Nice and clean. Process in and out was flawless. Recommend to several others that were traveling with us.

The basics were fine, water, sewer, power. Told not to put down any carpets on the “grass” which was really weeds with pokey bullheads, which we brought into our trailer. Charged us for mini golf, course was horrible, bunched up carpet, weeds everywhere, just a mess. The people were nice.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The mini golf is a donation for care camps with kids with cancer. It's $1 and $2 donation. Sorry you didn't enjoy playing for a cause. We have been battling the weeds all summer long, unfortunately with the rain its a nightmare to take care of. If you put mats out it does kill the grass.

We were disappointed to see the pool and hot tub closed early and we weren’t able to utilize them. Most of the KOA’s pools are open until 9 pm

Our office closes at 8. Pool closes by 715 and hot tub by 745. We don't have the staff to stay open later, sorry.

We stopped here on the way between Casper Wyoming and albuquerque. Very convenient and quiet at night.

The stay was ok. Our site had zero trees so no shade. There were other sites we could have been placed that had shade. Their idea of grass is wrong, it's ground cover with stickers. Had to pull them out of our dogs paws. The pool was wonderful, clean and sparkling. Would I come again? Maybe.

I stayed the weekend in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was so clean and comfy. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the view of the mountain. I ran out of coffee, called the front desk and Brittany was very quick to have Gary deliver me some coffee for the rest of my stay. Everyone at this park is very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Will definitely be back to stay here

I had the best weekend at this park. Check in was a breeze, all staff were excellent. We had a great level site that was grassy and easy to pull thru. Brittany the manager checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Check out was a breeze also. Friendly park and we will be back.

Nice campground! We only had time for one night wish we had more time to explore . The owner suggested we go to Bishop Castle, so we did . It was very interesting to say the least . Also we ate at Three Sisters grille (very good food )

This KOA was clean!! Grass was green and the RV slots were a good size. Bathroom were clean and stayed cleaned throughout the day. I highly recommend this location.

Not too far from home. Great place to come relax or go adventureing. Employees are friendly and helpful. Great campsites. Been twice. Will come again.

I really liked the appearance of the KOA. Had a pretty view. Friendly staff. I stayed at a Kamping Kabin which was clean and nice. Nice clean restrooms. Wi-Fi was slow though, not sure if I was on the edge of it's range or just a lot of people using it. Overall it was a nice comfortable stay.

"We do not believe in a lot of rules" "Do not set anything on the grass". The only place to set anything is on the grass (or what they call grass). This should NOT be a Holiday. A Journey maybe. No pizza, no wood, no events (except during "holidays"), no garbage pickup - nothing that sets this location apart. We won't be returning.

I'm not sure you have the right koa as we do have wood and pizza. We do not have trash pickup as most don't do either. We also only do events on holidays due to short staffing as well. Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay hopefully you find someplace more suitable for you.

We have been to this campground before and continue to find it very comfortable. My ONLY negative is NEVER stay in site E-13! The site has fabulous views of mountains and city lights BUT it also has very loose gravel on the RV door side that drops off at least 2'! Crazy Dangerous! THEY TOLD US TO STAY LEFT AS WE ENTERED THE SITE so they know it is a problem but have not fixed it!

This was a convenient and fairly good campground that is well maintained. There was little shade. The sites are of average size and good quality. The hookups were good. There was a lot of noise at night from the nearby interstate. The WiFi was fair

The location of this KOA is beautiful. Wonderful views. If I could give even more stars to the staff I would. I I am a senior citizen and this was my first long trip with my rig. My refrigerator quit working and the staff helped me by lending me an ice chest, and letting me use their freezer to store my food while I was there. They also recommended a local mechanic. I will stay here again!

People didn’t stop the party we left 5am They were still up. People sleeping every where they tied their hamick from their porch to ours. Drinking. Doing what ever all need ght

We are sorry you experienced this. Like stated on the phone when you called in the morning, if we would have been aware of this at night we would have handled right away. Not fair to give us bad review over something we weren't not made aware of.

We stayed twice this summer. Our first day was very nice our second stay however was not nearly as much fun. In the website it says that the pool was heated but unfortunately when we got in it was freezing cold. Then we went to go get into the hot tub and it was not working properly.

Sorry about your stay. The pool stays about 80 degrees. The hot tub people had messed with settings, and it wasn't working right so we had to redo settings. Sorry, this happened and hope you enjoy your next stay.

This is an excellent RV park. We really enjoyed our one night stay. Our site was level with nice grass lawn. Our site offered beautiful views of countryside. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
