Great staff. Stay was great. We had a lot of fun. There were actually staff available unlike Strasberg KOA where we never saw a single person who worked there. They gave us some great ideas for sites to see and were generally very helpful.

Terry and Tina were great so this is no reflection on them but we had a patio site in E14. This site had deep ditches on both sides. There was a bad washout going into E14 and very bad washout on E section exit. As I exited with my 37 ft class A towing my car the washout and boulders scraped my MotorHome underside. Now I have to make an insurance claim. Maybe KOA can help? But I will never be back

The boulders aren't in the roadway so not sure how exactly you hit them!

As close to the freeway as the park is, you really don't hear the traffic much. However, when booking or signing in, no-one lets you know that there is no pool or hot tub open. We walked over to the pool and found it 1/2 full of stagnant water. OK, what the heck, let's use the hot tub. The hot tub is an above ground tub big enough for 6 maybe and it was chained close. Covid maybe? Won't be back.

The hot tub just has to be unlocked as you want to use it. The website tells you our pool is closed for repairs. Sorry you didn't read correctly.

Our first trip in our new Rig. Had some hiccups after not traveling for several years following a major illness. VERY helpful staff. The Pet Park had a bent fence post (someone hit it). I wondered how long it had been there... (Apparently not long) It was fixed the next day. (They keep up with maintenance issues. An excellent sign of professional Management Values. STAY HERE!

Pool was empty on June 5th, gym was disgustingly dirty, weeds around ladderball and horse shoes overgrown, tetherball was deflated and cracked, not able to play with. Was a huge disappointment that the pool wasn’t open when it is advertised in the welcome email that it opens May 1st. Dog park was overgrown with weeds. The gym hadn’t been cleaned in years. Dirt, dead bugs, and a layer of dust.

The gym is cleaned all the time. The pool is normally open however we have a leak we are trying to find and repair so it's not open yet. The website says pool is closed for repairs. We are doing the best we can after the weather we had to get everything done in a timely manner.

Very courteous and pleasant staff. The park is fairly well-maintained. Kamp K9 needs a little bit of attention. Grass was too tall. Our site was not particularly level and took quite a bit of effort to get our rig situated. Campsites are fairly close together. If you can go through the premium sites as they have a spectacular view of the nearby mountains. We will be back.

We stayed for 1 night. Very friendly staff. Facilities were clean and the park was very quiet. The parking pads were gravel and level, but a little tight, but expected at a KOA I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. Sites are pretty close to level and stone pad was welcomed since that kept dirt & mud out of trailer. Wi-fi was surprisingly fast. I was able to stream shows with little disruption. Only disappointment was that the pool wasn't cleaned / ready for summer fun.

Owner is amazing. Actually mingles with the campers. Just wish they had more kids activities available like some of the others. Staff is good.

We went to Colorado City KOA to celebrate our son (who has Autism) graduating from high school. Such a huge achievement for our fella, w/no family in the state, we were looking for something quiet but w/lots of activities. From the cute cabin to mini golf this was the perfect fit. But mostly it was the people that got us. Our Lucas said, "It felt like visiting family that missed us." Thank you!

This KOA has false advertising. They do not have a sauna, nor do they have an adult playground. The pool closed due to a slow leak and was a nasty green mess. The hot tub was not working either. Since I showed up specific for the pool and hot tub I asked if they could give me a small discount. They said “no they could refund my money and I could just go away”. Female owner was rude and obnoxio

Our website clearly says pool and hot tub is closed for repairs at the moment. Sorry you can't read well. The adult playground is the horseshoe pit, volleyball court, and the gym! We also just are not going to put up with your rudeness so we told you we would refund your money and you could leave.

The weather was awful! The staff at the site were awesome! Big kudos to Jim for his help with us setting up our rig!! The ladies in the front office were very knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. The 14 inches of snow hampered a lot of things, but everyone kept it in stride. We would most definitely visit this particular campground in the future.

Got over a foot of snow and whole area was with out power.Then the park lost water,Power issue we understand,but water issue.? Think maybe they should have offered water,or maybe coffee in office.But nothing was done ,maybe credit for “full hookup” we didn’t have for that night.?Like this campground,have stayed many times and will be back just disappointed in how this situation was handled

I'm not sure how we could offer water or coffee when it wasn't just us with no water/ electric. Sorry, this happened. Unfortunately, it was not a situation we could control at all.

This was once a great place to stay. They have made many changes upgrading and enlarging the campground but the maintance has signifigantly decreased.

Quite and very peaceful. We do alot of traveling. Will be back for a longer visit.
