Playground & equipment were nice. It's hard to pay KOA prices and not have a pool. This one is down for renovations for months but it looks like it was drained and just left. Bath house has nice hot showers & water temperature is constant. Mini golf was a fun edition but all of the astroturf was wrinkled near the cups. Very attentive staff almost intrusive, I didn't feel comfortable exploring.

The staff was outstanding. Fun and very helpful. The view was excellent. The bathrooms were clean. Overall the campground was very well kept .When we come back thru that area we would definitely stay here.

Very friendly staff. Escorted us to our site and made sure we were all set. Didn’t use any amenities, but looked like they had a lot to offer. Dog park was disappointing because grass was overgrown.

Employees asked me three different times in a 4 day span to move my vehicle to three different spots. Each time saying that spot is fine. Would be helpful if all employees could get on the same page.

We told you to move your vehicle behind the social hall building, you however felt the need to not follow directions and keep moving where you wanted so we would have to tell you again. Please obey the rules the first time and we will not have to tell you again.

Checked in 3 hours early and was charged $30 for being early even though the slot was empty. I've been a frequent customer at KOA and don't think this was right.

Really nice people with a beautiful backdrop of pine-covered mountains. Everything at this KOA was in good working order and they even have a breakfast there, although you should know that you have to reserve a seat in advance as they only make so much. A good experience in a tranquil setting.

It would’ve been nice to have a heads up that the pool was not working and that we would not have access to it

It was very convenient and good for our camping group to be able to use the gathering/game room for our evening get togethers. I was most disappointed that the pool was not open but things happen we understand. Our dog was glad to have grass to walk upon.

Had a reservation and upon arrival the rude office person informed me They put someone in that spot. They would try to figure out so I should just go get something to eat. The office person was very rude and her attitude was she didnt care and was creating excuses why they couldnt keep a reservation. I wont be back to that KOA. Very disappointing compared to the other KOA's I have visited.

When you try to check in at 7 am it is not possible due to sites being rented with guest the night before. If you want to come that early you need to reserve for the night before. Goodluck finding another campground that isn't busy and will accommodate this. We try to do the best we can!

sites had fresh gravel, grass was very nice between pull thru sites. We were in a 'new' area and some shade trees would have been nice, i guess that will come with time. Couple of corners were a bit tight and may frighten a novice fifth wheel driver. This is one of our go to camps and we keep coming back...can I give a better endorsement?

Quiet, clean park with shaded spaces and friendly people. Easy access to the freeway and gas and groceries near by. We stayed 6 nights.

I booked this because the KOA website site said it had a pool and hot tub, when we arrive both are not open. So we went 30miles out of our way and no pool. Kids were so disappointed.

Our website clearly states we do not have a pool at the moment due to repairs. Sorry you didn't read it correctly. We have it all over the website and within a pop-up message just for this reason. WE are disappointed it's not open too. If you know a pool contractor, send them our way.

I always enjoy coming to this specific KOA because the staff are phenomenally customer service oriented, they are kind and pleasant to be around, the park itself is clean and the sites are impeccable. My granddaughter loves meeting other kid kampers- playing basketball, riding bikes, playing at the playground. I feel we are safe here and have no qualms of not watching her 24/7.

Nice location for us. Even though this campground is truly right off the Interstate there was no road noise. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the pool is closed for repairs. We would stay here in the future if we come out this way again.

Good view, OK park. Was in a supposed pull-through on the south side that was so raised and narrow I almost fell coming out of the coach.

It would have been nice to have a fire pit. Other than that the park was clean staff was nice. Maybe a little to worried about the grass instead of customers.

We have sites that have firepits, you could have requested the site. We like to have the grass nice, so customers don't complain. We do care about our customers, that's why we like to have the park look nice.

This KOA was nice and clean. We were disappointed to find out (after we checked in) that the pool was drained and the hot tub was chained closed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. See you again.

The pool is down for repairs. Our website has it on there. The hot tub is chained but has a sign to let you know to let the office know you want to use it.

Wanted to play horse shoes and mini golf after it cooled off in the evening but the office closed at 6:00

My wife and I, digs too, have been here 4 or 5 times now last time over the 4th of July. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and in good moods! The grounds are very well kept, and folks with pets are very respectful to pick up after them. Plenty of bags stations for the doodle, along with receptacles for waste. We truly enjoy this campground because of these things. Not to mention great views!

The Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA was amazing. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. This property had something for everyone in my party and made our stay memorable. I will be booking with Pueblo South / Colorado City KOA every time I am in the area. Simply the BEST!!!!

Sites were fine, cable worked, staff was super helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were clean. No pool but there was an alert letting people know, but it is July and the pool should be up and running!

We would love for the pool to be up and running. Unfortunately, you can't get parts or the people to come work on it.
