and looked so worn and filthy. I’m astonished at this level of poor hospitality at a KOA campsite. This uncleanliness is unsatisfactory and unacceptable.

The cabin is cleaned after each guest, the sleeping bag is part of the linens we provide for the cabins. Everything is cleaned on a daily basis, unlike hotels. The stain is on a mattress pad underneath the sheets that will not come out, we were waiting on the replacement at the time.

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins and loved it! Clean and neat, everything taken care of. How nice to just stop and relax. The only suggestion I would have is to put more light on the keypad at the main bathroom. I had a hard time seeing the numbers in the dark.

It was great. The Deluxe Kabin was clean and very comfortable. Nicely decorated and felt cozy. The porch faced the mountains for a lovely evening of sitting and gazing.

Good overall. Quiet and relaxing. Would be good to have a sun shade for the deluxe cabin patio. The futon is very uncomfortable to sleep.

No pool,no hot tub, no heater in wagon cabin, AC did work, no WIFi, was logged in 5g system…

The pool is closed for repairs as our website clearly tells you. The hot tub is open if you read the sign, it tells you to ask for it to be unlocked. Wi-Fi works for everyone else so must have been your devices.

The koa family there were great. Everything looks great and clean. Every time we go there new upgrades are going on and the office staff make you feel at home we love staying there

The cabin was good but the inside we seen rat poop on floor behind bed also on the spare blanket. Also we looking forward to using the pool and noticed it was inoperative. When checking in we never told about the pool being inoperative.

It was an amazing experience. The cabin was awesome. Our grandsons loved it. Al the amenities provided were great. It felt like home.

Great staff. Stay was great. We had a lot of fun. There were actually staff available unlike Strasberg KOA where we never saw a single person who worked there. They gave us some great ideas for sites to see and were generally very helpful.

We went to Colorado City KOA to celebrate our son (who has Autism) graduating from high school. Such a huge achievement for our fella, w/no family in the state, we were looking for something quiet but w/lots of activities. From the cute cabin to mini golf this was the perfect fit. But mostly it was the people that got us. Our Lucas said, "It felt like visiting family that missed us." Thank you!
