Great place to stay for an overnight stop. Close to a gas station and a few good restaurants and easy on/off the highway!

Easy access and right off the highway. Very nice campground. Has everything you need. Three sisters restaurant was nearby with excellent food.

Pool or Hot Tub not in service Staff was very helpful, 30 minutes early and was charged $10.00

Clean, well maintained. Staff are friendly, efficient, and diligent in their jobs. The maintenance on the pool is delayed by Supply Chain issues (like MANY Businesses). Parts have arrived, and work continues (estimated ready by July 4th). Casual observation shows LOTS of well maintained flower beds. Some RV Parks use Low Grade decor and trim, but NOT here. It's NOT the Ritz, but better than most.

Comfortable, quiet park. Friendly. Located clos vele to hiway, but not overly noisy. Sites are nice, fairly level. For long rigs, getting out can be a chore if neighbor has vehicle out too far or there may be a tree causing some difficulty. I've stayed here before and would come back and recommend.

Nice Park. We only stayed one night (passing through). It happened to be raining and it was pretty muddy around the power / water hookups. I know Colorado doesn't get that much rain but a suggestion would be to put a little gravel around the power/water hookup area as it was pretty muddy. Overall, nice park and easy to get in/out. I would definitely stay there again.

Parking site was VERY out of level, booth frond to back and side to side, so much so, that when my rv did an auto level it left two of it's wheels off the ground. Sewer was uphill from the opening output on my rv, and you know what doesn't flow uphill.

WE are sorry your rig couldn't get level. If you would have told us we could have moved you. Too late to find out when you give us a review on the issue and don't give us a chance to fix.

As with last year on Memorial Day weekend... the pool was not open. If the rate that KOA parks charge include the use of the pool, why the rates not reduced when the pool is not availalbe?

Our rate isn't based on our pool. Our rate is for the campsite. The pool is a added amenities and has been posted on our website as closed for repairs due to pipe bust and needing redone.

Very nice rural KOA. Quiet and just off I25. Staff is friendly and there is a walk up window to check in which I love. Grassy sites are awesome!

Second year in a row pool not working. Recd email that hot tub was working, it was disgusting. We have been going there for 7 years and this year was the worst. The mini golf course needs some tlc. I will definitely think twice before I book again there.

Our website has an emergency message that pops up and lets you know that our pool is not open. We are having to get the whole thing redone due to a busted pipe below that messed the whole thing up. The hot tub is open, if you spotted something wrong should have let us know right away.

Campground was clean and easily navigated with our 25' pull behind trailer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and showers in newer building were clean and worked well. (Did not use the facilities in the main building) We were disappointed the pool was closed and the mini golf course was well laid out but in need of repairs including new carpet.

Our website pops up with our pool is down for repairs. We are waiting for the material to be delivered for it to be redone. Mini golf we are waiting for nicer weather to try and get repaired as well. We have had alot of rain last couple weeks.

The campground was nice. There is a beautiful view of the mountains. It is just far enough from the interstate to be quiet. They were just cleaning up and opening up for the spring season during our stay and it was apparent that they were doing a great job. The only negative for us is how closely together the sites are. We would, however, stay here again.

My only complaint is the lady that check us in acted like she didn’t even have time for us. She was very short. She did not smile she didn’t say welcome. Oh just rude.

Nice meeting hall facility which worked well for our group. Amenities like miniature golf, pool, fitness area, and hot tub need maintenance and repairs. Sites are too close together. Fun optional spaces to stay—cabins and wagons. Beautiful area to explore.

We came with the RVW group. The staff was very professional, and friendly. Gave good directions to nearby attractions, and the Ice cream social set up for us, after our Saturday potluck, was a nice way to finish the day. My only negative comment would be about the uneven site we were in. Our Rv is a 35’ class A, and it was impossible to level it, which turned off our fridge.

Everything was perfect. Bathroom/showers were clean, all camper hookups worked as needed, and staff was extremely helpful & courteous. Also wanted to say that the water was some of the best we have ever had at a campground, and we consider ourselves water snobs! Thanks again

I stayed for 1 night. I wish I could've stayed longer. The view of the rolling hills was positively beautiful. Everything was perfect for a much needed rest from traveling.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. The staff very helpful and friendly. I'm down grading only because our campsite and the ones in our area were to close. To park my truck I had to be partially in our neighbors space. When they put out their awning, it was over our utilities. There were many nicer sites and great looking cabins and covered wagons. Would be back and request a larger site.

Nice for high prairie location, with trees. Only negative was muddy by water, elec,sewer hook-up area after shower. Was hard to unhook the utilities got shoes, water hoses, electric cord and sewer really muddy.. All it needed was gravel/rock in that area..
