Site was severely off level. While you stated you had a pool and hot tub, both were closed. In fact, the hot tub area is awful and I am glad it was chained and locked. You do not uphold koa standards.

Sorry you can't see properly. Our pool and hot tub both were open. If you read the sign for the hot tub it tells you that it is locked until you are ready to go in. Maybe you have the wrong park.

Water Pressure is horrible. We had to use our water pump to get enough pressure. There are weeds everywhere. Their version of grass is overgrown weeds. Someone needs to either spray the weeds or pull them. We were charged $10 for showing up an hour early. The check-in lady was a little rude. This park is 20 minutes to the south end of Pueblo. It was our best option for the Pueblo area.

We have been getting alot of rain which is making the weeds go crazy. We have been spraying, pulling, and mowing constantly. Most campgrounds charge for early check in.

A very nice and quiet campground with great staff. The new pool is great, I swam in it all day long! I am a new RV'er and Ruebens and his sister Brittany showed me how to hook up the electric, water and sewer, they are such great people. Everyone should camp here!

Spaces plenty large for my 35 foot Motorhome and toad. We’ll maintained and friendly, staff very helpful.

We would stay there again. One criticism is the sewer hookup was so far back I was not able to hook up to the sewer.

We really enjoyed are stay. We decide to stay 2 extra days. Brittany in the office worked her magic. We didn't even have to relocate. Very clean facility, and the staff is outstanding. Grandkids loved the pool and the playground. We will be back!

We have stayed here for a few days each of the last few years. Disappointed that our site and most others, including the dog park are mostly weeds. I would think in late summer, there will be lots of stickers. Pool closed for many years now. The views are beautiful so we were sad about the lack of upkeep. Maybe hard to get good employees, not sure.

We have been continuously fighting the weeds. With all the rain we have gotten it's been a never-ending battle. The pool is open, we were waiting on repairs. We work every day from 8am-8pm in the park so everything can stay on task.

Stayed here in a 44’ MH towing. Site had plenty of room, staff was friendly, park was clean and well maintained.

Very nice views from the sites. The site was generally level. The Bathhouse was nice. The grounds need more care. The grass was 6" deep everywhere there was grass. Quite bit of construction debris and material stored within view. With a little more care to the grounds, I would have rated this one a 4+. Host was great. Good tips on local things to see.

We are working around the clock when there is no rain to keep the grass cut. Can you please let me know where the construction debris are so we can move? There isn't anything visible within the park , so we are highly confused.

The pool being closed due to high winds we put on Mother Nature but it was disappointing not to be able to take a cool dip after a long hot day of travel. However not having any hot water in any of the 3 woman showers must be fixed. Hubby didn't try the men's after my report. Like the tunnels in dog park. And the colorful playground that's fenced in. No problems with hook ups.

Not sure you have the right park. We have hot water in all of our bathrooms. The pool is closed for repairs not the wind.

We have stayed at this Koa 4 or 5 times now. It is always very neat and clean. The staff are always very helpful. We would not hesitate to book another stay.

Very convenient when traveling and needing a spot for a night. The site we were in was not level (gravel) and the hookups were at the rear of the site that didn’t work well for us having a toad. The personal we’re very friendly.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our RV water was on the blink, so we used their shower facilities… very clean! The also had a tip for local restaurant, Three Sisters. The best Chicken Fried Steak I have ever had.

We stayed in a 38ft FW, the check in was quick and we were guided to our spot, a 50amp pull through with trees. The site needs some effort to level with our Jack's but not bad. The site was well used but everything worked fine, we didn't use the cable as there are good OTA channels. In all a good stay and we will be back as before.

Charging for visitors not overnighting is price gouging. Grass maintenance not good - overgrown spots not mowed, lots of rain recently but very muddy due to lack of grass and gravel in spots. Pool no longer available. We used to come here a lot and the park is no longer as pleasing as it used to be. Good pet walk area!

We charge for visitors and always have; pool is currently being repaired and should be back open by July 4th. We have gotten so much rain every day we have been not able to mow because it isn't dry enough. Rain every day, hence the mud and high grass.

Our website has pool closed plastered all over it. When you log onto our page it pops up right away that our pool is closed for repairs.
